Crimson's Revenge

Hue who had a favorable impression towards Uoron and Mirly being with them reassured him of Reen's safety so he did not mind his answer and leaving the three alone together.

Mirly was staying with them because her grandparents did not accompany her back as they were enjoying their retirement abroad with their new found retired friends.

But before leaving he could not help but still leave a warning to Uoron. Claire only realized that Uoron did not go home with them once she arrived home as she had ridden in Wisteria's car; they had left ahead of Hue.

After making sure that Hue and Wisteria really left, Reen who was in the middle of Mirly and Uoron did not know what to feel.

Mirly was openly staring at Uoron sizing him up, Uoron raised his brows and stared at her clearly curious by the gal of this girl.

Throughout the time they had been with except for a few exchanges of words they did not interact at all.

"While waiting why don't-" Reen started saying trying to dispel the weird atmosphere.

Several men covered in black clothes suddenly surrounded them out of nowhere except for their back which was facing Reen's door (the men were not able to surround that part as the trio was directly in front of it).

As they lived in this remote area without any neighbors and only trees and shrubs accompanying them they had not notice these men's presence at all.

Reen and Mrily immediately shifted their focus and their aura changed to that of cold and emotionless person astounding Uoron a bit by the sudden change but he too changed from his playful aloof appearance into the same cold and aloof demeanor.

"Who are you people?" Mirly questioned as she slowly walked in front of the two

"You don't need to know who we are but just blame your rotten luck for displeasing our masters." One man said

Their faces were covered with face masks which also muffled their voice but the trio could still understand what he said.

Mirly glared and sized up the men. Listening to their answer MIrly and Reen realized and now knew who had sent them.

"Those scumbags!" Mirly cursed as she blew a fuse [1]

"I don't think they are trying to kill us." Uoron who was displeased being shield by Mirly said.

Reen stared at him as though asking why he is saying so.

"Because, if they did they wouldn't have exposed themselves, they would immediately do the deed when we did not notice them yet."

Mirly nodded her head in agreement. Reen after a few seconds of contemplation said,

"Uoron, I'm sorry for getting you involve in this." Reen said feeling guilty but before Uoron could say anything she continued saying…

"When I give the signal run as fast as you can, I and Mirly will handle this."

"For crying out loud [2]! You're telling me to leave the two of you here and then what let yourselves me roughen out or even **** by these people?!" Extreme anger was evident in his voice

Reen and Mirly could not help but flinched looking at him who was like a bear with a sore head [3] quite startled by his reaction.
