"captain."
"What's wrong, Qibao?"
"like you."
"Haha, me too. Qibao, I love you the most~"
......
Himeko opened her eyes and rubbed her head.
"Tsk, I drank a bit too much last night."
Himeko turned on the light and saw a bowl of soggy noodles on the table, with a few slices of luncheon meat on top.
"That kid's pretty efficient, he actually did it. It's just that I woke up a bit late. He really does know everything, sigh." (Egg and luncheon meat noodles)

However, things weren't so peaceful for Ying, who joined the resistance.
On her very first day joining the resistance, she was caught up in the war against Kujo Sara. Although she ultimately won, it was still the first time Ying had experienced war between people. Where there is war, there will be injuries and death... Life is something that is both fragile and resilient.
The rebels who were not seriously injured were in the wounded soldiers' camp, while the seriously injured were in a newly opened sanatorium. The doctors there were highly skilled and it was said that there was no disease they could not cure.
After meeting with Sangokoro Kokoro early that morning, Ying and Paimon were invited to visit the sanatorium. Sangokoro Kokoro suspected a powerful figure was behind the sanatorium, given that most of the wounded were from the resistance. The shogunate army couldn't possibly be unaware of this; if they knew, why hadn't they intervened? If she could cooperate with the person behind this mysterious sanatorium, her chances of defeating the shogunate army would increase. After all, she was facing Inazuma's Thunder General, and frankly, the chances were slim. If the general himself intervened, the war would likely end in an instant…
Chapter 181 Sanatorium?
On the way to the sanatorium, Coral Palace Heart Sea and the Traveler explained to Paimon the current situation of Umijima Island and the resistance, as well as their attitudes toward the Eye Hunting Order and General Raiden.
"Ying, I want to confirm something again. After learning about the current situation on Haizhi Island and the resistance, are you still willing to fight alongside us?"
Ying patted her chest.
"I won't give up."
“Alright, now I will formally announce your appointment. From this day forward, Ying, you will be promoted to captain of the Umijima Special Operations Team, ‘Swordfish Second Division’.”
Paimon was very happy.
"Yay, Traveler! We just joined the resistance and we're already captains, and in the Special Operations Team no less! Swordfish—that name sounds amazing! When are we going to take up our posts?"
Ying stood with her hands on her hips, still quite happy. Just kidding, this traveler is an official wherever he goes.
On the way, Shinkai told Ying many stories about the resistance and General Kujo. Soon, the group arrived at the sanatorium. Paimon felt it was out of place with Inazuma; its architectural style resembled Juexi's theater...
"Traveler, do you think the person behind this sanatorium might be Juexi?"
Ying got angry when she heard the name Juexi. This guy ran away so fast back then, without even thinking of explaining. She was also impulsive at the time. Thinking about it carefully, how could Kiana be Tianli? If Kiana is Tianli, then wouldn't Juexi have... How could that be? Really.
"It's alright, I'll settle the score with him now. He ran away without explaining what happened last time, I'll make him pay when we meet again."
As Xin Hai listened to their conversation, he silently pondered in his mind. Ying and the person behind the sanatorium seemed to know each other. It sounded like they might have a good relationship but some misunderstandings. In the end, he still needed to firmly tie the traveler, this big fish, to his own ship so that he could have more initiative in the confrontation with General Thunder.
Inside the sanatorium, the stragglers were in a state of turmoil. When had they ever served anyone like this before? Aponia was constantly watching them, and it was driving them crazy.
"Ah San, please give me the gauze."
"I said... Aponia, you're not allowed to call me Asan!"
"So, small investors?"
"Small retail investors are even worse off!"
Aponia patted the skirmisher's head as if coaxing a child, smiling.
"Alright, Asan, stop being so temperamental. Let's 'atone' for our sins."
The skirmisher impatiently slapped Aponia's hand away.
"Me? Guilty?"
The skirmisher no longer wanted to tear apart Aponia's hypocritical facade; he simply thought Aponia was a madwoman. This woman was treating people for absolutely no fee, and constantly claiming to be guilty. He'd rather go see Rosalie at the Evil Eye Factory—at least there would be some peace and quiet.
After throwing the gauze to Aponia, the skirmisher turned to leave, only to bump into Luminous and Paimon, who were just about to enter.
Paimon was somewhat shocked.
"Skirmishers!"
The traveler immediately summoned his bladeless sword and looked at the skirmishers warily.
This scene made the stragglers want to laugh, and rightly so. They had almost forgotten that although he was "bullied" by Aponia and Thousand Calamities inside the sanatorium, outside the sanatorium, he was the sixth-ranking executive officer of the Fatui.
Just as the soldier was about to speak, a familiar voice came from behind him.
"Kid, if you're going to leave, then get out of here. Don't fight at the entrance. Or do you want to change your identity and go back to the sanatorium?"
Luminous and Paimon naturally heard this as well, and were utterly shocked. That was the Fatui Enforcer, the Sixth Seat! The last time they saw him was in Mondstadt, on a quest at the Adventurers' Guild with Mona. They ran away as soon as they saw the skirmishers. Luminous looked at the man who spoke; he was wearing a mask, and he seemed...fierce?
The stragglers didn't say anything; they knew this madman was capable of violence. They glared at the traveler and then left, muttering as they passed by, "Consider yourself lucky."
Paimon grinned and moved closer to Qianjie.
"Hehe, he seems quite afraid of you. What's your name? I'm Paimon, and she's Ying. That one is the current priestess of Haiqi Island, the leader of the resistance, Coral Palace Heart Sea."
