Even using healing items to treat severe trauma will not remove the severe trauma card; it will only neutralize the effect of severe trauma. Only doctors, medical rooms, or special items can remove severe trauma.

This also proves the importance of doctors. Unfortunately, Doctor Yoshino was kidnapped by Yuhaka, so Bronya and the others will have no doctor to treat their injuries.
