Coincidence Or Fate

The next day

After class I waited outside with Jose for Jordon and Toby to pick us up. Since we planned to look around today for the perfect location to open my first business. Then a black CR-V stop in front of us. The passenger door opened and Toby step out to greet us, he then escorted me to sit on the front. The atmosphere inside the car was great, as I introduced them to Jose as we drive along. Everyone was on friendly terms with each other.

As our pursuit to find the perfect spot to please me, half the afternoon passed by and still we weren't able to accomplish anything. For every spot we visited Toby would show me plans and ideas to help me feel not too disappointing. While Jose would check every detail in the kitchen for me. We were half way and decide to take a quick break. Jose went to order for all of us while me and Toby sat down to discuss the different spot we seen so far, he was explaining to me what we could do in order improve it.

Jose came back with a tray of burgers and drinks, he serve them to each one of us. As they started eating I couldn't help myself to feel a little bit disappointed and depress. I felt upset that I'm dragging everyone around and causing so much fuss. Despite all the area that Jordon have shown us were all quite the amazing its just none of them gave me that feeling of excitement.

"Ange don't worry will find it soon." Jose said

"We still have a few more places to check, so take a break for now." Jordon said

"Anyways, how did the recording do yesterday?" Toby asked

I can sense there worries for me. The fact I was feeling down already was their biggest concern right now, "It was fine actually, it wasn't that hard. We only did one song which was the main song for the album. We might redo some part of it and maybe by next week they'll release the first song online and maybe through the radio."

"Good then."

As Jordon finished his drink, he looked at me and pat my head, "Don't worry about us, were fine so smile already." I looked at their beaming face all fix on me, the way Jordon eased me made me quite self-conscious of myself. I could not respond at all and looked down in embarrassment.

We got back on the road again while I started munching on my burger. Jose was taking a nap while Toby was busy thinking of idea that will suited the theme I wanted to look for my shop. We didn't have a lot of budget so it was a big challenge for him. Since I priorities the budget for the expenses of goods and supplies.

It was almost getting late and all of us were exhausted already. I was losing hope already and feeling down that until now I can't find the right spot. Yes, most of the area that Jordon has shown me were all great it just I didn't have the special connection with them. We were down to the last 2 on our check list and I was praying so badly that one of them is the right now.


We parked in front of the shop. As I took off my seat beat and Toby opened my door. I saw stun by the opened glass shop with double door entrance in front of me. It looked small from the outside but very pleasing in the eyes. As the agent approached us and greeted Jordon, he then opened the door to the shop. As they opened both door for me to enter, it felt like magic as I entered. We were , greeted by this spacious room. The interior of the room was not bad already, it has wooden flooring and wooden beam on the ceiling. The agent said explained to us the history of the shop being a family restaurant before however it close down almost a year. The restaurant owner left some of the kitchen equipment and some are still usable. Jose made sure to check all the taps, pipes and kitchen equipment. As we continued to inspect the shop, my face was smiling from ear to ear. I looked at the 3 of them with high hopes, "This is it."
