Is this the world of card dealers? Yada thieves!

"Okay, one more!"

As the duel progressed, Kagurazaka gradually became influenced by Jaden, and the two seemed to have hit it off, communicating in a strange way. Meanwhile, Marufuji Ryo, who was watching from the sidelines, listened to Kagurazaka and Jaden's conversation and was somewhat moved, lost in thought.

'Even borrowed items can be used to create your own duel, right...?'

Kagurazaka's mindset in duels was borrowed, but wasn't Ryo Marufuji himself the same? He had always been dueling according to what he had learned in the past, and recently he had been struggling because he could no longer suppress the true desires deep in his heart.

'Let me see how powerful you are, Jaden!' Seeing Jaden draw another card to continue the duel, Marufuji Ryo temporarily stopped thinking and continued to watch the duel intently.

"The Normal Spell Card 'Hero's Legacy' can only be activated by returning two Fusion Monsters made with 'Hero' monsters as Fusion Material from my Graveyard to my Fusion Deck." Jaden retrieved 'E-Hero Tornado' and 'E-Hero Absolute Zero' from his Graveyard, then placed his finger on the top of his deck. "I draw three cards from my deck."

[Junior: 2800LP, hand size 5→7]

Despite his hand size increasing, Jaden still had no monsters on his field. However, no one doubted that Jaden's [E·hero], with its abundant hand resources, would be able to unleash a decent burst of power.

Kagurazaka: 3300LP, 0 cards in hand

Seeing the card drawn, Jaden looked at Kagurazaka and said, "It's a pity I didn't draw [Lava Demon] so that this card that Hayato gave me could be compared with Yugi's deck. And if that were the case, it would be much easier for me to defeat you, Kagurazaka."

"But it doesn't matter now, it's our stage now!"

As he spoke, Jaden drew a card from his hand and said, "I activate the Spell Card [Fusion Recycle]. I add one [Fusion] Spell Card and the Fusion Material Monster used in the Fusion Summon from my Graveyard to my hand."

"I choose [E·hero Bubble Man]".

After adding two cards to his hand, Jaden immediately played another card, saying:

"Then I activate the Spell Card 'Fake Hero' and Special Summon a single 'E-hero' monster from my hand. I then Special Summon 'E-hero Bubble Man'. 'E-hero Bubble Man', Special Summoned by the effect of 'Fake Hero', cannot attack and returns to my hand at the end of the turn."

"However, the activation of his effect is not restricted."

Jaden places the card "E·hero Bubble Man" on the Duel Disk and places it on top of the deck again. "If he successfully Normal Summons, Flip Summons, or Special Summons a card other than 'E·hero Bubble Man' on my field, I draw two cards from my deck."

"This turn, I haven't performed a Normal Summon yet. Normal Summon [E·hero Solid Man] from my hand, and when [E·hero Solid Man] is successfully Summoned, activate its effect and Special Summon one [Hero] monster with a Level of 4 or lower from my hand."

"My special summon is [E·hero Blaze]."

【E·hero Foam Warrior】【ATK800】

【E·hero Solid State Drive】【ATK1300】

【E·hero Blaze】【ATK1200】

The number of cards in his hand was only reduced from seven to six, but Jaden summoned a total of three monsters on the field after using only one Normal Summon opportunity. Although none of them had an attack power of more than 1500, it still made Jaden's front row look less shabby.

"I activate the Spell Card [Fusion], and use [E·hero Solidman] on my field and [E·hero Prismman] of the LIGHT attribute in my hand as Fusion Materials to send them to the Graveyard for Fusion Summoning."

The hero formed from prisms collided with the heavily armored warrior on the Jaden battlefield. The powerful impact shattered the prisms, which then transformed into light that surged into the armor. The armor, originally constructed of solid earth, began to transform, bursting forth with dazzling light!

The light illuminating the starry sky will transform into sacred wings that summon a shower of stars, unleashing ultimate power and awakening the name of hope!

"Fusion Summoning! [E·Hero Shining Hero]!"

The power of light gathered into a ring-shaped blade, supporting eight wings of hope, and floated in the air. In front of it was a pure white warrior with his arms crossed in front of his chest, who gave people a feeling of "symbol of hope" just by standing there, looking down at Kagurazaka!

【E·hero Shining Warrior】【ATK2600】

"【E·hero Shining Man】's attack power will increase by 300 points based on the number of monsters with the name 【E·hero】 that are banished from the game. The monsters banished from the game are 【E·hero Sky Man】 and 【E·hero Liquid Man】, so 【E·hero Shining Man】's attack power will increase by 600 points."

After a pause, Jaden continued, "In addition, if a monster is sent from my Monster Zone to the Graveyard by a Spell Card, the second effect of [E·Hero Solid Man] is activated, and I Special Summon one [Hero] monster from my Graveyard in Defense Position to my field, except for that monster."

"I will Special Summon [E·hero Prism] in Defense Position."

Looking at Jaden, who still had four cards in his hand and four monsters on the field, Kagurazaka calmly said, "Although you played well, Jaden, the [E-Hero Prism Man] in Defense Position and the [E-Hero Bubble Man] that can't attack are just decorations. You're still three thousand years away from defeating me."

