"Hehe!" Aaron shook his head with a wry smile. "Life is full of disappointments, and what I experienced last night was one of the remaining ones, and it was particularly unpleasant."

"Come on! The referee is your sister."

Although Adrian doesn't participate in the scoring, he can still give you some inside information, which is extremely important in this kind of competition.

Aaron's smile grew increasingly bitter. "If you knew my sister, you would know that she despises these kinds of low-class tricks the most."

She doesn't care about anyone else, but she won't provide me with a single piece of useful information.

"It can't be that bad!" Draco frowned slightly, somewhat incredulous.

Aaron patted him on the shoulder, said nothing, and led Abe toward the foyer.

Perhaps because today is registration day, many people got up very early even though it's Saturday.

When Aaron arrived, there were already twenty or thirty people in the hall. They were gathered around the Goblet of Fire, discussing something, but few of them were over the age limit.

"Has anyone signed up?" Aaron asked, looking at Harry and the other two who had arrived before him.

“Professor Karkaroff has finished registering with Durmstrang’s students. Hogwarts has Diggory from Hufflepuff, Summers, and Fawcett from Ravenclaw. They’re all wizards in their sixth year or higher,” Harry said. “But I bet some people secretly registered last night so no one would see, so they wouldn’t be ashamed if they didn’t get in.”

"You're not one of these people, are you, Potter?" Draco teased.

“Guess,” Harry retorted without mincing words, “Malfoy certainly wouldn’t be the kind of person to sneak around like that, he would definitely register on the spot, right?”

"Don't bother showing off such petty tricks." Draco sneered. "I came here with Aaron; he's signing up for the Triwizard Tournament."

"You want to participate?" Ron was stunned for a moment, but quickly accepted the fact that Aaron was definitely qualified to participate.

"Why don't you reconsider?" Hermione said hesitantly. "I know you're very talented, but the Triwizard Tournament is clearly designed for seventeen-year-old wizarding geniuses. Fourteen-year-olds don't have an advantage."

And if you are selected, there will be no turning back.

"Thank you for your concern, but I have a reason to participate," Aaron said helplessly, then crossed the age line and threw his name into the blue and white flames.

“Fantastic!” Draco clapped. “A champion of Slytherin!”

"Don't speak too soon, Malfoy." Warrington walked over and tossed the name into the Goblet of Fire. "Slytherin isn't so desperate as to rely on fourth-year wizards to maintain its prestige."

"we are coming."

Fred and George strode into the foyer, followed by their good friend Lee Jordan and several Gryffindor Quidditch players.

Several people put their names in one after another, and then high-fived each other in celebration.

“This is one of our Gryffindor’s champions,” Ron said excitedly, while giving Draco a provocative look.

"Hmph! We don't even know if they'll be selected!" Draco scoffed dismissively. "They might be selected, but whether they can make it to the end is another story."

If Weasley can win the trophy, then the Triwizard Tournament's prestige is far too low.

"At least we dared to sign up."

“What’s there to be proud of? If I were your age, I would have signed up too,” Draco said indignantly.

George and Fred exchanged a glance, ignored him, and left with their friends, chatting and laughing.

At that moment, the people surrounding the Goblet of Fire suddenly parted to let Ms. Maxim lead the students of Beauxbatons into the foyer.

She instructed them to line up and, in turn, to put their names into the Goblet of Fire.

"Let's go! There's no need to stay here any longer. The results will be out tonight."

"You seem very confident." A beautiful girl with silver hair stepped out from the Beauxbatons student group. "Is it because you have an older sister who is a referee?"

“Uh…no, not really.” Aaron shrugged. “Actually, I’m not that interested in this so-called Triwizard Tournament. I just had to get involved for some reason.”

Also, don't think my sister will provide me with any favors; she'd love to see me make a fool of myself.

To be honest, if I'm unlucky enough to be selected, I'll probably be the one facing the toughest challenge among the Warriors.

Anyone can say nice things.

“Hibiscus,” Ms. Maxim said suddenly, and the silver-haired girl fell silent.

“Mr. Gaius, Fleur didn’t mean anything by it, it’s just…”

“I understand, Principal Maxim,” Aaron interrupted her with a smile. “Many people would think that way, but I don’t care, because the facts will speak for themselves.”

"Hmph!" Hibiscus snorted lightly, clearly skeptical of Aaron's words.

Adrian is, after all, Aaron's sister and a special referee; who knows what powers she might have?

If she secretly helps her brother, they might not even notice, which isn't fair to the others.

"Principal Maxim, I must say your student is quite arrogant. If I'm not mistaken, she should be the most likely warrior from Beauxbatons to be selected for the Championship Tournament, right?"

"So what?"

"Not so great." Aaron smiled slightly. "But before you suspect I'd pull strings, think about your headmistress; she's a referee too!"

Furong glanced at Ms. Maxim and was speechless.

"If you still doubt me, we can draw up a contract," Aaron said playfully. "How about refusing any favorable terms offered by the referee?"

That's fairer to me too.

Furong's eyes twitched slightly, as if she wanted to say something, but the words wouldn't come out.

Aaron smiled and led Abe toward the auditorium.

