Laci opened her eyes slowly. "Hmm... Big Brother?" She was still dizzy, she tried to stand up, however, she cried out in pain.

"Aaahhhh" Tears rolled down on his cheeks, her foot was broken, she can't stand. All the pain that was on hold when she was asleep, was now kicking in. She keeps crying until she heard a familiar voice.

"Stop crying now, Little Sister. Shortly, you will become one of us. We will be serving the greatest Lich of all... Lord Zadrum." Oriel spoke in a fanatic voice, then looked at Laci and spoke in an emotionless voice. "This will not hurt little Luci, I will give you a quick death."

Seeing her Big Brother, who was soo sweet and protective to her, now wants to kill her. She was heartbroken, she was close to his big brother Oriel, more than her other Big Brother.

"Big Brother..." He looked at Zadrum, with her hateful gaze, and shouted. "Evil being even if I became a skeleton... 'sob', I won't serve you 'sob' " Although she tried to give a strong front, eventually she sobbed again. Seeing the latter just looking at her, with his emotionless skull.

Seeing Laci, Oriel's flame of life, starting to fluctuates. "Laci... Laci!!... AAAAHHHH!!... LACI!! LACI!!! LACI!!! AAAAHHHH!!!..."

Oriel started acting like crazy, he will call Laci, and scream like he was in pain. Zadrum on his bone chair was just looking at the scene. He was enjoying the show, if he has a face you would be seeing him smirking right now. As for Sam, he was on his side like a statue.

"Okay, stop it now Oriel... Bring that girl to me, I will revive her for you." Zadrum said, after seeing Oriel no intention to stop.

Oriel's flame of life, which was fluctuating like crazy, stabilized. He picked Laci up and bring Laci towards Zadrum.

"I'm sorry, for what happened, Lord Zadrum." Oriel apologizes, in a respectful tone.

"Haha" Zadrum just laughs at him, he was naturally happy.

Seeing the scene earlier, Zadrum found out that Oriel's soul was not damaged and very stable. In his criteria to become a good subordinate, was not a strong one, but a being that had a strong soul. Right now, Oriel's thinking capability was not that much different when he was still a human. Whereas Sam, he still has a soul, however, not as strong as Oriel's soul.

Sam can still think on his own, however, not as good as he was still a human. He was not worried that Oriel will betray him, as the day passed by. Oriel's soul will be corroded slowly, until he became Zadrum's subordinate who will not betray him, whatever happens.

He put his hand on Laci's head, shortly after, Laci's skin began to peel off, and turn into ash, her skin, muscles, organs.

After some time, only the skeleton remained on Laci. He was about to finish the spell, when he found out that Laci's soul was gone.

"Ohh... Interesting..." He looked at Oriel and spoke. "Your sister's soul was gone, so, I can only revive him without his soul."

Hearing it Oriel's black flame of life turned red. "My Lord, tell who did it."

Zadrum sits back on his bone throne, before he spoke. "Well, I also don't know... Even if I know, you can't do anything. You are still too weak."

What he said was true, he doesn't have a clue what happened. All of the living beings have a soul in them, even the dumbest beast has a soul. After they died, they were lucky, they will be reincarnated as a human, or any race. There was no such thing, such as the afterlife. He was a former Tier 8 Lich, so, his understanding of souls was second only to the Grim Ripper. A horrible being that governs the soul, in the Conqueror world, he tried fighting the Grim Ripper. Wanting to acquire its understanding on the soul. However, he was defeated, and almost died that day.

"My Lord, I will surely become stronger faster. To serve Your Lord... and find the bastard who snatches my sister's soul" Oriel said hatefully.

Zadrum can't help but felt satisfied, hearing the emotions in Oriel's voice, he spoke.

"Sam, Oriel go out and take the skeletons. I want you two to add a hundred skeletons, and expand our territory." He ordered.

"Yes, My Lord."
