Upon hearing this request, Charles frowned but remained silent.

Wolverine, standing nearby, reflexively refused:

"NO! Mutant genes must never be given to others. Haven't we learned our lesson yet?"

"We've already made a mistake once, which has led to us being hunted by Sentinel robots."

"Professor, we can't make the same mistake again!"

Iceman and Phantom Cat chimed in.

"Logan is right. If this sorcerer uses mutant genes to conduct evil magical experiments, the consequences might be even worse than they are now!"

Hearing the people opposite him, who were talking amongst themselves, he immediately began to define himself as an evil black wizard.

Harvey's face immediately turned cold.

"These are my conditions. If you don't agree, then leave. Nobody's forcing you."

Logan immediately retorted, "Professor, are you crazy? How could you agree to this..."

Iceman and Phantom Cat also began to earnestly persuade Charles to change his mind.

Watching these people making a ruckus, Harvey couldn't understand where Charles's inexplicable trust came from, and he felt a little strange.

"Or Australia, far from the hustle and bustle, would be nice too."

Harvey thought about it and realized that there was a reason why the last remaining mutant survivors from the original timeline would be wandering around Canada.

Canada's proximity to the United States makes it easier to obtain the latest intelligence and replenish supplies.

Moreover, there are vast uninhabited areas, and once you hide deep in the mountains and forests, it is basically impossible to find you.

"Then let's choose Canada. You find a good location and start construction secretly."

"After the main building is completed, I will use magic to hide the harbor."

Charles smiled with satisfaction upon seeing that the cooperation had been agreed upon.

"Then it's a deal. I wish us a pleasant cooperation, Mr. Harvey."

Harvey smiled, a rare occurrence, and even shook hands with Charles.
