"He knew I would share it with her. I'm a fool I'm really a fool, to believe he likes me too when in fact he was only using me…" she laughed bitterly tears falling from her face.

She hugged herself and kept crying. When the sun finally set, with her puffy eyes she stood up, carried her bag and arranged her wrinkled dress then left the amusement park.

The next few days she avoided Austin but realizing her childish attitude conceded and helped him get together with Candie.

Austin oblivious to this fact thought Diola was merely thinking of plans for them (Candie and him) to get closer. When she finally talked to him he was beset with joy.

Diola then started her "assistance" wherein she would invite Candie out to play and Austin then suddenly saying she had something to do instead and not make it or other similar situations and lame reasons as this.

She sometimes invites Skie but either "accidentally" says the wrong meet up place or tells him to come with her instead earning his ire as she continued these situations.

Eventually, realizing that something was fishy, Candie confronted them about it. Diola being the caring friend left them while dragging a furious Skie away. This gave Austin the opportunity to finally confess his feelings.

Candie had initially declined his advances as she knew Diola liked him, after his relentless pursue she eventually relented.

"I'm so sorry Diola I know..." Candie said when she saw Diola the next day after realizing her feelings for Austin.

"Stop! No need for all this drama, it's fine. I'll eventually get over him and it's not like I was deadly in love, it was just a small crush so don't worry about me and go!" she said reassuringly

After receiving Diola's heartfelt blessing and reassuring her conscience she finally agreed to be together with him. After they officially became a couple, Diola then discovered Skie actually had a crush on Candie.

He thought he had a chance when they had started getting to know each other more as they had classes mostly together. His hopes were cruelly broken when Austin and Candie became a couple officially.

Diola then realize why Skie ignored her completely when Skie had known she was helping Austin. If not for Candie, he would not even talk to her anymore.

Eventually, when they were the only ones left as Candie and Autsin often goes on dates leaving them to fend for themselves [1] they became close once more.

They would occasionally meet up and bring this up teasing Austin for his slow uptake which he would repeatedly apologize.

As time passed by, they met Reen and the rest as they had similar courses and became friends ever since then.
