Rosaku-san's body is shivering and his tummy is growling like crazy, I feel pity and cast [ Cold Protection ] to him and give him a little blanket from the couch, just when did last time you had your meal until you become like this.

I pull out the cookies I pack in my bag and give some to Rosaku-san.

"Here Rosaku-san tries to chew it, you still at least have the energy for it right?"

I feed it to Rosaku-san and he tries his best to chew and gulp it, at least it would hold up his hunger. I give one more cookie to him and tie the package back.

"Rosaku-san..I brought you a beef stew Hold up there Rosaku-san..."

Uncle Alto Suddenly opens the front door and barging in, he's bringing a bowl with a beef stew in it, he immediately feeds it to Rosaku-san.

" *cough *cough Hold up there Alto *cough "

Oh, Rosaku-san looks fine now.

"I'm sorry Rosaku-san, I can't let you die, here eat it"

Uncle Alto, you're the one that almost killed him you know. It seems that uncle Alto feed it forcefully and Rosaku-san can't avoid it and keep getting feed without being able to hold uncle Alto back.

"Uncle Alto, I think he's fine now, would you let me feed him instead?"

"Ah.. Please don't let him die"

I just smile and walk closer to Rosaku-san, he doesn't seem to be in a good shape after all those food got forced into his mouth.

Uncle Alto probably aware of what he just did to Rosaku-san and he kneel down to apologize.

"Yeah yeah don't mind it now, I thank you too for the food"

Rosaku-san gets up and went to his desk that full of books and papers, I wonder what's he's been doing until he even forgot to eat.

"So who child is this? yours?"

Rosaku-san opens the package and starts to eat the cookies with a happy face, maybe he does like it.

"Please come over to our store, we'll be happy to see you around"

"Well I hope I could to that, but I'm too busy myself though hahaha"

Ah, uncle Alto ask it first

"Ah, I just learning about the stone the kingdom has been researching"

I suddenly become interested in this topic.

Rosaku-san pointed at a little green stone he kept in the box with a glass on the shelf, I'm curious and look it closer.

"Well, the royal researchers also can't figure out how this thing will affect the holder though, any way you two want some tea?"

Rosaku-san went to another room to get a tea set for us, no matter what I can't see where we can put those cups around here, this room is way too messy.

Rosaku-san peeks from the other room and tells us to come inside, I just look at uncle Alto and he did the same and we both come inside the room.

Oh, this place is not too bad, at least not like the front room, me and uncle Alto take a sit on the dinner table and see some papers there too.

"You can just toss it away"

I pick up the papers from the table and put it on the floor while Rosaku-san pours us some tea on the table.

"So do you need anything? you visit me so suddenly"

Wait isn't that still hot? Rosaku-san just drinks it without any hesitation, that ability Rosaku-san had there honestly really impressive, sometimes I need to cool down the heat of something of my drink before I take a sip of it.

"Ah you said you wanted to meet Erwin before and here I brought Erwin here, he also wants to meet you though"

Rosaku-san turns his head and looks at me.

"I want to thank you for the help you've been providing uncle Alto all this time, he's always saying of how awesome you are and I also want to thank you for this"

I pull out the magic book uncle Alto gave me before and Rosaku-san seems to recognize it.

"Ah that book, don't worry it's not a big deal, that book is just for a beginner use though and I don't need it so I gave it to Alto"

"But still, I thank you for this, because of this I was able to learn magic easily"

For a second there when I said that I learn magic easily because of the book Rosaku-san looks amazed and then he covers his mouth and cough a bit.

"Ahaha yeah, of course, it's easy to learn it with the help from that book yes, hahaha"

Why is he look so proud of it, but well he's right

Uncle Alto's been listening to our conversation and keep drinking his tea and eating the cookies I brought for Rosaku-san on the table.
