Ash, with his invincible physical body, wants to become a Pokémon Master...

Sending the powerful crocodile to chase after the Dragon King's figure and launch an attack under such circumstances is a complete misdirection of its strengths and weaknesses.

Ash chose to simply turn the entire field into a blender, just like before.

Suddenly, the water on the crocodile's tail began to swirl, and its powerful paws started to wave, instantly creating a large whirlpool in the arena.

The thick sea fog was also diluted by this disturbance.

"Such powerful strength." Duli immediately noticed something was wrong.

"King Thorn Dragon, use Tornado!"

The blue giant seahorse immediately began to spin on its own to resist the suction force from Ash's Feraligatr stirring up the ocean.

It also created a huge whirlpool on the water's surface, and the two whirlpools collided violently on the field, a battle between forces.

However, trying to outdo Ash's Pokémon in strength is undoubtedly a very unwise decision.

"Oh my god!"

The powerful crocodile bulged its strong muscles and churned once more, instantly engulfing King Thorn Dragon's vortex in a vortex centered on it.

The powerful force created a waterspout over ten meters high on the water's surface, and Kingdra was instantly flung into the air by the waterspout.

I spun around dozens of times, and my eyes were practically covered in mosquito coil-like irritation.

"Hold on, Kingdra! We can't give up after three years of hard training. Use Water Cannon!"

Seeing that the Dragon King was about to collapse, Duli immediately used his bond power to activate a legendary skill to hold on!

Kingdra actually woke up from its dizziness, and in order not to disappoint its trainer, it struggled to lift its tail and break free from the top of the waterspout.

"Oh my god, King Thorn Dragon has broken free!"

This spirit of never giving up made the commentators and the entire audience cheer for this moment.

As Kingdra leaped into the air, it took a deep breath, and memories of its past with its trainer flooded its mind.

At this moment, the entire water arena was turned into a huge whirlpool by the crocodile, and there was no water flow to shield the crocodile standing at the bottom of the arena.

Seizing the opportunity, Kingdra swooped down from the sky and instantly closed in on Crocodile, ready to unleash its water cannon, brimming with the power of bond.

"Launch, King Thorn Dragon!" At this moment, the souls of Duli and King Thorn Dragon seemed to merge into one.

But then...

"Mighty Crocodile, bite its mouth!"

"what!"

Ash knew that the opponent wanted to increase the power and accuracy of the water cannon by shortening the distance.

"But they're way too close!" Ash immediately had his Feraligatr jump and bite.

"How could your bond power possibly stand against our well-honed muscles!"

Block it! Don't let him shoot!

The powerful jaw muscles of the crocodile completely blocked the mouth of Kingdra, preventing even a drop of water from leaking out.

The water cannon attack could not be canceled, and the backflow of water caused Kingdra's entire body to inflate like a balloon.

Then, when the crocodile released its grip, Kingdra really did fly around like a deflated balloon, finally landing on the platform with a thud and losing the battle.

"What an unexpected development! Water cannon attacks can be neutralized like this. Ash Ketchum has won this battle beautifully!"

[Ding! Mighty Crocodile: Affection +2; Intimacy +2]

After the match, the player, Duli, walked away dejectedly with his fishing rod dangling from Kingdra, even forgetting to shake hands with Ash.

"But this scene is too weird, why not put it back into the Poké Ball?"

Moreover, no matter how Xiao Zhi looked at it, he felt that the kid's posture was like showing off his catch, as if he was mocking Xiao Zhi for coming home empty-handed.

"I didn't hit you hard enough!"

Just as Ash won his first round of the Whirlpool Tournament, at an underwater base near Silver Rock Island...

After a few sudden loud bangs, things quickly returned to calm.

"Quickly, plug that leak!" Yamato frantically directed his men to plug the leak.

The large hole caused by the berserk attack from that powerful legendary Pokémon was painstakingly repaired thanks to the efforts of the Team Rocket members.

"Oh my god, it's finally resolved." Kosaburo was still in shock.

That was incredibly close. Lugia nearly destroyed most of the base, and it took several elite units of theirs a great deal of effort to finally put the enemy back into a deep sleep.

"Dr. Sambo, how many more experiments do we need to conduct?"

"Little Three Times, how many times have I told you it's Nanbo, Dr. Nanbo!"

Red-haired, bald, and wearing a white coat, Dr. Nanbo also arrived with several of his men to take over Lugia.

However, although he was correcting others for mispronouncing his name, he didn't seem to be pronouncing other people's names correctly either.

“Okay, Dr. Nanbo, but… my name is Kosaburo.” Kosaburo looked constipated.

But he dared not speak out, and the voice behind him was as soft as a mosquito's buzz.

