Naruto: From Kushina Uzumaki onwards, a traitor

After picking up the kunai from the ground, Minato Namikaze used it to block the katana that Chiba was about to use to cut down the genin's left leg.

The genin was so frightened that tears welled up in his eyes. If Minato Namikaze hadn't blocked it for him, his leg would have been chopped off by Chiba's sword.

Minato Namikaze tried to persuade Chiba: "Chiba! If you cut off their hands and feet, you will be punished too!"

With bloodshot eyes, Chiyu said in a deep voice, "So what? They shot Kushina with kunai first, so who can I blame for cutting off their hands and feet?"

And Minato Namikaze, since you saw them shooting kunai at Kushina and did nothing, why are you pretending to be a good guy here now?!

I'll say it again, if you want to stand by and watch, get out of my way and don't get in my way. If you want to help them, I'll chop you up too!

Minato Namikaze hissed, "Chiba! Calm down! They're still comrades from the same village!"

Chiyu sneered, "Minato Namikaze, you're really a hypocrite. They're your comrades, but Kushina isn't, right? Since you're helping them, that's your own choice!"

"Thunder Breath·Two Type·Rice Soul!"

In an instant, Qianyu unleashed a lightning-shaped five-hit combo.

Minato Namikaze's hair stood on end. His top-notch reaction speed allowed him to roll backward and dodge Chiba's five-hit combo.

Minato Namikaze stood up from the ground. When Chiba used Thunder Flash earlier, he had noticed that Chiba was very fast, and it was almost impossible to catch Chiba's figure with the naked eye.

Now, when he was actually facing Chiba, Minato Namikaze truly realized just how fast Chiba was.

Chapter 16 Jiraiya and Tsunade

Minato Namikaze escaped Chiba's Ina no Mikoto.

Chiyu's speed made Minato Namikaze extremely difficult to deal with.

Minato Namikaze hadn't expected Chiba to be so strong, even though he had always been the one who overpowered Chiba back in the Ninja Academy.

Chiba was also somewhat surprised that Minato Namikaze was able to dodge his attack so quickly.

As expected of a man who will learn the Flying Thunder God Technique in the future, his reaction speed is really fast.

However, Chiyu was only slightly surprised.

Minato Namikaze is still in his growth stage, and isn't he also in his growth stage?

Watching Chiyu's retreating figure, Kushina Uzumaki, her eyes red, murmured to herself.

Chiyu looked at Minato Namikaze again, sheathing her katana.

Minato Namikaze gripped his kunai tightly. He didn't think that Chiba sheathing her katana was a sign of stopping her attack; it seemed more like a prelude.

"Thunder Breathing·Type 3·Gather mosquitoes into thunder!"

Chiba spun rapidly around Minato Namikaze, leaving wavy blue lightning trails in her wake.

Because of the presence of these wavy blue lightning bolts, Minato Namikaze was unable to retreat and escape; if he did retreat, he would inevitably touch these lightning bolts.

Chiba continued to slash at Minato Namikaze.

Chiyu's speed was incredibly fast, and her slashes were extremely powerful. Minato Namikaze was already finding it very difficult to defend himself, and with the added effect of the Lightning Release chakra, his body gradually began to become numb.

The numbness in his body slowed down Minato Namikaze's reaction speed.

Minato Namikaze realized that he would not be able to block Chiba's next slash.

Minato Namikaze tried desperately to raise his right hand, but to no avail.

Just as Chiyu's slash was about to land on Minato Namikaze's arm, a tall figure suddenly appeared behind Minato.

"Ninjutsu: Needle Jizo!"

A tuft of white hair enveloped Minato Namikaze.

Chiyu's katana landed on the white fur, producing a 'clang' sound.

Chiyu's katana also broke in two.

Qianyu's eyes narrowed as she looked at the figure before her.

Jiraiya, one of the legendary Sannin.

Jiraiya released his Jizo needles and scratched his head, saying, "Oh dear, what's going on? I just got back to the village and this is what I see."

Upon seeing Jiraiya return, Minato Namikaze was extremely excited: "Lord Jiraiya!"

Jiraiya looked at Minato Namikaze beside him and asked, "Minato, what happened?"

Minato Namikaze stammered, "We're classmates, we just had a little disagreement."

Jiraiya focused his gaze on Chiba's broken katana: "This doesn't seem like a minor conflict. Although that little guy used the back of his blade when he saw you couldn't defend yourself, if it had landed on your arm, your arm would definitely be broken."