"Decorative or not, that's not true at all. Every hero has their own reason for being." Jaden said, then played another card, "Activate the Spell Card [O-Beyond Soul], target one [E-hero] Normal Monster in my Graveyard, Special Summon it to my field. I Special Summon [E-hero Burst Girl]!"

【E·hero Burst Girl】【ATK1200】

【E·hero】The little red card appeared on Jaden's field at the call of the spell card. Kagurazaka was stunned for a moment, then remembered when Jaden sent that card to the graveyard: "Was it the same card that went to the graveyard when 【Angel's Charity】 sent 【Dandelion Lion】 to the graveyard?"

“That’s when it happened.” Jaden laughed and waved his hand again. “Not only that, I’ll activate the effect of my E-Hero Prism. Once per turn, reveal the Fusion Monster in my Fusion Deck to my opponent, and then send the Fusion Material Monster with the name on it from the Deck to the Graveyard to activate this effect.”

"Until the end phase of the turn, [E·hero Prism] is treated as a card with the same name sent to the Graveyard."

Jaden showed the card "E·hero Flame Wingman", and then took a card from his deck and said, "The card I sent to the graveyard is another fusion material of 'E·hero Flame Wingman' - 'E·hero Wingman'".

【E·hero Prism Man → E·hero Winged Man】【DEF1100】

"Finally, I'll be using the effect of [E·Hero Blaze]. Once per turn during my Main Phase, I can send any [E·Hero] monster from my Deck, except for one [E·Hero Blaze], to the Graveyard. Until the end of this turn, the [E·Hero Blaze]'s Attributes, ATK, and DEF become the same as the monster sent to the Graveyard." After a pause, Jaden added, "However, powerful cards often come with great risks. After this effect is activated, I can't Special Summon anything other than a Fusion Monster."

"The card I sent to the cemetery is this one, [E·hero Golden Blade]!"

Since he was going to send the monster to the graveyard anyway, it was only natural that Jaden chose the card with the highest attack power in his deck, [E-Hero Goldblade], and the power of [E-Hero Flameblade] immediately surged!

【E·hero Blaze】【4☆/Fire→Earth】

【1200/1800→2600/1800】

"【E·Hero Blaze】's attack power surpasses 【Dark Magician】! That's amazing!" Marufuji Sho exclaimed excitedly upon seeing the situation on the field. "Add to that 【E·Hero Shining】 with its 3200 attack power, Big Brother's monsters have completely surpassed Kagurazaka's monsters!"

"If [E·hero Flame Warrior] and [E·hero Shining Warrior] defeat [Dark Magician] and [Dark Magician Girl] respectively, they can deal up to 1300 combat damage, which can reduce Kagurazaka's base score to 2000 points, followed by a direct attack from [E·hero Burst Girl] with an attack power of 1200 points."

After doing the calculations, Maeda Hayato said with some regret, "If only [E·hero Bubble Man] could attack, it would be perfect for clearing out the remaining 800 points of Kagurazaka. Unfortunately, it can't be exchanged."

"Hmph, that jellyfish-headed guy is still no good. If it were me, the battle would have been over much sooner." Manjoume said with his arms crossed. "But since we've come this far, it doesn't matter if we waste a little more time."

"I'm entering battle mode, here we go, Kagurazaka!" Jaden said, looking at the composed Kagurazaka. "Use [E·Hero Blaze] to attack [Dark Magician Girl]!"

"Sacred Fire Shiranui!"

If the Dark Magician is destroyed first, the Dark Magician Girl's attack power will increase due to the increased number of Dark Magicians in the graveyard. Therefore, Jaden chooses to destroy the Dark Magician Girl first to inflict maximum damage in the battle. Hearing Jaden's words, Kagurazaka responded, "Although there is a clear difference in attack power, we can't lose in terms of momentum. We'll attack back, Dark Magician Girl!"

"Dark Magician Burst!"

A crimson-purple magic bullet rapidly formed at the tip of [Dark Magician Girl]'s staff, while [E·Hero Blaze] gathered his hands together, condensing a compressed fireball. After a brief charge, both unleashed their attacks, colliding into one!

After a brief stalemate, [E·hero Blaze]'s fireball suppressed the magic bullet as it approached [Dark Magician Girl]. Then, with a loud "boom," the exploding fireball was not like those benevolent fire jutsu from some plant-based world that couldn't do anything and easily destroyed [Dark Magician Girl].

With Marufuji Sho's heartbroken gaze, [Dark Magician Girl] entered the graveyard, and Kagurazaka's base score dropped a notch.

Kagurazaka: 3300→2700LP

“This feeling of being injured is etched into my memory and will surely be useful next time…” Feeling the impact simulated by the virtual projection system, Kagurazaka looked at Judai and said, “No need to hold back, Yuki Judai, keep attacking me!”

"I was planning to do that anyway, and here we go again, Kagurazaka!" Jaden laughed and waved his hand again, "[E·hero Shining Man], attack [Dark Magician]!"

"A cosmic miracle ray!"

"In that case, we'll use the Descium Ray!"

