As The Wind Blows Your Scent To Me

To save time, lunch was already prepared beforehand. Yuina handled everything from contacting the food vendor, placing the order, paying the deposit and overseeing the distribution process.

"Don't forget to throw your trash properly," Yuina reminded the students as they lined up with their parents to get the packed food, "For dinner, we would cook by ourselves. Aren't you guys excited?"

"Of course!" A boy answered enthusiastically, "Can we go and catch the fish, Teacher Masuda? I wanna grill them for dinner!"

The boy was scolded by his mother yet he didn't budge. The students nearby laughed at their antics.

"You can. The camp supervisor has allowed us to fish at the river," answered Yuina with a smile, "We can also pick the wild vegetables and fruits here. Just make sure to not wander deep into the forest and have someone to accompany you."

"Okay, Teacher Masuda!"

"Ah, I can't wait ah~"

"Mom, why don't we fish together?"

After Yuina finished her words, the students accepted them well. They couldn't wait to go and do what they couldn't usually do in the city. 

Hiraya Falls was a place that was good for a retreat. The temperature here wasn't as high as in the city since tall and sturdy trees provided shade for them.

The camping ground was only filled by the people from the school. From what Yuina remembered, the supervisor said most people booked their spots starting from the beginning of summer break.

The students and the parents scattered on the vast area as they sat down to have lunch. The teachers also did the same.

All of them seemed to enjoy their time here even though right now they were just having lunch.

"Teacher Masuda, let's eat together," Teacher Ayase showed the two packed lunches in her hands. She smiled meaningfully as she threw a glance in a direction, "We can only eat by ourselves ah. We're not as lucky as Teacher Kato."

Yuina let out a chuckle. She looked in a direction, seeing Himari who had just sat down with her boyfriend under a tree. The cute Chiharu was with them too.

"You're right. Only few could have their boyfriends here with them," replied Yuina with another chuckle.

Earlier, both Yuina and Teacher Ayase asked where would Himari eat her lunch. After the English teacher said she would just follow the other teachers, Yuina and Teacher Ayase sighed and pushed her to go to her boyfriend.

There was nothing to be afraid ah! 

Yuina followed Teacher Ayase to a spot. Teacher Maekawa, Teacher Goda and a few other teachers were already eating their shares.

As Yuina sat with them, she couldn't help but be reminded of her husband. 

Right now, Ryuu should have just gone out to attend a talk show.

Although Ryuu rejected it at first, Yuina persuaded him to go back to work if it was needed. She didn't want the public to accuse him of going into hiding like a coward.

"You said you wanna take a break but, why don't you do this? Instead of announcing a hiatus right after the press conference, you can do so after attending a few interviews. If you show you're fine to the fans that continue supporting you, they would be more relieved."

Yuina's reasoning was simple.

Throughout this time, Ryuu didn't show up in public because he didn't want to attract unnecessary attention. He also planned to take a break for the time being.

If Ryuu abruptly went on a hiatus, Yuina was afraid the fans would be sad. She understood that without the loyal fans who appreciated his talents, her husband won't reach the level he was today.

This was also the time for both her and Ryuu to align their interests with each other.

"Show the world how calm and compose you are. At least, your fans won't worry when you're on a break."

Yuina's firm words were received well by Ryuu. He agreed to do as she had suggested.

This time, Ryuu promised to pay more attention to his schedule. He didn't accept everything, just a few ones that didn't require too much of his time.

Contrary to some people's expectations, Ryuu's brand values rose to another pinnacle at the peak of the scandal.

The hate comments were drowned by his loyal fans. At the same time, the film enthusiasts who appreciated his performance so far further highlighted it was time for an actor's personal life to be separated from his job.

Ryuu had started to be asked questions about his married life in interviews and talk shows. But, he often refused to answer them, only saying everything was good and he wanted to give the more brilliant performance to his fans.

For the first time, Ryuu openly wore his wedding ring in public. It caused an uproar in the beginning.

"I don't care what that man actually wanted but, since we're reached this point, why don't I just use this opportunity to show that I'm still perfectly capable to act well even while being married?"

Ryuu's words managed to calm Yuina.

Like her husband, Yuina also couldn't stop thinking of the one who suddenly vanished after exposing the huge news.

And, like her husband too, Yuina would just go along with her life right now although she had to be extra vigilant with her surroundings.

