For the last 7 years, Uoron had grew up in his grandfather's care as his father used the excuse of being too busy with the other company branches to care for him.

But little did he know that Arthur [1] knew that he was gambling and womanizing all the time. But as he was the man his beloved daughter chose and he only started doing so once her daughter died he believed that he was just grief-stricken and did not mind it.

But the year that he was bed ridden, he then found out the truth when both he and Uoron who was casually having a walk onto their yard heard and saw a scene that they will never forget in this lifetime.

It was Vlad and Maya hugging and having their hands all over each other's body, Arthur could not help but want to lash out at them. Maya that time was Vlad's secretary and she was always their whenever he travelled abroad or had business transaction within their country. Arthur had his suspicions then but as his daughter said it was all just a misunderstanding on his part he let it go.

He wanted to rush towards the sickening couple and tear them to pieces but finally noticing his ashen faced 19 year old grandson, he could only suppress his anger and held Uoron's arm tightly as he dragged him away from this scene while the panting and moaning voices grew.

Uoron thought was a bit angry towards his dad for neglecting him, he never did blame him as like what his grandfather repeatedly told him he was just grieving that's why he was neglected.

He had still refused to believe that his father had cheated on his mother even until his grandfather's death that year. He thought that he and Maya became a couple only after his mother's death which could not be helped if they did fall in love then.

So despite his grandfather leaving the company in his own hands he still agreed to every whim of his father. Everything changed when Claire had arrived. In reality Claire was just a few months younger than him who was now 22 years old.

He was shocked to find out that Maya and Vlad was getting married a few months after his grandfather's death and had brought Claire whom they introduced as Maya's daughter to the family.