Kagurazaka unexpectedly found herself on the same wavelength as Jaden, a tokusatsu enthusiast, even matching his shouts. Although in reality it was just two magic cannons, one white and one black, clashing together, then, like with Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl, after a brief stalemate, Kagurazaka was suppressed and defeated, causing her base score to drop again.

Kagurazaka: 2700→2000LP

Watching Kagurazaka's [Dark Magician] on the field being destroyed and sent to the graveyard, Jaden looked at Kagurazaka, who only had one face-down card left on the field, and said, "Even now, Kagurazaka, aren't you going to activate your back row face-down card? If so, I'll continue my attack."

"【E·hero Burst Girl】, directly attack the opponent's duelist!"

"Fire Frenzy: Human Body Burning Secret Barrage!"

Flames roared from the body of [E·hero Burst Girl], turning into pillars of fire, as if to burn her completely. However, the fiery heroine controlled the raging flames all over her body, locked onto Kagurazaka, and unleashed the flames from her body, turning them into a barrage of fire that spread irregularly.

Seeing the flames rushing towards him, Kagurazaka took a deep breath, finally pressed the button, and activated the face-down card, declaring, "Then, I declare a chain direct attack! I activate my face-down card! This is my final summoning, Jaden Yuki!"

"The final fusion and trap card from the graveyard, [Dead Soul Fusion], is activated! Banish face-down fusion material monsters from my Graveyard as fusion material to Fusion Monster, and Fusion Summon this Fusion Monster from my Fusion Deck! The cost is that the monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack this turn."

Seeing Kagurazaka activate his face-down card, Professor Chronos was puzzled: "Strange, in the deck that Kagurazaka used, which belonged to Mr. Yugi Muto, there should only be one [Super Magician - Dark Magician's Apprentice], right? Not only that, but there are no other cards like [Red-Eyes Black Dragon] or the legendary Nameless Dragon. What card is he banishing to Fusion Summon what monster?"

Professor Chronos couldn't recall it, but Misawa immediately remembered a card: "No, there are cards that can be fused in Kagurazaka's graveyard. Remember when Kagurazaka was destroyed by [Chaos Warrior - Messenger of the Beginning]?"

"Then, using [Dark Magician] and [Chaos Warrior - Messenger of the Beginning] as fusion materials, such monsters exist among the cards on display!"

As expected, just as Misawa, with his excellent memory, had predicted, the two cards Kagurazaka took out and displayed from the graveyard were indeed [Dark Magician] and [Chaos Warrior - Messenger of the Beginning].

"I will fuse these two monsters, the level 8 Warrior-Type monster [Chaos Warrior - Messenger of the Beginning] and [Dark Magician], with their face down sides up!" Kagurazaka shouted. "Gripping the spiral spear and riding the magician's mount, the strongest magician and the strongest warrior, absolutely invincible, fuse here!"

"Riders of the heavens, inscribed with magic! This is the moment of ultimate perfection!"

Chaos Warrior - Messenger of the Beginning reverted to his original form as Dark Knight - Gaia, handing over his mount, the Cursed Dragon, and his lance to the Dark Mage. He then received the relic entrusted to him by his comrade and rode the dragon into the arena.

Without a moment's mourning for the defeat of [Dark Magician] and [Dark Magician Girl], the next to arrive on the field was—

"Fusion Summon! [Dragon Magic Knight - Dark Magician]!"

Seeing the [Dragon Magic Knight - Dark Magician] appear on the field in Kagurazaka, Jaden smiled and said, "As expected, Kagurazaka, you didn't disappoint me. This duel with you is really interesting."

"Since you've brought out your last trump card, then I must also bring out my beloved hero."

Jaden plays a card from his hand and says, "Chain with my opponent's Special Summon of a monster, I activate the Quick-Play Spell Card [Bubble Illusion]! It can only be activated if I have a face-up [E-Hero Bubble Man] on my field. This turn, I can activate one Trap Card from my hand."

"Adding a chain, the Quick-Play Spell Card [Instant Fusion] uses [E-Hero Burst Girl] on my field and [E-Hero Prism Man], whose card name is considered to be [E-Hero Wingman], as Fusion Materials to send them to the Graveyard for Fusion Summoning!"

"Come forth, my beloved hero, [E·hero Flame Wingman]!"

Jaden's Duel Disk begins playing its own background music. Under the power of Instant Fusion, Jaden's E-Hero Burst Girl on the field retracts the attack that was triggered by the appearance of Dragon Magic Knight - Dark Magician, and merges with E-Hero Prism Man, who has transformed into E-Hero Wingman.

In the vortex of fusion, [E·hero Flame Winged Man] leaps out and makes his appearance!

【E·hero Flame Winged Man】【ATK2100】

"Although [Skyscraper] was replaced by [Clock Cave] and sent to the graveyard, and I don't have a second [Skyscraper] in my deck, it's a real shame that I can't have [E·hero Flame Wingman] and [Skyscraper] fight together."

"However, the power of [E·hero Bubble Man] will lead [E·hero Flame Wing Man] to victory!"

"【E·hero Flame Winged Man】, attack 【Dragon Magic Knight - Dark Magician】——"