“Sigh!” Maxim patted his student on the shoulder and said earnestly, “Your worries are completely unnecessary. The fact that he can say such things means that he won’t get any benefits.”

"But..."

"No buts, don't forget that Miss Klein doesn't participate in the scoring."

And you probably haven't even realized it, but he's not affected by your charm at all; for a fourth-year male wizard to achieve this is truly remarkable.

As Fleur watched Aaron's departing figure, she couldn't help but fall into self-doubt. She had one-quarter Veela blood, and most boys were captivated by her beauty, but why was Aaron able to speak to her as an equal?

......

"She's just being petty and judging others by her own standards," Draco muttered as he ate breakfast, complaining about Fleur's distrust of Adrian and Aaron.

"To be honest, I would have been very touched if you had said that in the foyer," Aaron said speechlessly. Draco, like the other students, lost some of his imposing presence in front of Fleur.

“Uh…it’s not my fault.” Draco laughed awkwardly. “That girl must have some special bloodline, and at least I didn’t do what Weasley did. He didn’t take his eyes off her and almost drooled.”

Aaron rolled his eyes, inwardly lamenting his poor choice of friends.

Back in the common room, Aaron opened the Temple of Divine Sound to meet his spiritual counterpart and explain some of Adrian's requests to him.

"Hahaha..." The thought entity burst into laughter, "Although I am an avatar, many times I feel that you, the original body, are more like a tool than me."

"This is not the time to talk about this. The Three Kingdoms Tournament is no joke."

Now that you've registered, you need to be fully prepared.

The smile on Si Nian's face faded. "What preparations do you want to make?"

"If you need to take me back, you can do so anytime. Wearing the Demon-Sealing Ring, no one will be able to tell."

“Big sister is fine,” Aaron said helplessly. “Hermione is fine too, and it’s possible that Genes will come to watch the match.”

If they find out, they probably won't give up easily until they figure it out.

"So what do you plan to do?" the thought entity asked meaningfully, "Reveal a few of your trump cards?"

“There’s nothing we can do about it. The problem is how much of it we’ve exposed.” Aaron sat down, somewhat dejected. “I’ve thought about it carefully. We have quite a few advanced spells at our disposal, but many of them are shady.”

The thought entity nodded, then counted on its fingers and said, "Animagus, we're not registered. While this isn't a problem for Gaius, it's still a bit of a hassle."

Phantom Shift doesn't have a valid certificate, so it doesn't work well in public.

The Guardian Charm is okay, but it's too easy to show off, and there's a huge difference between Dragon Guardian Charms and Raven Guardian Charms.

The Hall of Roaring Gods could probably raze the entire arena to the ground; even Dumbledore probably wouldn't be able to stand by and watch.

If Fudge uses that high-level dark magic, he'll probably invite us to the Ministry of Magic for a chat.

Elemental magic circles below the intermediate level won't attract much attention, but they're probably not very useful.

If a high-level or ultimate spell were unleashed, and a fourteen-year-old wizard from Hogwarts were to unleash magic comparable to a natural disaster, it would undoubtedly be headline news in the Daily Prophet.

And dragon-slaying magic..."

The thought entity abruptly stopped speaking, only looking at its original form with sympathetic and pitying eyes.

"Understood?" Aaron gave a bitter smile. "This match is for us..."

“It’s for you,” the thought entity immediately said. “I’m just an avatar. If something happens to me on the field, the consequences would be unimaginable.”

"Okay! This match is so unfair to me, the restrictions are too much."

Even without using these abilities, I am confident that I can defeat other warriors based on my level as a novice mage.

But as you know, Adrian's demands mean that, in a sense, I'm facing more pressure than everyone else combined.

"Big Sister wants to use the Three Kingdoms Tournament to test our strength," the Thoughtful Body pondered. "I don't know what her purpose is, but we absolutely cannot let her succeed, otherwise we definitely won't be able to survive."

"That's why I came here to discuss this with you; it's impossible not to reveal some things."

But we need to make a list, prioritize them, and even if we have to reveal our hand, we can only use the less influential ones; the rest should only be used as a last resort.

"I understand, I'll do my best to do it well," the thought said earnestly. "But you also need to get as much information about the competition as possible, so it will be easier for me to organize it."

Chapter 357 An Unexpected Contestant: As Expected, Something Happened on Halloween Eve

Halloween Eve.

After the banquet began, the Goblet of Fire was moved to the auditorium.

Faced with a banquet even more lavish than yesterday, most people seemed distracted, constantly glancing at the goblets burning with blue and white flames at the front of the hall.

With the 24-hour registration deadline fast approaching, everyone is anxiously waiting to find out who will be selected as the warriors for the three-way battle.

Finally, after everyone had eaten and drunk their fill, Dumbledore stood up. "Now is the moment everyone has been waiting for: the selection of the champions. The Goblet of Fire will make its decision."

He drew his wand and waved it around at the pumpkin lanterns and burning torches in the Great Hall. All the flames went out, leaving only the Goblet of Fire emitting blue-white flames.

The next moment, the flames suddenly turned red, and a wave of scorching air surged upwards.

A charred piece of parchment flew out of the flames and landed in Dumbledore's hand.

Everyone held their breath, staring intently at the parchment, hoping Dumbledore would read out the name of the first warrior.