"There's no way around it; the other side is the boss in the underwater base," Dr. Nanbo said slowly as he walked up to the sleeping Lugia and the others.

"Hehe, you don't need to worry, this kind of thing won't happen again."

"I've found what this Lugia cares about, and soon it will have to obey our commands!"

He pulled out a photo that a Rockets member had accidentally taken earlier, showing White's silhouette, and gave a sly smile.

"As long as it cooperates obediently, the experiment will be a success very soon..."

Chapter 284 This is all thanks to the blessing of the God of Muscles (6K, 5 bonus chapters)

After Ash won a brilliant victory, it was Misty's turn to battle for the first time.

Xiaoxia had been really looking forward to this vortex competition from the very beginning, and she took it very seriously in both the regular competition and the preliminary rounds.

Now that the official competition has finally arrived, of course I have to give it my all to show my opponents.

"The ninth match in Zone B will be between Xiaoxia and Zhang Zao!"

Ash thought he'd misheard the name "Old Zhang" because he was surprised to learn that there were actually people from that family in the Pokémon world.

The player on the other side, named Zhang Zao, was a middle-aged man wearing a Hawaiian short-sleeved shirt and a straw hat. When he saw that the person on the other side was Xiaoxia, he immediately showed a disdainful smile.

"Haha, so the opponent is a little girl. It looks like this game will be easy to win."

"Let's talk big after the match. Bring it on, I'm full of fighting spirit right now," Xiaoxia replied confidently, taking a deep breath.

She has grown a lot now, and she is not annoyed at all even when provoked by her opponents.

"Go, Sun Coral!"

In this battle, Xiaoxia sent out her newest partner.

Because she has a big ambition for the Whirlpool Tournament: to defeat Ash!

...at least one Pokémon!

Therefore, Misty temporarily kept her other, stronger Pokémon in reserve for the upcoming battle.

However, this sun coral is also Xia's favorite, and she has taken great care of it.

Its battle ability is not bad, so Misty felt confident sending it out as the Pokémon for the first round.

Sun Coral did not disappoint Xiaoxia.

In the battle, they fought steadily and quickly cornered Lao Zhang's Thousand Needle Fish with Spiked Cannon and Earth Power.

Uncle Zhang Zao on the other side was really unlucky. His Thousand Needlefish's ability is Poison Sting, while Xiaoxia's Corsola just happens to have no contact moves.

This made the uncle very upset, as all the tactics he had planned could not be implemented, and in the end, the Needlefish was taken away by Misty's Coral Spike Cannon.

Xiaoxia successfully passed the first round.

"Hehe, I knew it would work! I love you, Sun Coral!" Xiaoxia jumped up and down in celebration, hugging Sun Coral.

After the game, Xiaoxia happily ran up to Xiaozhi and said, "How was it? We did pretty well, right?"

Xiaozhi always praises Xiaoxia when she asks for praise.

Although this time Corsola happened to be type-dependent and resisted the Poison-type moves of the opposing Uncle's Needlefish.

However, Misty's performance has indeed improved a lot, and she didn't win entirely by luck, so Ash decided to reward her with a tight-fitting catgirl outfit!

(Xiaoxia: Hey, this is obviously a reward for yourself!)

There's no way around it, Ash got to enjoy the Phantom Thief Sisters' night-time bodysuits a while back, and now he's starting to like them a bit (。?ω?。).

……

After the first round, the second round of the tournament will begin. During the draw, all the contestants who passed the first round will be shuffled and thrown into a large pool for random assignment.

Xiaoxia is now particularly worried about what will happen if she runs into Xiaozhi in the second round.

"I don't think I'll be that unlucky..." Xiaoxia felt that she was such a hardworking and beautiful girl, she would definitely be blessed by God.

"Please, God of Muscles, bless me!"

Xiaoxia kept her eyes closed and prayed while drawing lots at the Pokémon Center.

Then it seems that the blessing of the muscle god really happened. Perhaps it was because the god saw that Xiaoxia was forcibly consuming excessive amounts of protein every day and then constantly exercising her jaw muscles, working so hard.

So the God of Muscles took pity on her and let Misty draw not Ash, but another young man who was good at using Feraligatr.

Xiao Zhi drew a player named Gao Mei.

This is a tall, slender woman. If Xiao Gang were nearby, he would definitely jump up excitedly.

Before their official match, Gao Mei even came to greet Xiao Zhi.

"Your teamwork with your Water-type Pokémon is excellent, which I admire."

"I really look forward to playing against you on the field!"

This older sister speaks gently, making a good first impression, but Xiao Zhi won't go easy on her just because she's a mature woman.

"Me too, but I will give it my all 100%."
