Several dozen seconds later, a small white figure appeared in front of him.

"Hello, Mr. Azik, you're still up so late?" Arthas greeted Azik cheerfully.

“I used to sleep too much, and now that I’m awake, I naturally don’t want to sleep anymore. By the way, what brings you here, little guy?” Azik reached out and touched Arthas’s furry little head as he asked.

"Hehe, it's been a long time since I've seen you, I've been missing you a bit," Arthas said, rubbing his hand affectionately against Azir's.

"Hehe, don't try to play that game with me, little guy. Tell me, what trouble have you gotten into that you're looking for refuge here, or is there something you need my help with?" Azik said with a chuckle.

"Oh dear, I knew I couldn't hide it from you. You are truly wise and insightful, with discerning eyes that can see through things at a glance..." The little puppy seized the opportunity, showering the flattery on like it was free.

"Alright, alright, you've said so much nice stuff. It seems things are a bit serious. But it's already late at night. If you don't get to the point soon, I'm going to go to sleep," Azik teased, closing the book.

“Alright, Mr. Azik, then I’ll get to it.” Arthas stopped flattering and squatted down.

Seeing this, Azik sat up straight and became serious.

“It’s like this, Mr. Azik. I heard that you recently discovered a force called the Scourge in the Spirit Realm,” Arthas said, looking at Azik.

Azik's face showed a moment of surprise upon hearing this.

He carefully examined Arthas, then chuckled and said:

"Don't tell me this force is related to you."

“Oh dear, you’ve misunderstood, sir,” Arthas said with a relaxed expression.

"Is it a misunderstanding?" Azik asked, somewhat curious.

"Yes, this so-called Scourge Legion is actually just a small, hobby-like organization that I and some friends from the spirit world gathered together yesterday," the puppy said with a grin.

"Oh... I see... So this Scourge is just something you guys created for fun?" Azik looked like he suddenly understood.

"Yes, but we didn't expect this to attract your attention and scrutiny. It's all a misunderstanding," Arthas said apologetically.

“I see. It seems I was making a fuss over nothing,” Azik nodded and said.

Then he sighed again and said:

"Alas, it's a pity I was a bit too nervous beforehand and told one of my favorite students about this."

"That student's name is Klein. He is a friend of your master Arthur. I wonder if he will mention this when he talks to Arthur."

Upon hearing this, Alsassin's expression froze.

Just as it was about to say something, it found Mr. Azik looking at it with a smile, and immediately knew that its little trick had been completely seen through.

So the puppy simply plopped down on the table, looking dejected.

"What's wrong, little guy?" Azir reached out and patted Arthas on the back, asking with a smile.

"Mr. Azik, you saw right through me, yet you still tease me like this! How mean!" the puppy cried indignantly.

"Haha, how can you say I'm teasing you, little guy? I was just telling the truth," Azik said with a shake of his head and a laugh.

"Hmph!" Arthas turned his head away, seemingly ignoring him.

"But speaking of which, what are you trying to do, little guy, by causing such a big mess behind Arthur's back?" Azik asked curiously.

Upon hearing this question, Arthas couldn't help but mutter:

"Big stuff? What I'm doing is hardly a big deal. What Arthur did is the real big deal. I'm just trying to cover for him."

"Oh? It seems Arthur is doing something quite serious. Would you mind telling me about it?"

Azik's expression turned slightly serious. With a wave of his hand, the entire room was enveloped in a thick aura of death.

Arthas hesitated for a moment, then shook his head and remained silent.

Seeing that the puppy was unwilling to talk, Azik didn't press it, but instead changed the subject:

"It seems this matter is indeed quite serious. So you formed the Scourge Legion to lend him a helping hand in times of crisis?"

"Yeah, but I have absolutely no idea how to build an army. The Scourge army right now feels completely ineffective in combat," Arthas said sullenly.

Azik hugged the dejected puppy, nodded, and said:

"Indeed, you simply put them together without making them a cohesive whole."

Alsassin's eyes lit up immediately. He looked up at Azik and said hopefully:

"Mr. Azik, do you know anything about this? Could you teach me?"

Azik reached out and tapped the puppy's black nose, then chuckled:

"You don't even tell me what you're planning to do, yet you want to pull me into your ranks? Kid, aren't you dreaming?"

"If I tell you, will you help me?" The puppy perked up immediately.

“It depends on what you want to do,” Azik said, not giving a definitive answer.

“Well, to put it simply, Arthur wants to establish an order, a completely new order that has never existed in this world before,” Arthas said carefully.

It didn't reveal much of the substance, but it roughly explained Arthur's true purpose.

However, after hearing this, Azik fell silent.

He looked at the puppy, stared at it for a moment, and then said:

"Hey, what did you just say?"

“I said Arthur wants to establish an order, a completely new order that has never existed in this world before,” Arthas repeated what he had just said.

“No, I meant the question before that,” Azik said, shaking his head.

"Is it the sentence, 'If I tell you, will you help me?'?" the puppy asked, somewhat puzzled.

"No, the sentence before that."

“Mr. Azik, then you understand…”

"No, I don't understand, I don't understand anything."

Arthas: ...

"Mr. Azik, do you really know nothing?" the puppy asked, somewhat speechless.

The puppy turned around, took two steps, then turned back, looking pitifully at Azik, and sniffed.

It said somewhat forlornly:

"But I'm a little scared. I'm afraid that if I go, I'll never have the chance to see you again."

"Mr. Azik, will you miss me then?"

The puppy plopped down on the table and burst into loud wailing.

As he spoke, Arthas's voice choked up again.

"Alright, alright, I promise I'll teach you. I don't know where you learned all this stuff, little guy." Azik said, reaching out and pinching the puppy's fluffy ears in an annoyed tone.

Arthas was overjoyed and was about to say something when Azik spoke up again.

He picked up the puppy, looked at it seriously, and said:

"However, you need to tell me first, who exactly is behind you?"

"The person behind you? What person behind you?" Arthas blinked, looking completely bewildered.

“Don’t try to fool me. I know you’re a clever little guy with a lot of ideas, but you can’t possibly gather so many spirit creatures on your own. So, who’s helping you?” Azik asked, tapping the puppy’s black nose.

Whether or not Arthas is taught doesn't really have a big impact.
