Let's restart, Spider-Man!

"Then I really have to thank you."
Carter wasn't disappointed; she looked around.
"What surprise did you say you had for me?"
"Where."
Carter frowned. "Johnny almost crashed into this building."
"Yes."
Charlotte raised her hand, and an electric arc spider crawled onto her palm.
"The gears of fate have started turning again. It seems there's no way to avoid it. I need to go to work."
"me and you togather."
"it is good."
After he finished speaking, the electric arcs carried Carter's body toward the tall building.
Carter couldn't help but tremble along the way.
"It's numb~"
Soon, the two arrived at the basement of the high-rise building.
Here, the acrid smoke filled the air. Charlotte, wearing a nanosuit, was unaffected, but Carter covered his mouth and nose and frowned.
"There's a problem with the circuit; something's burnt."
"Where."
Her gaze settled on a large patch of water in the smoke, where electric eels were wriggling in the shallow water.
Among these electric eels, strange figures twitched continuously, their skin rapidly covered in pale blue electric arcs.
“His body is undergoing a transformation.” Carter’s brow furrowed even deeper.
Charlotte nodded. "Yes, Max the Electro of this world still couldn't escape his fate."
"Electroman?"
Carter looked at Charlotte, "Spider-Man's nemesis has appeared again."
"No, he's not an enemy."
Charlotte smiled, then used her spider silk to take Max, who was undergoing a mutation, away.
"Come on, this is my surprise for you."
"I am looking forward."
The two left.
Half an hour later, at the S.H.I.E.L.D. Staff Hospital.
When Max woke up slowly in his hospital bed, he immediately saw two inverted triangular light blue eyes.
"Spider-Man!!" Max exclaimed in surprise.
However, amidst the surprise, arcs of electricity began to spread uncontrollably from his body, causing the light bulb to flicker and sparks to fly from the equipment beside the bed.
"What's wrong with me?"
Max looked flustered, and inadvertently noticed his translucent hands. His blue pupils immediately contracted.
"No!! My body."
"Don't get excited yet."
Charlotte comforts Max.
"Don't be nervous, let me ask you something."
Charlotte patted Max on the shoulder. "I've already given you unemployment benefits, why are you still going to work for that company?"
Looking into Charlotte's eyes, Max felt a pang of guilt.
He was originally a lowly office worker, whose busy work made him lose his life.
Until one day, Spider-Man appeared in his life.
Spider-Man encouraged him to be himself, to bravely say no to workplace exploitation, and gave him a substantial unemployment benefit.
With Spider-Man's help, he finally experienced a different kind of life.
He was grateful to Spider-Man and cherished his only friend.
He didn't want to disappoint Spider-Man.
He tried hard to find a new job, but there weren't many opportunities in the city.
Coincidentally, the company's circuit had a problem, and the new electrician who replaced him couldn't fix it, so he had to ask him for help again, and was promised a good reward.
He knew Spider-Man wasn't wealthy either, so he wanted to earn some money to ease Spider-Man's burden.
He never expected that while working, he would slip and fall into the strange electric eel pool below, nearly losing his life. He was both frightened and guilty.
He promised Spider-Man he would bravely refuse to be exploited, but he turned back.
This made him feel like he had betrayed Spider-Man.
Under Charlotte's persistent questioning, Max could only stammer and give a vague answer.
"They gave me some money to fix the wiring in the basement."
Hearing this, Charlotte shook her head. "Alright, Max, you're not an ordinary person anymore. Do you remember what I told you before?"
Max's heart skipped a beat. "Remember, with great power comes great responsibility."
"Great, so Max, join Spider-Man in the glorious evolution—I mean, let's become superheroes together!"
An hour later, Charlotte successfully calmed Max down.
He walked out of the ward, where Carter was already waiting at the door.
"Is this the surprise you gave me?" Carter's eyes were strange.
Charlotte nodded. "Yes, Professor X provided a lot of information that time, so I discovered my destined enemy ahead of time."
When they were going through a tough time, I used my own money to help them through it and became their friend.
Carter's lips twitched. "Congratulations, Spider-Man, your network has expanded."
"Yes."
Charlotte laughed and said, "Max has agreed to your special training. He will soon master his power and will be more reliable than those four guys."
Carter, however, had his own concerns about this.
"Even if you save me, there will still be uncontrollable situations. After all, we are destined enemies. Are you sure you want to do this?"
"Captain Carter."
Charlotte said seriously, "What makes them villains is not others, but the prejudice in your hearts. It will be like a mountain pressing down on them, making it hard for them to breathe."
Carter was stunned when he heard this.
This reminded her of Steve.
If Steve hadn't been ostracized, would the story have turned out differently?
"Your words are always so philosophical," she said, coming back to her senses with a sigh.
Charlotte laughed and said, "I copied it."
Carter: "."
"Alright, I'm done chatting with you. I have to go save the next villain. Bye~"
As Charlotte spoke, her figure transformed into an arc of electricity that streaked across the night sky.

Stark Tower.
Downstairs, a disheveled Quentin Baker staggered out of the city of dreams, watched by the security guards.
Beside the fountain, the mist restored some light to his numb eyes.
He turned and looked up at the top floor of the building, where Tony Stark lived.
High-ranking figures would never meet a nobody like him, a special effects artist.
He wanted to realize his dream, but the only possibility was in his dreams.
This is the last chance.
But he still messed it up.
In despair, he began to hate the world.
Why are some people born with everything?
Some people spend their entire lives without ever possessing something that others disdain.
They don't even deserve to have the trash they don't want.
This is not fair!
Since there is no fairness to speak of, then any means necessary will suffice.
The resentment in his eyes grew stronger, but amidst the gasps of passersby, he saw only one hope.
"Spider-Man!"
The red and blue figure flew down in front of him, and Quentin Baker was stunned.
He remembered that Spider-Man had contacted him a while ago and promised to sponsor him.
But he didn't take it to heart at the time.
After all, many people know that Spider-Man is a poor guy.
"Hey, the coolest special effects artist in New York, do you remember me?" Charlotte waved and greeted him.
Quentin snapped out of his daze, his face lighting up with delight.