Qianjie glanced at Paimon, then at Xinhai, and finally at Ying, his gaze lingering on her.
"Kid, did I tell that bastard to get lost? I was saying that to all of you. Take your pet and get out of here. His name is so long, I can't remember it."
Paimon was a little angry; this was the first time in a long time that someone had shown him such disrespect.
"How can you talk like that?"
Qianjie turned around and seemed to glare at Paimon. Paimon could only see the mask, but she was startled by the man's imposing aura and immediately shrank back to the Traveler's side.
Seeing this, Coral Palace Heart Sea approached.
"Excuse me, sir. I am sorry to have come without prior notice. I just wanted to thank everyone in the sanatorium for taking care of our resistance."
Qianjie looked at the sea of his heart.
"No need. And you get out too."
......
This really stumped Ying. She'd been in Teyvat for so long, and this was the first time she'd ever been insulted. It wasn't just that he insulted her; the real problem was that he insulted everyone and was completely impossible to communicate with. Judging from the way the skirmishers had acted earlier, even they were afraid of him. Force wouldn't work either.
Qian Jie was getting annoyed and was just about to make a move when Aponia came out. She put one hand on Qian Jie's shoulder, and Qian Jie immediately dodged away. Being touched by Aponia made him feel disgusted.
"Aponia! How many times have I told you not to touch me! Do you want to die?!"
Aponia smiled.
"I'm sorry, Qianjie. I'm sorry, all three of you. Please come with me."
Ying looked at the woman before her, then thought of Rosalia from Mondstadt. Wasn't she also a nun? How could there be such a vast difference between the nuns of Mondstadt and the nuns of Inazuma...?
Please don't be shy.
Paimon circled around Aponia, seemingly quite pleased.
“I am Paimon, she is the Traveler, her name is Ying, and this is Coral Palace Heartsea. It’s a pleasure to meet you.”
Aponia smiled and nodded, then turned around, took Ying's hand, placed it on her chest, and apologized sincerely.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you all, Paimon, Ying, and Miss Coral Palace Heartsea. My name is Aponia, and that child’s name is Qianjie. I’m so sorry. He’s a very enthusiastic child. Please allow me to apologize to you on his behalf.”
Ying was a little stunned. What...what kind of etiquette is this?! She had never experienced anything like this before. Ying's face turned red immediately. This spot...it's so soft...no, it's not...
Aponia looked at Luminous, released her hand, cupped Luminous's face in her hands, lowered her head, and pressed her forehead against Luminous's.
"It's a normal temperature, so why is your face a little red? Are you feeling unwell?"
"No, no, I'm not feeling well."
Aponia smiled.
"Ying, your heart seems to be beating much faster. I'll go get some tea for the three of you."
Even though Aponia had temporarily left, Ying was still too shy to speak. Why were all the staff at this sanatorium acting so strangely?! Aponia really didn't treat her like an outsider; this was too intimate! After withdrawing her hand, Ying unconsciously squeezed the air. She looked at herself; although not as... well, she was still pretty good! Then she looked at her inner sea. Hmm... Ying felt much better.
As Xin Hai watched this scene, he naturally noticed Ying glancing at a certain spot on his body, and he felt somewhat unhappy.
Paimon flew to Ying's side and whispered in her ear.
"Aponia is pretty, isn't she? How did it feel to touch her just now, hehe. She's probably dressed as a nun too. Aponia seems more reassuring than that lazy nun in Mondstadt~ It's not that Rosalia is unreliable, it's just that there's a strange feeling around Aponia. Traveler, do you feel it too?"
Ying calmed down and thought about it.
"It seems so, Paimon. There's a strange feeling when you're around her, a desire to listen to her."
Side story, but not a complete side story
……
After talking for a while, Ellie finally finished and picked up the milk tea that Mei had just made for her, drinking it with great satisfaction.
"Mmm~ Delicious~ Mei's cooking is so good. Sigh, I must have worked hard talking for so long just now?"
As they were talking, Airi casually put her leg over Mei's leg.
Mei was shocked after hearing Ai Li's words. That seemingly ordinary kid, Jue Xi, was actually so powerful... wait, it was because she had subconsciously become prejudiced against him and looked down on him after discovering his close relationship with Kiana. Sigh, she couldn't let that happen.
Another important piece of information is that she is actually inside the Theater of Domination... She had never thought of living here before. Juexi's Herrscher powers are somewhat different from what she remembered as a Herrscher of Domination.
As Airi sipped her milk tea, she noticed Mei's serious expression and decided to tease her. As she spoke, Airi touched Mei's thigh.
"Speaking of which, Mei, were you really up to something? You were teasing me on purpose just now. Looks like you're even better at manipulating girls' hearts than I am, hmph~"
"So, Alicia, does it feel nice to touch?"
"Hehe, it feels so good~"
Mei was speechless for a moment, then firmly grabbed Airi's hand, trying to get her to behave.
"Oh dear, so Mei is this kind of person? Please be gentle, okay? I'll cry~"
Mei was so angry she wanted to roll her eyes to the moon. She let go of Airi's hand, intending to go back to her room for some peace and quiet. Just as she stood up, Airi came up to her.
"Ya, Ya, I just told you about Juexi from the previous civilization. Tell me how you met us, how you met everyone from the Fire-Chasing Moths, okay? Okay?"
Mei nodded; after all, it wasn't something that couldn't be discussed.
"At the time, I joined 'World Serpent' for some reason, and Kevin wanted me to enter 'Paradise of the Dead'..."
