"Only by turning your worldview upside down can you achieve nirvana!"
"Entering samadhi is actually a kind of worldview, believing that the mind is primary and the physical body is empty. All kinds of suffering in the material world that befall the physical body are empty!"
If what enters the eye cannot enter the heart, then everything is an illusion, and everything is a case of being blinded by a leaf.
To truly enter deep meditation, one must delve into the very root of one's mind; Raić's previous meditation could only be considered a very shallow, minor meditation.
When you realize this, if you dream of being killed, it doesn't mean you're actually being killed.
When you change your worldview, pain and troubles disappear, and you reach a state of deep meditation.
Why did the Buddha cut off his own flesh to feed an eagle and sacrifice himself to feed a tiger?
Because he knew it was all a dream. When you know you're in a dream, you can also cut off your own flesh to feed the eagle and sacrifice yourself to feed the tiger.
Buddhism views the physical body as a mere bag of skin, believing that the mind is the true master, and that all conditioned phenomena are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, and shadows!
Lei Zhe suddenly realized that he seemed to see a vortex in his mind, a vortex of his own origin.
He could see it, but he still couldn't reach it, because he still had doubts. Reiji looked intently at his teacher and asked:
"Teacher, I have a question, please enlighten me."
"Does Taoism say that if you only cultivate your nature and not your destiny, your spirit will never attain sainthood! It means that you should cultivate both your body and mind, which is the opposite of Buddhist practice. Which one is the truth?"
The eternal spirits are the souls.
To attain sainthood is to manifest sainthood, to appear in the material world.
The theory of the Three Realms in the fantasy novel Star River Emperor that Lei Zhe read in his previous life describes it as follows: without a physical body, the mind cannot manifest itself, lacking a bridge to connect the real and the illusory!
But what his teacher just said shows that he doesn't care about his own health.
Since they are opposites, which one is the truth? After all, Rai Zhe is from the East, and his interpretation of Taoism is more profound than that of Buddhism.
His previous practice of allowing his physical body to evolve into all phenomena of the universe was based on the theories of Taoism from his hometown.
"Haha, you're too attached to appearances, you've misunderstood the essence of things."
When his student asked a question, the Buddha smiled and said that Lei Zhe had gone astray and was attached to appearances. He laughed and said, “When I said that the mind is like the void, I did not cling to the void. Your idea that cultivating the mind but not the body will make it difficult for a spirit to become a saint for countless eons is to take the mind as real and the body as illusory. I did not say that you should completely abandon the body.”
Indeed, the Buddha was explaining the true meaning of spiritual practice to Reiji, but he did not mean for Reiji to give up his physical body.
Lei Zhe's excessive understanding led him astray, and the Buddha smiled as he helped his student overcome his inner demons after he had gone astray in his practice.
Under the Buddha's guidance, the last vestiges of confusion in Lei Zhe's mind dissipated.
Indeed, he was thinking too much about appearances. Life is like a play. A good actor, even knowing he is acting, still needs to immerse himself in the role in order to become a master of acting.
If he knows it's all acting and therefore doesn't care, he will never become a master.
The principle is simple: sometimes being too clever can backfire, and overthinking can lead you into a dead end.
"Life is like a dream, so one should have a broad mind and not be indifferent to spiritual practice and life. This way, one can better grasp everything. This is what it means to have a mind like empty space, yet not to be attached to emptiness."
Lei Zhe's mind suddenly cleared, and his eyes became increasingly unfocused and empty. The vortex in his heart was gradually closing in on him.
"The teacher said that all conditioned phenomena are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, shadows, dew, and lightning, and should be viewed as such. This is meant to distort my worldview, but I should not be attached to it!"
Every person's arrival into this world from their mother's womb is a destiny, and we should all cherish and treat this destiny well.
Having lived two lives, Lei Zhe naturally cherishes everything he has now.
Life may be 'empty', but we should not give up because of 'emptiness'. Instead, we should cherish the fate and cause and effect of coming into the material world.
It means to take life and death lightly, but it doesn't mean that Razer should give up his body.
At this point, Rez's thinking completely fell silent and empty. He was completely enlightened and without any burden or confusion, so he entered the deeper abyss of his heart and was completely drawn into the vortex of the origin of his self.
Seeing that Rai Zhe had settled down in meditation, the Buddha smiled with immense joy and satisfaction. He silently rose and left Rai Zhe's room, allowing the student to fully experience the profound mysteries of the mind-image universe.
He was very much looking forward to it and curious about what kind of Taoist principles his student could comprehend.
The Buddha felt very happy and refreshed when he met his student, Rai Zhe, during this vacation.
He was more interested in Lei Zhe, an outsider, than in the disciples who taught him how to navigate the world of mortals.
Honestly, if I had met him before he became enlightened, I would definitely have taken him as my disciple, given his comprehension, wisdom, aptitude, and potential.

Chapter Twenty-Seven: Lei Zhe: My Buddha's Compassion, Physics, Buddha: You Beast!
And Rai Zhe, this student, has indeed not disappointed Buddha and Jesus. Rai Zhe's inner self has now entered an extremely wondrous state.
His five senses had extended to the cosmos, and his sixth sense, his inner perception, spread out in his mind like a cosmic explosion.
Having reached a state of self-centeredness, his perspective on the world underwent a dramatic transformation.
Humans have five senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch, as well as a wonderful sixth sense.
