Crimson's Revenge

"Huh? Where am I?" Reen opened her eyes and said dizzyingly

"So you finally decided to wake up?" Came from a man's deep and sexy voice

"Hah?"

She then notices the handsome man beside her. After recalling what happened she turned pale as she stared at the young man sitting beside her who stared at her with relief.

"Bill, call and tell the doctor she's awake."

"Right away!" He gave Reen and "him" a curious gaze then left to call the doctor.

"I...?"

"You're in the hospital Miss. You're been asleep for at least 2 hours now. We found you two at the abandon construction site at the aquarium. You scared us sh*tless. It was because of the curse I tell you." Cookie said the last part in obvious fear.

"Cursed….?" The man turned to stare at her while frowning.

"Yes... Cursed. Didn't you hear about the curse of Bee troy..?"

She then continued to share what they talked about a few hours ago [1].

After saying her piece, "he" stared at her then at Veo who merely shrugged his shoulders while mutually thinking she was definitely not the sharpest knife in the drawer [2]. "He" signed tiredly.

"Where the hell did you even hear that rumour?"

"I'm not actually sure... At a party I think but Bill heard the same thing from his old man."

She gestured nonchalantly oblivious to Veo's and "his" facial expressions. Claire seeing this sense something was definitely wrong with this rumour. She glared at Bill who just returned with the doctor and his assistant.

"Hmm? Heard what?" Bill said dumbly

"About the curse!" Cookie replied

"Oh right! Can you even believe it's actually true? It's the first time that my old man actually said something coherent."

"He" pinched the bridged of his nose in exhaustion. He could not help but lament his misfortune of having friends as dumb as a post [3].

"You..."

Unable to endure his friend's obvious pain Veo explained for him instead,

"Cookie you said you heard that rumour at a gathering or party... was it a formal party with diverse vital personalities from different fields?"

She nodded confused by Veo's question, she thought again and finally realized that the rumour actually started by CJP Hysteria's rivals which was an obvious scheme to ruin the famous amusement park. She blush bright red while Bill and Cookie started realizing this fact too.

"B-but the rumour said it was mostly women who died or got injured..." Bill was not willing to give up said defiantly. Veo sighed while "he" completely ignored them and stared at Reen.

From bits and pieces of their conversation she could deduct these people where young heir and heiress. She continued to listen attentively at them ignoring "his" gaze which made him sulkily return his gaze towards his friends.
