A Race to Melt Hearts

Consciousness found its way, as I woke up with a much lighter head. I want to open my eyes, but decided against it when I heard people talking. They're loudly talking here inside my room, maybe they have not noticed that I'm already up. I hope I'll go unnoticed till they end their conversation.

"Master Gian, now that you've found your long lost sister do you have any backup plan? I am worried, there's a high risk that you will eventually forget the things you're oblige to do, aside from that your crucial health stage will hinder whatever future plans you make or have made." I suppose that guy is the assistant that he was talking about earlier.

"It's not up to discussion Mr. Wang, this is my decision and this is the least that I'll be able to do for her. I have waited long enough, just to have a chance to meet my sister. Mr. Wang, she's the only family that's left to me and it is my utmost duty to take care of her and pamper her with love. I want to make it up to her for all those years of absence."

"Master, I'm just worried sick, you're the successor of Ming Empire, if something happens to you then that might put an end to what your great grandfathers' built for centuries. Would you be so daring that you'll risk your own life? in order to secure her safety and her happiness?"

"My decision is final Mr. Wang, I have already made my last will in case something unexpected happens. I am ordering you to take care and nurture her like how you've nurtured me, the business world is cruel, I can't afford to see her get hurt by any chance. Mr. Wang, it's time people accept that I'm no longer living for long, my time is limited and I want everyone to respect that the short time left to me should be spent with her. I want to fulfill my father's wishes before I go."

"Is there anything you wanted to add Young Master?"

"Just make sure she's safe at all cost. If I don't wake up soon or if by any chance I'll meet a tragic accident, then make sure she gets the exact revenge that she has planned all along. I don't want to see her cry or upset. She needs to learn things the hard way, so my hard work won't be put to waste."

Is he ill perhaps? Or was he hinting that someone might come right after him, for selfish reasons that revolve in the business world.