In Buddhism, all things are divided into five categories: mental phenomena, mental factors, physical phenomena, non-associated mental phenomena, and unconditioned phenomena.
The mental method is "consciousness".
Mental phenomena are the functions of mental phenomena.
Color refers to the sense organs and their objects.
The mental non-associated phenomena refer to the parts of the Dharma realm that are not directly related to the functions of the mind.
The Dharma of non-action refers to the true nature of the mind.
In general, Buddhism believes that all phenomena arise from the mind, and everything is consciousness.
The function of the sixth consciousness is to distinguish, so it is obvious that the sixth sense is the sixth consciousness. The senses of the world that Lei Zhe, who has fully entered the realm of mental awareness, perceive are even more wondrous.
What's even more amazing is what happened next. Following his intuition, Lei Zhe ventured deeper into his heart.
As a result, he saw an endless crimson vortex, and his consciousness immediately entered an incredible void.
She clearly saw her past self, from the awakening she experienced when her family suffered misfortune, to the various events that followed after she met Neptune.
Lei Zhe encountered the petite and dreamy Xiao Sheng outside the convenience store. The moment she entered his sight, she gave him an unforgettable sense of amazement, an amazement that penetrated to the very soul.
Now, seeing the 'self' before him, who had been amazed but was now wary and fleeing, and seeing the indifference and bewilderment in Xiao Sheng's eyes.
That was his first encounter with Xiao Sheng, and it felt like it had just happened yesterday.
Because of this place, he met Xiaoyou again.
Those sapphire eyes, as bright as the stars in the sky, were so beautiful, like the most magnificent stars in the world. This is what Lei Zhe exclaimed when he saw Xiao You's eyes.
From meeting to falling in love, it seemed like only a short time had passed. Whenever Lei Zhe recalled the past with them, the corners of his mouth would involuntarily lift.
His life wasn't particularly good before, but it became colorful and happiness became within reach after he met them.
The past wasn't over yet; the various events involving Rai Zhe, his sister Chisa, and his parents in this life caused his eyes to tremble.
Finally, what appeared before Lei Zhe's eyes was his ordinary yet fondly remembered past life.
He was an only child with ordinary but loving parents. His rebelliousness during his childhood often angered his parents, but he gradually matured as he came to understand their hardships.
Having begun to take on some of the responsibilities at home, he had reached the age for marriage, but due to his personality, he didn't have many female friends.
His family arranged a blind date for him. They are old and really want to see him get married and hold their grandchildren.
But while taking the bus to the destination...
Lei Zhe looked down at his mother, who was crying her eyes out, and his father, whose eyes were bloodshot and red.
I watched as my parents, covered in blood and lying on a stretcher in the hospital corridor, told me to "hold on" and not to leave them...
But the hand that was stained with blood and tightly held by her mother couldn't hold on until she entered the operating room. It fell limply and gradually lost its life force.
He once said that only those whose lives are unhappy and extremely tragic would yearn for time travel.
Having developed normal values and become a mature adult, Lei Zhe would definitely not choose to start over if you clearly gave him a chance.
His life hasn't even come to an end yet. As his children, they haven't repaid their parents' kindness in raising them and have failed to support them. What are they talking about now?!
Not repaying his parents and causing them to bury their child is Lei Zhe's greatest sin.
But Lei Zhe didn't dwell on his sorrow for long before he saw his lost and empty soul being examined by a pale and weak woman radiating purple data light before being taken away...
Seeing this, Lei Zhe didn't show much emotion, but just muttered thoughtfully.
“Nept... if it's you, you should know the coordinates of my past life.”
All he cared about was whether Neptune could give him a coordinate to return to so he could finish what he hadn't done.
But now, Neptune was clearly unable to respond to him, because the scene before his eyes had returned to the present.
Looking at himself in meditation, Lei Zhe felt a slight stirring in his heart, and thought about how to develop his future.
As soon as this thought arose in his mind, a large number of virtual futures were simulated and deduced, accompanied by his own perception.
Numerous imagined futures, born from his thoughts, appeared before Rai Zhe's eyes.
From a few months to a year, or even decades or centuries, he accurately predicted the future of this world and the human realm.
Human society is poised for great progress, whether it will reach the stars or face destruction; all sorts of future possibilities are laid bare before Razer's eyes.
But when it affected Jesus and Buddha next door, all these futures were shattered.
"Is this... the seventh sense, Manas?"
Lei Zhe wondered to himself with some doubt that his consciousness's perception of time spanned the past and present, and could even deduce and simulate the future.
The seventh sense he referred to is not the seventh sense in Saint Seiya, but rather the seventh sense, Manas, as described in Buddhism.
The Manas consciousness is the root of the distinction between self and other, and also the source of mental awareness!
This refers to the sense of time; in Buddhism, the manas consciousness means "attachment to self."
Manas is the root of consciousness, and its essence is constant deliberation and reflection.
However, its function of "grasping as self" includes a sense of time encompassing the past, present, and future.
This consciousness is constantly associated with the four afflictions: ignorance, self-view, pride, and attachment.
The three most important sentences in the Diamond Sutra describe the Manas consciousness: the past mind is unattainable, the present mind is unattainable, and the future mind is unattainable.
Lei Zhe now possesses an incredibly powerful sense of time, making him highly sensitive to changes in his own time dimension.
Then I should follow the Buddha's instructions and clarify the path for the future extension of my mental power.
