It hit him.

It hit Arth like a truck.

Well, not just the tail, though it did feel like getting hit by a truck, but the simple idea of it all.

"I could ask for the egg!"

Arth faces the dragon and said in a warm voice. He could rely on his natural animagus powers.

"Excuse me miss, There seems to be a fake egg in your nest-"

The dragon let out a very ticked off roar that pierced his eardrum.

". . . . I guess that wasn't going to work."

Arthur frowned deep in thought.

"Maybe, I could just turn into a dragon."

"It seems as though he has a plan!"

Sure, transfiguring into something was hard enough as itself, and attempting to transform into something as complex as a dragon would be something terrifyingly hard, and something only a genius could do.

Too bad he wasn't a genius.

Arth grabbed his wand and steadily yelled out-

"Formam Mutatio!"

Everyone held their breath as they watched each of the champions fight.

Each battle was as nerve wracking as the other.

Cedric was up first, and he seemed to be very confused on what to do.

The dragon started to chase the dog and while it did, Cedric rushes forward to grab the egg.

In the end, Cedric did succeed however, he got hit by a fire breath and was severely burned.

Fleur did something weird where she put the dragon into a trance. It was the most effective as the dragon fell asleep and allowed her to take the egg safely.

Next was Krum. Krum had immediately threw a Conjunctivitis Curse towards the dragons eyes, causing the eyes to shut close. He would've done better than Fleur if only not for the fact that the dragon went trampling around in agony and squashed half the real eggs, he wasn't supposed to do any damage to them.

Next was the least look forward to match. The youngest champion, Arthur Kingscrown.

When Arthur entered the field, he froze, seemingly petrified due to fear.

Next he slowly walked towards the Alaskan Sapphire in a daze.

When the dragon attacked him with flames, everyone thought that the boy was a goner.

However, contrary to everyone's expectations, Arthur did not die. Instead, he had somehow managed to teleport onto the dragon's head.

This time, everyone had seen what had happened.

Shadowy tendrils of Black wisp were enveloping Arthur making him seem like a shadowy demon.

However, that wasn't all. In the next moment, the boy disappeared only for the dragon to whip its tail causing a nearby tree to disintegrate.

On second look, everyone saw that inside the tree was Arthur. Everyone immediately knew what happened.

Arthur, who has cast some sort of invisibility spell had been hit by the tail of the dragon causing Arthur to fly into the tree and break it.

That was why everyone was surprised when Arth got up from the blow almost perfectly unharmed.

However, this was the least surprising thing as in the next moment, the boy let out a few words that could be hear clearly by everyone.

"Formam Mutatio!"

All of the teachers and professors let out exclamations of surprise while some older, more experiences dropped their jaws.

Then everyone realized what was actually happening.

Arth had turned into a dragon.
