Nighttime, inside a spacious villa.

The living room was now a complete mess, with men and women scattered all over the floor.

If you only look at this scene, it's just a group sex party.

But as time went on, the scene became increasingly bizarre and terrifying.

Generally speaking, this behavior is mainly for pleasure or reproduction.

Even if some actions go too far, they only add a little excitement.

Furthermore, during the exercise, they unconsciously scratched each other, resulting in deep bloody marks on their bodies.

Blood flowed onto the floor, making the scene even more eerie.

As the pleasure continued to surge, the people here were no longer satisfied with the previous way of playing.

Their blood-stained bodies began to gather together, forming a writhing sphere in the center of the living room.

This humanoid ball looked as if it had dozens of heads, hundreds of hands and hundreds of legs, and countless eyes.

The human-shaped ball kept wriggling, filling every possible opening.

Even Senie would have to admit that this was a masterclass in such a scene.

However, just as the human-ball was about to reach its peak, the villa's door suddenly shattered.

What followed was a loud shout:

"FBI, open the door!"

Chapter 269 Protective Umbrella

As night deepened, the once bustling island of Olavi gradually became quiet.

But at that moment, several explosions suddenly rang out in several places on the island, followed by towering flames.

What's really amazing is that when these flames first appear, they actually form a peculiar lotus pattern before returning to normal flames.

News of this strange event quickly reached the Governor's Office.

After sending personnel to extinguish the fires at the several locations where the explosions had started, the people at the Governor's Mansion were horrified to see the horrific scenes that had been burned by the flames.

Near a bridge archway of a magnificent clock tower that boldly uses red, yellow and blue colors.

The bell-ringer, Cano, looked at the lotus pattern rising in the distance and couldn't help but speak:

"This guy has made a huge fuss. I thought he would choose to deal with those people quietly."

"Heh, young people always have some special hobbies." A hoarse laugh came from under the bridge.

"That's quite a peculiar hobby," Kano muttered, glancing down into the archway and asking in bewilderment:

"Sir, is the reason you treat that young man differently simply because he can help us kill those people? I have a feeling that you seem to have some... apprehension towards him?"

"Warning...yes, I am indeed somewhat wary of him." A soft sigh came from under the bridge.

"Why?" Cano asked, puzzled.

"Because this is someone whose fate is unaffected, someone outside of fate." The voice under the bridge sounded somewhat helpless. "Such people are the most troublesome for us."

“If he were to oppose us, it would be a huge problem. Fortunately, he is friendly towards us but hostile towards those who believe in the primordial moon.”

……

Governor's Palace.

At that moment, General Emilius was standing in the corridor outside his office, listening to his secretary Lu Er'an's report with a slightly somber expression.

"Have the identities of those dead cult members been identified?" Emilius asked seriously.

"We're investigating," Lu Er'an replied with a slight bow. "The scene was too gruesome to even distinguish, and we're having trouble separating the bodies that were stuck together. Also, because it involves an evil god, we don't dare use psychic methods to find the killer."

"Find out the truth as soon as possible, and focus your main efforts on those cult members. We can ignore the murderer for now."

"Yes, Your Excellency General." Lü Er'an bowed slightly and left.

Emilius arrived at the door of his office, but as soon as he pushed it open, he suddenly stopped in his tracks.

Because there were two more people in his office at that moment.

A person wearing a white mask and strange theatrical costume.

The other one lay on the ground, covered in large patches of blood, seemingly unaware of its surroundings.

Seeing this, Emilius remained completely unmoved. He glanced at the uninvited guest before him and said:

"The Fate Playmaker".

The uninvited guest chuckled and said:

"I am truly flattered that Your Excellency, General, has actually heard of my name."

"What is your purpose in coming here?" Emilius asked, his tone devoid of emotion.

"I just wanted to give His Excellency the General a gift."

“A gift?” Emilius’s gaze shifted to the person lying on the ground.

“Here he is. Let me introduce him to you, Your Excellency. This gentleman’s name is Follett Ken. He is the leader of the Nativity Cult on Oravi Island and the only person I’ve spared tonight.” The Fate Master kicked the man on the ground with his toe.

“You were the one who did what happened tonight,” Emilius said in a declarative tone.

