"I am really honoured to be thought of such by Dr Lang himself."

"But Mr Ye's method of stopping your heartbeat and pulse is something that I am yet not able to wrap my mind around," Dr Lang laughed dryly.

He had been thinking about this method that Ye Qian had used to make him and even everyone else that day believe that he had really died.

In fact, if Ye Qian had not stood up, they had already thought of sending the devastating news of his death to his family.

But to everyone's delight, they didn't need to, removing a huge weight from their souls.

Seeing the old doctor was still thinking about it, Ye Qian didn't know if he should laugh or cry, "Well, as I said that day, Dr Lang, it's just a simple practice of getting control over your body, I think you might have heard of the practice where one is consciously able to control their muscles."

"Ohhh," Dr Lang nodded before he turned to the pot of tea from which steam was coming out along with a soothing aroma of flowers.

"Ohh, the tea is also ready. I hope young people like Mr Ye don't feel peculiar of this old man's taste."

Saying that he poured some tea into a small ceramic cup.

Dr Lang chuckled dryly, he recalled that day when they were at Wang Jin's mansion and Ye Qian has said that he had sensed poison in his breakfast.

At first, he might have thought that Ye Qian could only differentiate the smell of herbs and poison which were mostly used in medicine.

But after hearing his words now, Dr Lang doubted if there was even anything that this fellow's nose couldn't sense.

Meanwhile, Bo and his friend were simply enjoying the tea, not giving a thought to the conversation of the two.

For them, the talk between the two was not as important as to relish this experience.

"I am not sure if young Mr Wang contacted you, but I have been checking on his father's condition since the day you removed the poison from his body."

Dr Lang said after finishing his tea and placing the cup.

Ye Qian said, making it more acceptable.