However, to the surprise of Jiraiya and Minato Namikaze, Chiba suddenly used the broken sword in his hand to shoot at the left leg of the genin who was completely terrified.

Another figure landed in front of the genin and slammed his fist into the ground.

The powerful impact sent the broken blade that Qianyu had thrown flying.

Another one of the Legendary Sannin, Tsunade, has appeared.

Tsunade crossed her arms and frowned as she looked at Chiba: "Kid, you've gone a bit too far."

Jiraiya asked seriously, "Why did you use such force against a fellow villager?!"

Chiyu coldly questioned, "Comrade? When he, a mere genin, shot the real kunai at Kushina, did he consider Kushina a comrade?"

And you, Minato Namikaze, you clearly saw everything, you saw that true kunai shot at Kushina, yet you didn't offer any help. But when you used that same kunai aimed at Kushina to shoot at me, did you even consider me a comrade?"

Jiraiya asked Minato Namikaze, "Minato, what exactly happened?"

Minato Namikaze told Jiraiya what had happened, explaining that since Chiba had already broken the genin's sternum and was trying to break both of their arms and legs, he had no choice but to shoot the real kunai at Chiba.

After learning the whole story, Jiraiya felt that Minato Namikaze had done the right thing.

Jiraiya stared at Chiba and said, "You've already punished them, and now you want to break their arms and legs? Don't you think you've gone too far?"

Kushina Uzumaki ran in front of Chiba, spreading her arms to block him: "They were the ones who went too far, why are you only blaming Chiba?!"

Chiyu pulled Kushina Uzumaki behind her and looked at Jiraiya with a cold smile, saying sarcastically, "Too much? What if that real kunai really hurt Kushina? Do you still think I went too far?"

"By the way, you certainly won't think this is excessive, because Kushina came to Konoha from another village, and I have parents who were rogue ninjas. So in your eyes, they are the comrades, and we aren't, right?"

Tsunade looked at Kushina Uzumaki with surprise: "What's your name?"

When Kushina Uzumaki came to Konoha, Tsunade was not in Konoha. In fact, Tsunade had been away from Konoha for several years.

Jiraiya was the same.

After the Second Shinobi World War, Tsunade did not stay in Konoha Village due to the deaths of her younger brother Nawaki and her lover, and because she suffered from hemophobia. Instead, she wandered around with Kato Dan's niece, Shizune.

Jiraiya continued on his journey of spiritual practice.

Jiraiya returned to the village this time to take Minato Namikaze as his disciple. On the way, he happened to meet Tsunade, so he returned to Konoha with Tsunade.

As Mito Uzumaki's granddaughter, Tsunade and Mito Uzumaki corresponded with each other.

They knew that a member of the Uzumaki clan had come to Konoha.

Kushina Uzumaki's red hair and her status as an outsider made Tsunade think that the cute little girl in front of her might be a member of the Uzumaki clan.

Kushina Uzumaki replied, "Kushina Uzumaki."

Tsunade thought to herself, "Just as I thought."

Tsunade said to Jiraiya, "Jiraiya, let the old man handle this."

Jiraiya understood from Tsunade's attitude that this child named Kushina Uzumaki might be special, so he nodded and said, "Alright, Minato, take them to the ninja hospital."

"Yes!"

Minato Namikaze helped the injured genin up, woke the terrified kid, and ran towards the ninja hospital.

Chiba's eyes flickered. With Jiraiya and Tsunade around, he had no chance.

Chapter 17 Sharingan

Minato Namikaze took away the injured genin and the terrified brat.

Now only Chiba, Kushina Uzumaki, Jiraiya, and Tsunade remain here.

Kushina Uzumaki looked at Jiraiya and Tsunade with wariness and distrust in her eyes.

From Kushina Uzumaki's perspective, anyone who is hostile to Chiyu or who is hostile to Chiyu is not a good person.

Jiraiya said he didn't care.

But Tsunade had a bit of a headache.

Kushina Uzumaki is a member of her grandmother Mito Uzumaki's clan. Now that she has come to Konoha, she can be said to be Mito Uzumaki's only remaining member of the clan.

Tsunade also has the bloodline of the Uzumaki clan, so it can be said that Kushina Uzumaki is also a member of her clan.

Moreover, Tsunade knew very well why Kushina Uzumaki had come to Konoha.