“Obviously,” the Fate Master shrugged dismissively. “You have no idea what I saw tonight, otherwise you would have made the same choice as me.”

“My secretary reported to me, so I can roughly guess.” Emilius walked slowly to the desk, his back to the Virtuoso, and took out a bottle of red wine and two glasses from the cabinet without any suspicion.

"Would you like a drink?" Emilius poured both glasses.

"Thank you for your hospitality, General." The Fate Master accepted the glass generously, lifted his white mask, and drank the red wine in one gulp.

When the mask was lifted, Emilius saw a young face.

“I guess this isn’t your real appearance.” Emilius took a sip of his red wine.

"Of course not." The Fate Master chuckled. "Just now, General, you said you received a report from your secretary and could imagine the scene at the time. That statement is not quite right."

"Oh? What's wrong?" Emilius asked curiously.

"Because the scene at that time was beyond the imagination of normal people, and could not even be described, otherwise..." The Fate Master's voice suddenly became low.

"How about otherwise?"

“Otherwise, this world is likely to be struck by a mysterious force and then quickly come to an end,” the Fate Master suddenly said in a whimsical tone.

Emilius was amused by this remark. He didn't believe that simply describing a scene could bring about the end of the world, so he just thought the person in front of him was playing tricks.

However, he didn't take it too seriously and continued to ask:

“You bring this man to me, saying he is a gift for me, but what use is he to me?”

"The best way to deal with cultists is to sink them to the bottom of the sea. Since you brought him here specifically, I have to go through an extra step."

The Fate Master chuckled softly.

"General, you will have to interrogate him yourself. I'm sure you'll gain a lot from the interrogation, because he mentioned a name when I was about to kill him, something like... Miss Cynthia."

Emilius's previously calm expression suddenly turned cold.

“Now that the person has been brought here, Your Excellency, please allow me to take my leave.” The Fate Master bowed slightly to Emilius, then walked to the window and his figure quickly disappeared.

Emilius made no move throughout the entire process. Only after the Virtuoso left did he approach the person on the ground and flip him over with his toes.

What came into view was an elderly man with white hair and a face full of wrinkles.

Emilius frowned, somewhat surprised, because according to Lu Er'an's report, this celestial sect was involved in all sorts of messy things.

How could an old man like this, whose neck is practically buried in the earth, possibly have the energy to do all that? How could he possibly be so good at maintaining his health?

However, Emilius did not intend to investigate further.

After all, cultists can always obtain some strange powers by praying to their masters. Perhaps the restoration of his former glory is the blessing that this person received from his evil god master.

“Ai, Ai Mi, Liu Si, Ge, Your Excellency.” Follett Ken was awakened by a violent mental piercing, and looked at the dignified and rigid middle-aged man in front of him with trembling eyes.

“Tell me everything,” Emilius said coldly.

……

The main hall of the Governor's Mansion.

The blonde secretary, Lu Er'an, was carefully arranging the investigation for tonight.

At that moment, a waiter came and said to him:

"Sir, His Excellency the General requests your presence here now."

Now? What happened again? Lu Er'an walked quickly to the office with some doubt.

"Get rid of him for me." Emilius gestured with his chin towards the slumped old man on the ground, his voice cold.

"Furthermore, there's no need to investigate tonight's events. Notify everyone to dig out all the members of the naturist sect on this island and then sink them into the sea."

Lu Er'an was stunned for a moment, and after several seconds he responded somewhat blankly:

"Yes."

……

Olavi Island, San Draco Mountain.

A person dressed in strange clothes and wearing a white mask is standing on the edge of a cliff at the top of the mountain, seemingly about to fall at any moment.

"Arthur, can we move a little further in?" a small, snow-white puppy asked tremblingly from the masked man's arms.

"What, are you afraid of heights?" Arthur moved back a little.

"No, I'm not afraid of heights, it's just that the night breeze is a bit chilly, and I'm afraid I'll catch a cold," Arthas retorted, offering a random but forceful argument.

Arthur chuckled softly, not exposing the little guy's lie, and continued to gaze absently at the distant, dimly lit town.

When Arthas saw that he was silent, he snuggled closer to him and asked:

"Arthur, where are we going next?"

"Trier."
