"did Jake helped you naming them?"

Maria turned to him again with uncertain in her eyes. She seemed to be hesitating for a while but told him the truth.

"yes, he told me, no insisted that I should put Toby on Thaniel's name because he looks like you and put Marie on Tasha's name because she does look like me."

Tobias felt his heart clenched, he was really jealous at Jake! He was sooooo damn jealous!

"don't got mad at him, he's just giving his opinion and it was all about you."

Maria comforted him.

"I can't helped it, I was just devastated thinking that he was there in yourhard time, the biggest event which is when my twins was born and he had the chance to named them!"

Tobias speak lowly but you can feel his cold aura.

"I understand what you felt, but it was done. Past is past. Let's focus on the future."

Maria comforted him by putting him inside her warm embrace. Tobias breathed her original scent and thanked God that Maria forgave him!

He inwardly cursed and touched his pocket to felt something and pulled it out.

"Jake asked me to give it to you. Before you open that I want to tell you, one last thing."

Tobias handed her the envelop and took a deep breath.

"what is it?"

"just let me talk till I finished my explanations, can you?"

Tobias watched Maria's expression and she went silent for a while and he saw confusion in her eyes.

Maria was confused hearing what Tobias said. Would he tell her another secret that she doesn't knew?

She grip hard into the crib and nodded, urging him to talk.

"there was a time that I can't look for you personally because I havesome important things to do. One day Charlotte came--.."

"that woman again?!"

She talked irritatedly, cutting him off then shut her mouth when she remembered agreeing to let him finished his explanations.

Tobias looked at her with courage and continue.

"as I said Charlotte came one day to me with her big tummy but not as big as yours."

'what?! The F with that b*tch! Am I going to hear afterwards that she claimed that he was the father?!!'

Maria kept her raging thoughts by herself.

"She was claiming that I am the father. So I need to make sure about it and took her to the hospital. That time was herdelivery time, so I hurried her to the hospital and there she born a malnourished baby boy. She begged to me that we can do a DNA test after a year, I agreed to her but deep inside, no. I asked Jake to help me and so he did. That's why I'm here, I am not the father."

Tobias smiled genuinely and looked at her.

Maria breathed a relief, she was frightened thinking that the result would told him that he was the father!

"then what happened to her and her baby after?"

She asked curiously, not believing that Charlotte would let him go without a fight!