On one side, Himari sat on the mat that was laid out by Kazuya. The shade that was offered by the tree standing behind them helped to cool down the sweltering heat.

Himari stifled her giggles as she listened to the bickering between Kazuya and Chiharu.

Izumi was nowhere near them as the boy wanted to go and eat lunch with his friends. They wanted to map out their fishing plan for later.

"Why can't Chiharu sleep with Teacher Kato tonight?" The dumpling puffed up her chubby cheeks, "Uncle can just sleep with Big Brother ah!"

Kazuya laughed angrily. He poked a finger on the dumpling's right cheek, "Teacher Kato is here for work. You would just trouble her if you suddenly wake up and wanna go to the toilet."

Chiharu's pouty lips answered the man.

"Sorry, Chiharu. We can't sleep together tonight," Himari gently coaxed the little dumpling in an attempt to help her man. She rubbed the girl's head, feeling Chiharu's soft hair under her palm, "I have to stay up at certain hours tonight. You won't be comfortable sleeping with me."

Actually, Himari wanted to agree with the dumpling but after considering everything, she had to sadly refuse the little girl.

Although this camping trip wasn't a strict one, some things couldn't be treated lightly. Even having lunch with Kazuya right now made Himari felt guilty a little.

If not for Yuina and Teacher Ayase insisting that she could still spend her time with her boyfriend, Himari won't so openly act this way.

Chiharu's dissatisfied glare at her uncle turned into a sad one as she looked at Himari next.

"Chiharu really can't?"

It seemed like the dumpling won't back down easily even though she did change her strategy by acting cute and pitiful.

"Err..."

Himari hesitated. Her heart wavered in the face of an adorable child asking for her favor.

"No, you can't."

Kazuya firmly refused as he stepped in to avoid his lady being swayed by the dumpling.

"Uncle is bad, bad! Don't wanna befriend Uncle!"

Chiharu turned around with both hands crossed her tiny body. She didn't want to look at her stinky uncle anymore.

Himari glanced at Kazuya while the man did the same. As their eyes met, he let out a helpless sigh.

Aye, Chiharu had turned into an angry little squirrel.

Himari restrained herself from laughing. She could just sympathize with her man's situation.

It wasn't an odd occurrence for little children like Chiharu to mope when things didn't go their way. In Himari's opinion, the dumpling wasn't too excessive by displaying such behavior.

Chiharu didn't throw a huge tantrum or cries loudly just to have Kazuya relent to her. It was already something commendable for a child like her.

"Chiharu~" Himari softly called to her.

The dumpling's ears perked up yet she had yet to look back at Himari and Kazuya.

"En, I heard the fishie at the river would be happy to have visitors. They are waiting for cute children to give them food."

The dumpling moved her head slightly, just enough for Himari and Kazuya to see her side profile.

Himari gave Kazuya a smile before she continued.

"But, the fishie won't be happy if the children didn't smile. The fishie would be sad then they might fall ill~ What to do ah, Chiharu?"

The dumpling finally looked at Himari. She asked in a very quiet voice.

"The fishie fall ill if Chiharu didn't smile?"

Himari nodded, "Yes. Do you want the fishie to be ill, Chiharu?"

"No!"

Chiharu sprang up on her tiny feet and ran to Himari. She anxiously wrapped her hands around Himari's right arm.

"Chiharu would smile ah! Chiharu's not angry anymore. Let's go and see the fishie!"

Tilting her head, Himari smiled meaningfully, "Hurm, the fishie would be happy to hear that but, Chiharu, don't you have anything to say to your uncle?"

The dumpling flustered. She timidly looked at Kazuya.

Himari didn't push Chiharu to do anything. She just waited quietly.

Kazuya inwardly shook his head. He was amazed by how quickly Chiharu got appeased because of Himari.

After a few minutes, the dumpling pursed her tiny lips then said, "Chiharu is sorry, Uncle. Chiharu would sleep with Uncle and Big Brother."

Kazuya smiled in helplessness, "Alright. Uncle is sorry too."

It didn't go unnoticed by Kazuya that at certain times, he was indeed harsh when disciplining the siblings although he was fairly easy-going most of the time.

"Then, then," Chiharu looked again at Himari. With hopeful eyes, she asked, "Can Teacher Kato come home with Chiharu? We can sleep together and eat together. For just one night also can oh!"

While Himari was surprised to hear that, Kazuya almost choked.

This cheeky dumpling could still think in another way just to have her aunt-to-be sleep with her.
