Crimson's Revenge
41 Midnight Fores
When they left the hospital, Wisteria had brought her a change of clothes which she was currently wearing. The good thing was she decided not to change yet to her own pajamas so she was able to immediately leave after arranging a few things and stuffing it in her bag.
It was already night by then while only the moon and sparkling stars showing her the pathway. She walked and walked and remembered the song which actually made Hue discover her.
It was similar to what she was doing now. She had been walking and exploring the area until she realized she was lost. She started running frantically, panic stricken as she didn't even bring her phone on that spontaneous walk.
Similar to that time, as she was already familiar with this pathway and wanted to be thoroughly absorb on her own thoughts she yet again did not bring her phone.
She also did not leave any note as she decided to just stay for at least an hour which she believes would go unnoticed by them.
As she continued waking at this familiar place she saw a flicker of light and hurriedly walked towards it, feeling relief by actually taking the right way. She parted the bush and the picturesque scene welcomed her yet again.
It was a beautiful meadow, all sorts of fully bloomed flowers could be seen, various colors from magenta to minty green.
Trees swayed at the slight breeze, leaves falling as though dancing to a silent tune and finally the chirps of the crickets joining the forest symphony much similar to the first time she went here. But what attracted her most was the out of season lone oak tree with its vibrant red leaves.
"Beautiful….." she whispered, no matter how many times she sees this scenery it could always take her breath away.
She slowly walked, caressing the trunks of the trees feeling its rough edges. She continued to walk and pick a red carnation flower and smelled its aroma unlike that of the store's artificial scented flowers. She smiled to herself and started singing the song she previously sang.
♪ A midnight stroll
On a forest with trees so tall.
I stare up at the starry night
The moon lighting its borrowed light.
The crickets sings a song
That lasts all night long.
Rustling of the tree leaves
Buzzing of the noisy bees.
The sound of splashing water
In the nearby River.
Little fishes are swimming
Flowers waved a greeting.
Fireflies giving off lights
What an amazing sight.
A breeze blew by
Dandelions flew up high.
A beautiful forestry
What a site to see!
On a forest with trees so tall.
I had a midnight stroll. ♪
