Amanosaki leaned out halfway to answer.

With just this leaning forward, Amanosaki's bare upper body was clearly seen by his two aunts.

That body was young, strong, and full, with clearly defined muscle lines; the twisting motion of his waist perfectly showcased his abdominal muscles and V-line.

His body was covered in tiny scars, clearly indicating that he had been through a fierce battle, yet his muscles remained intact, as if these wounds were merely superficial injuries.

Third Aunt raised an eyebrow at Fourth Aunt.

"See those muscles? They're fucking muscular, like a wolf."

Fourth Aunt nodded without making a sound, then traced a line on her chin with her thumb, moving down to her cheek.

"Did you see that face? The young man is very handsome, even more handsome than the Zheng family's son!"

Third Aunt glared.

Really?

Fourth Aunt tilted her head.

"That's for sure!"

The two sisters, who had known each other for many years, had an unspoken exchange. They had been so eager to see their own Kobayashi that they had neglected to examine Amanosaki. Now that they had caught a whiff of something, they were finally able to take a closer look.

When Amanosaki changed into her combat uniform, which was still damp on the hanger, and then dried it with magic before coming out, her two aunts, who were concerned about their niece's marriage prospects, were immediately impressed.

He was indeed handsome and had a great physique; he looked exceptionally spirited in his combat uniform.

If you don't look closely, you might mistake him for a soldier.

Amanosaki was unaware that she had silently gained some favor with her two aunts simply because of her looks.

He leaned close to Lin Shuyu, wrapped his arm around her slender waist, and kissed her forehead with a sweet smile: "Then I'm leaving. You stay and keep your aunts company."

Lin Shuyu nodded, both happy and shy, watching Amanosaki's back as he walked toward the investigation team.

Then she was led into the house by her two aunts, one on each side. As the door slammed shut, the conversation, which was usually reserved for relatives and women, began.

"You...did it?"

"aunt!"

-------------------------------------

"So, the investigation team is investigating me here?"

Amanosaki looked around at his surroundings, somewhat speechless.

A man with a thick beard sat in front of him, a cigarette dangling from his mouth, looking somewhat dejected.

“Investigating a chivalrous knight-errant, especially a famous one, requires some preparation. The military camp is full of people. Apart from the mess hall, the only place without people is outside. It’s windy and rainy outside. You don’t care, and neither do I, but the equipment is delicate.”

"You are a magnanimous person, please forgive me."

Only a few long tables remained in the entire cafeteria; the other tables were pushed to the edge.

Instead, a wide variety of testing equipment has been introduced.

From familiar medical examination equipment to unfamiliar instruments of all sizes, the sheer variety was astounding, giving Amanosaki a real eye-opener.

Doctors and scientists in white coats came and went, creating a lively scene. The soldiers who had survived the previous battles stood guard outside the door.

This time, instead of carrying chainsaw swords and nail gun-shaped pistols, they were carrying large barrels.

It seems to be a new tactic that comes from realizing that conventional weapons are ineffective against Amanosaki.

Outside, a dozen tanks and armored vehicles were targeting the entire canteen.

He also knew that the load-bearing pillars of the cafeteria were all strapped with bombs.

It was a gathering of all sorts of people, a veritable melting pot of all kinds of monsters and demons.

There were no chivalrous heroes.

Amanosaki sat at a long table in the cafeteria, legs crossed, and said, "You seem to have a problem with me?"

"Ah."

The bearded man grinned and said, "You're so young and accomplished, and you've already found two girlfriends. I'm forty and still single. I'm so jealous."

He's lying.

Hinata Hyuga lay on a bench, her body covered in electrodes and patches, as scientists accompanying the investigation team examined her.

'The investigative and interrogation skills I learned in Konoha tell me that this person harbors prejudice against chivalrous individuals.'

Amanosaki watched the man exhale a puff of smoke and squint at him: 'He's probably doing this on purpose, sending someone like this to make things difficult for me. If I lose my temper and fight back, they can put a warning or mark me as dangerous or unstable on their report and send me for observation.'

"Great hero, don't sit so high up. Come, sit on equal footing with us common folk." The bearded man tapped the documents on the long table with his index finger, tilted his head back, and a glint of shrewdness flashed in his eyes on his listless face.

"The inquiry is about to begin."

"Okay."

Amanosaki obediently sat down, allowing the investigator to carefully handcuff him with heavy, thick handcuffs.

With a beep, the handcuffs lit up with a green light, and Amanosaki realized that some kind of force had invaded his body, and he felt unusually weak.

The bearded man opposite him stood up, walked up to Amanosaki, and threw a punch!

Chapter 212: You dare to insult my wife?

Hinata Fubuki, lying on the recliner, stared wide-eyed, her muscles tense, wanting to get up.

But she was horrified to find that her strength had diminished.

'No, it's not that it's shrunk, it's that Nozaki is supplying less energy... those handcuffs?'

