Bruce Wayne smiled, stood up, took out electronic handcuffs, and handcuffed Luther's hands behind his back. The other man did not resist, after all, he was just an ordinary person, and living in the Justice League's cell was probably safer.

Chapter 122: The Substitution of the Crown Prince, Almost Perfect

plan!

In the bat-infested underground base, a long corridor led deep into the interior, ending at several transparent cells. On a dimly lit bed, Alexander Luther sat with his legs crossed, holding an apple in his hand.

He didn't eat a bite; he just played with it out of boredom.

Da da da

"finally come."

Alexander Luther heard footsteps, put down the apple, and got up to walk to the glass wall.

"Bruce, did you bring Superman?"

He watched the approaching shadow, and soon Bruce came into view.

Standing beside him was a tall, imposing figure, whose distinctive battle uniform and tattered red cape made him instantly recognizable.

"He is Alexander Luther."

Bruce Wayne had hoped to see some surprise on Rowe's face, but the guy remained completely calm.

There seemed to be no surprise at the appearance of Alexander Luther, nor was there anything surprising about his appearance.

“You’re right, he and Lex Luthor look almost identical, both are extremely intelligent.”

After a moment, Rowe looked at the familiar yet unfamiliar Raymond, then nodded to Bruce.

This confirms Alexander Luther's identity.

This morning, he was discussing countermeasures with Drew Zod and told them that the Outsiders and the Crime Syndicate had discovered the Kryptonians' weaknesses.

This is something Drew Zod takes very seriously, since their biggest advantage right now is their powerful superpowers. However, now that the enemy has found a way to counter them, their original plans have been completely disrupted, and they can only reconsider their strategy.

While the Kryptonians were struggling with their plans, Bruce informed Rowe this morning of Alexander Luther's arrival.

This is good news for them.

"To the average person, they are the same. To you, no two people are exactly alike. Even with clones, you can see subtle differences in facial details."

Alexander Luther smiled. "However, I didn't expect that the Superman of this universe would be Chinese. It's quite a surprise to me."

"Bruce, you can let him out now."

"I have a brilliant plan."

Lowe ignored his teasing, waved for Bruce to release the people, and then led everyone to the conference room.

Time is of the essence now, and there is no time to waste.

The base's temporary meeting room was an empty room with a long table, a few chairs, and a chandelier swaying overhead.

"Honestly, it's really creepy. Just yesterday I watched Lex get his body destroyed by Superman, and today a bald guy is sitting across from me."

Barry Allen glanced at Alexander Luther across from him, then leaned down and spoke to Hal Jordan, the Green Lantern, standing beside him.

"Perhaps there are people in his world who look similar to you, maybe named Allen Barry."

Hal Jordan joked, "And he might be a supervillain."

"Shet."

Barry Allen shrugged, still not speaking to Alexander.

"You two, be quiet."

As Arthur Curry spoke, he looked at Rowe and Bruce, then pointed at Luther, and said, "Although we don't know your plans, we'd better not completely trust this guy."

"I've always believed that tattling should be done behind people's backs, but I admire you quite a bit, after all, the Sea King in my world isn't a good person."

Alexander Luthor was not surprised that Aquaman was pointing the finger at him; if he were in his shoes, he wouldn't trust anyone so easily either.

“Arthur, I understand you, but we need him right now.”

Bruce Wayne gestured for him to put his hand down.

"There is an old Chinese saying: the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Besides, Alexander is much better than the treacherous Lex Luthor."

Lowe's attitude was fairly good, considering he was facing a Luthor who was always plotting against him, and a superhero Luthor.

He would definitely choose the latter without hesitation, especially since Luther in front of him could also help him.

Just imagine, Luthor assisting Superman, that's simply unimaginable.

"What is the plan?"

Arthur Curry asked.

"My plan is simple: switch the prince with a cat."

Seeing that the others no longer objected, Lowe revealed his plan: "Let Alexander Luther replace Lex Luther."

"What does Lex Luthor mean to us? He's just a pawn of outsiders."

Arthur Curry frowned after hearing this.

