Maria felt really guilty, she really wanted to praised him. His foods were not pleasing to the eyes but when you tasted it, it's heaven!

She doesn't knew, why it tasted like that.Maybe because of her pregnancy that she like it very much.

Maria sat on the edge of the bed while caressing her baby bump. She really like the look on her tummy now.She never imagined that one day, she will be pregnant and be like this.

"am I too cold to your daddy, babies? I really wanted to talk to him but I just can't. Especially when I remembered him proposing to Charlotte, it breaks my heart!"

She silently whispered to her babies sadly, she tried hard not to cry. She just continue on rubbing her baby bump lovingly.

Maria stopped on what she was doing when she heard a knocked on the door. She thought that it would be Tobias. They were still sharing the room, the masters bedroom. They may treating each other coldly, no, she may treating Tobias coldly, to be exact. But, she can't stand the night not feeling Tobias on her side.

Maria pretended not to heard the knocked, she just remained sitting there, stiffly. Suddenly, the door swung open and Tobias came in. She didn't dare to look on his face, she look on his hands instead.

She was worried to saw his hands full of band aids. Was it because he prepared her food that he had all that cuts? She felt her heart being twisted achingly.

Tobias walked towards her and when he was in front of her he stopped. She remained her sight on his hands. She saw that his hands lowered because Tobias knelt, he put his hands on her knees.

Because of that, she was staring right into his eyes. She watched his haggard face, dark circles on his eyes and it seemed that he never had the time to shaved.

"babe, can you forgive me please? I can't stand another day being ignored by you anymore. I am really sorry about my mistakes, I am not going to do it again. Please?"

Tobias begged for her forgiveness, she tried hard to control her emotions but to her dismay. Her traitor eyes gave in.

"sshhh, please don't cry. If you don't want to forgive me then don't, I won't force you. Please just hushed now."

He wiped her tears and tried to calmed her down. Maria just kept on crying uncontrollably.

She was so mad at herself for being like this. She was the reason why he looked like this and suffer like that.

But, who can blame her?

"okay, I'll just go downstairs. Please stop crying, its not good for you and the babies. I'll leave now if that's what you want."

Tobias stood up and ready to leave.

She abruptly reached for his shirt to stop him.
