"That song was nice…..but…."

She bit her lip as thought debating whether to say it or not.

"But...?" encouraging her to speak her mind [1]

"It seems to be more suited for a girl to sing."

Amusement filled her eyes as she was clearly teasing his choice of song.

"Did an elephant stomp on your ear [2]? You're wrong if you think that way. "He said pretending to be hurt by her words

She laughed at his silliness which made him grin in return.

"That was… nice in a not so offending way." She then said after wiping the tear from her eye with too much laughing

He chuckled at her remark.

"I'm sorry if it offended you young lady."

He said in a gentleman like way which made her giggle in response making him once again smile

"Why don't you play a song as well? In payment for the song I played?"

"Payment?" she couldn't help but smirk, he smirked back in response.

"Of course! In this era, nothing comes for free. Didn't you say that yourself?"

She chuckled.

"I did say that, all right then! But in one condition."

"Shoot!"

"You shouldn't react negatively alright?"

She pretended to say in a stern voice. He was finding this conversation highly amusing he merely shrugged his shoulder neither saying a yes or no. Reen shook her head and smiled as she started playing. The song she chose entitled "Thumping heart".

Uoron raised his eyebrow, the song seems to be about him? He shamelessly thought as Reen continued to sing and play the piano.

The song then ended while Reen smiled at him. That song was written by her when she first saw him after waking up from the hospital then remembering his drop dead gorgeous self when he rescued her from drowning.

She was sure she didn't like him, it was just that she finds him quite handsome that's all which inspired her to write this song but she definitely would not admit that to him.