Hinata activated her Byakugan and began to examine the handcuffs.

"Wow! There's an energy circulation I've never seen before, concentrated around the eyes!"

The scientists excitedly recorded the data, their eyes filled with fervor.

Judging from his expression, he wished he could dissect Hinata on the spot.

"I'm fine." Amanosaki raised his head, then lowered it slightly, his nose feeling a little sore.

"Wow, that's some tough flesh."

The bearded man shook his fist, blew on his reddened knuckles, and looked at Amanosaki with some surprise at the fact that he had been punched in the nose but hadn't bled.

“No bleeding, no breakage.” He reached out and pinched Amanosaki’s nose, then pulled hard.

Amanosaki gritted her teeth and looked at him with a smile.

“No fracture,” the bearded man said, scribbling on the document.

"The superpower you registered at Qunxia Mountain is [Ideal Type], which means, well..." The bearded man pointed at Hinata Hyuga with his pen, "...that woman."

"So what's wrong with your physical condition now? And every time you fight in the videos, it's like you have a ring of LED lights under your skin, causing light pollution. Are you LED Light Hero?"

The tablet next to it displayed clips from a trailer shot by Spielberg, which focused on close-ups of Amanosaki.

"And this... it's fucking heavy."

The bearded man picked up the Spear of Longchinus, his face turning red. "This must weigh over a hundred pounds, right?"

"Nothing you want to explain, huh?"

Amanosaki clicked his tongue and said, "My extra abilities are all classified as secret with the approval of Amber, the guard of the Yushan branch. If you don't know them, it means you're not qualified to know."

"Hahaha!" The bearded man laughed, spreading his arms wide and spinning around in place, laughing loudly at all the members of the investigation team. "Did you hear that? He said I'm not qualified, hahaha, me! Not qualified!"

Then the bearded man grabbed Amanosaki by the collar and cursed fiercely:

“Listen up, you little bastard! I don’t care who you were in the past, what kind of crappy branch you’re backing, or what kind of crappy investors you have. All of that is nothing to me. I’m from the capital, and I represent the highest will of the nation.”

"Now, the Supreme Will has become suspicious of you. Your activities over the past ten years have been a blank, and your identification documents are forged! We have found the person who forged the identification documents and obtained a solid confession!"

"We have reason to suspect that you are a foreign spy, or simply a demon disguised as a human!"

“Now, all I have to do is put a few crosses on these documents, and you will spend the rest of your life in a special prison, with no time to exercise, no work, and you will be kept like a pet in a white cage of less than five square meters, to be studied and dissected.”

The more he spoke, the more ferocious the bearded man became.

"Your girlfriend... oh, she's not even human. She'll have to undergo experiments even more cruel than yours. She has no human rights, so raping her isn't a crime. Maybe she'll be operating on herself while being ridden by thousands of men in bed!"

Amanosaki was sprayed with spittle. He frowned and stared at the bearded man until the bearded man stopped talking, panting.

Amanosaki Sai smiled at Hinata Hyuga.

He laughed loudly and happily, revealing his gums; even the scientists on Hinata's side could see Amanosaki's molars.

Laughing until tears streamed down his face, Amanosaki finally uttered one sentence:

"You're in a hurry."

"Fuck your mother!" The bearded man's brain suddenly went blank with blood rushing to his head. His face, neck, and ears were red and swollen. He punched Amanosaki to the ground and then sat on him, punching him wildly.

The bearded man stood up, panting heavily, after his combat uniform was stained with blood resembling red plum blossoms.

His metacarpophalangeal joints, having received the most reaction force, were so badly damaged that the skin had rotted, revealing bright red flesh and blood.

The marks on Amanosaki's clothes were from his wounds.

"He doesn't even have the strength to hit someone, yet he claims to be a leader from the capital."

Amanosaki got up with a sarcastic tone, looked up at the bearded man, and his eyes were full of contempt.

His body had undergone Yubaba's top-tier series of medicinal baths, and even though the handcuffs could suppress most of his superpowers, his physical abilities were still far beyond those of ordinary people. And the person in front of him... well, he was considered strong among ordinary people.

But that's only because he's fat; his body has long been hollowed out.

"Hey, uncle," Amanosaki spat, "next time, please rinse your mouth before you speak. Your breath stinks, it's all alcohol, even cigarette smoke can't mask it."

"You're so jealous of me, did you get divorced?"

Amanosaki looked at the other person defiantly and began to verbally retaliate.

“Look, your left ring finger shows signs of wearing a ring for years, but now it’s completely empty.” He enunciated the word “completely empty” with unusual clarity, and the veins on his bearded forehead began to throb.

Because Amanosaki was right, he did indeed get divorced three months ago, and his daughter was awarded to his ex-wife, leaving him only a house that is now full of garbage.

"You're wearing a suit, but you haven't changed your shirt. It stinks! It smells like sweat and fried junk food. Have you not showered for days?"
