Maria saw his face and it only add to her annoyance.

"with all due respect sir, would you please informed me ahead of time if you're going to lie to your girlfriend? At least tip me me before she went on me and raining me questions that I did not know!"

she said it in one breath, how she wished she could slap his face!

"and who gave the idea that she will not come to me and asked? of course she will! Simply because I am your secretary! Its natural for her that she will come to me and asked!"

Maria said in a cold tone. Forgetting that she was talking to her boss.
