Cindy Muen suddenly disappeared the next second.

She manipulated her gloves, projecting various virtual objects into the air.

Peter only saw what appeared to be Ant-Man's costume and the Fantastic Four's flying vehicles.

"I obtained these weapons, but they must have been thrown away by those lunatics themselves."

Cindy said she upgraded her equipment by scavenging for trash.

As for her abilities

This place used to be the headquarters of the Fantastic Four, and the top floors were once a base for S.H.I.E.L.D.

Peter guessed that she had obtained the genes of superheroes, especially the Fantastic Four, and combined them with Rogue's human-shaped cheat code, and that she had integrated these superhero genes into her identity as a scientist.