"No, it makes sense."

Bruce Wayne waved his hand and said, "The Outsiders and the Crime Syndicate are trying to get rid of Superman through Lex Luthor; they're afraid of Superman."

"But they didn't succeed; Lex Luthor was killed by Superman."

Arthur Curry took over the conversation and looked at Rowe.

“That’s right, but the key is that the Crime Syndicate doesn’t know that Lex Luthor failed.”

Luo Wei said unhurriedly.

"You plan to use false information to make the criminal syndicate believe that Superman is dead?"

If Arthur Curry still couldn't understand this, then he wouldn't have been the king of the underwater kingdom for nothing.

"Ah."

Luo Wei nodded.

"But don't forget, even so, Alexander is just an ordinary person. Those guys on Earth 3 have the weaknesses of each of us."

Arthur Curry took a deep breath and looked at Lowe, saying, "Superman, I'm sorry to say this, but they also know your weakness. Bruce has already told us that Lex made things difficult for you yesterday."

"Let me interject: I can't completely convince the Crime Syndicate, and they won't let me access the plans to deal with the Justice League."

Alexander Luther interrupted their conversation, continuing, "Perhaps to them, Lex Luther is just a pawn, of no use whatsoever."

He paused and said, "And even if we know the plan, it will be difficult for us to stop them from implementing it. Superman, you must have been with Lex yesterday and experienced the damage caused by the red sun. Those red lights can kill Kryptonians in a short time."

"I'm sorry, there's something I haven't mentioned yet."

Bruce Wayne interrupted him, saying, "Lowe has overcome the effects of the Red Sun, and now the Crime Syndicate's methods are no longer effective against him."

"what?!"

Alexander Luther was stunned upon hearing this, his eyes filled with disbelief.

"Don't be surprised, I have indeed adapted to the red sun, but the process was certainly a bit..."

The pain was unbearable.

Luo Wei smiled, the scene from yesterday still vivid in his mind.

If it weren't for the inability to simulate a red sun, he would much rather stay in the training room and work on developing his immunity to it.

However, humans cannot simulate things they have never seen before.

As for Drew Zod, he also lacked the equipment to simulate the Red Sun. In his words, he couldn't possibly create a weapon to exploit the Kryptonians' weaknesses.

"You've been hiding it really well."

Arthur Curry said this, but his tone was much more relaxed.

He knew Superman's strength and that Superman was the most crucial figure in order to win this victory.

Now that the enemy no longer has Superman's weaknesses and cannot restrain him, it's a good thing for the Justice League.

"Now it seems that our chances of winning have returned."

Barry Allen also breathed a sigh of relief.

"The plan is simple: make the enemy think they are in the shadows while we are in the light."

Luo Wei tapped the table and said.

"And Lowe Superman will be our trump card, to deliver a fatal blow to the crime syndicate when they are most relaxed."

Bruce Wayne took over the conversation and spoke slowly.

Lowe's plan was simple: the guys on Earth-3 didn't know that Lex Luthor's plan had failed, nor did they know that Lex was dead.

Thus, all that is needed is for Alexander Luther to impersonate Lex.

He informed the Crime Syndicate and the Outsiders that the plan against Superman had succeeded and gained their trust. Superman's faked death lowered the enemy's guard, giving Lowe and the Justice League another piece of the puzzle in their hands.

To avoid any new changes during the process.

Finally, Rowe looked at Alexander Luther and asked, "What do you think?"

"Alright, from now on, I am Lex Luthor."

Alexander Luther was at a loss; he couldn't think of a better plan either.

This plan isn't perfect, but it's certainly suitable.

He will not only be able to take control of a corporation again, but also enjoy everything Lex Luthor left behind, and even have the opportunity to defeat his enemies and the criminal syndicate.

Thinking about it this way, it seems we can put it another way: the plan is perfect.

S's Diary!

After assigning Alexander Luthor his tasks and instructing Bruce to assist Luthor in dealing with the Lex Luthor Corporation, Rowe instructed the group to stay in touch before leaving Gotham City for their Kryptonian base on the moon.
