Crimson's Revenge

"Hey, are you sure you're going to be alright continuing this video? You know you are famous for the smile and sweet character type, if you couldn't even muster one then wouldn't it defeat the purpose of your character or even the video itself? And you just got out of that accident." Diola whispered to Reen.

After the heart to heart talked they did as a family. They rested for the night and the next thing they knew it was already Monday. The day she would return to school to take her exams and the agreed date to resume the film production.

She had called Diola to talk after class as she wanted to share what happened that day. The good thing was she hadn't had any classes together with Sae today. She surely knew Diola would unrelentingly tease them so before being in that awkward situation she rather get everything out on the open.

Of course she did not mention anything that was related to her revenge as she didn't want to include her into this dark world as well as she, like everyone else thought she was really the blood daughter of Hue and Wisteria.

"I'll be fine, I'll pretend if I have to. I can't be a burden to the filming crew and theirs only 2 days left for this video though I'm really thankful for you attentively listening to me, Diola." She said with a smile

"Oh rubbish! Do not act like a stranger! We've been best friends since like forever!" she said in her don't-speak-such-cold-things attitude.

"Well, I got to go, I'll call or text you if anything happens."

She strung her sling bag on her shoulder. They hugged each other; Reen left the room, only a few students remained in class.

"Hey their bunny bear!" Skie called out through the door

Skie placed his hand on Diola's waist giving her a semi like hug smiling beamingly at her.

"Hi" Diola replied distractedly.

She wrapped her arms around his the same way then they kissed. Diola stared at the empty space left by Reen. Skie followed her gaze. She sighed heavily.

"Hmm... so there's still fighting huh? Well, you really can't help it though with what she did to him." Still not in the know what happened that day and assuming the fight was still about the scandal of Reen and Chad.

"Did you fall from a Christmas tree [1]?" She said irritably

"Woh... I'm not the enemy here." He said with as both his hands where raised in mock surrender.

She removed her head from his chest were she laid it a few seconds ago and titled her head up to look at his face. He starred back with a mixture of humor and seriousness in his eyes. She sighed again.

"Sorry for lashing out at you..." She said then smiled which he returned and they kissed again to make up.

"Let's go? Our next class won't start until an hour from now so why don't we eat first to brighten the mood?"

"Sure, that'll be great!"

"If you only told him the truth from the very beginning…" She sighed as the couple left while holding hands.
