Crimson's Revenge

The next day, Diola, Skie and Sae (though forcibly for Sae) decided to visit Reen's house since she was unexpectedly absent today.

"It takes at least 30 minutes from here to Reen's house so will leave once our last classes ends for the day. Let's meet at the front gate alright?"

Skie and Sae nodded. After a few hours, the bell rang to signal the end of the classes. Diola hurriedly arranged her stuff and was about to run outside to meet Skie and Sae when she was hindered by someone.

"Hey! Can you please move aside I'm quite in a hurry here..." She said rather fretfully, not noticing who it was but merely staring at the arm that was blocking her way.

When she heard Reen's story she was quite afraid for her friend thinking the "accident" of her falling from the lake was actually not true. (Reen did not mention her coughing of blood or she would even have more delusional thoughts)

"How could Reen who was fresh as a daisy like appearance [1] be rational enough to think of anything after experiencing such a devastating broken heart, especially her who's just of the boat [2]." She thought anxiously

"A person who always fixed in her ways [3] would never go absent without a major reason or even just telling her." She thought yet again. Her thoughts were starting to go wild.

Diola slapped away the man's arm that was blocking the door unable to keep her calm but he blocked it with body instead. She didn't have any choice but give him her undivided attention though she still glared at him.

It was actually Chad Yew, Reen's co-star. She was momentarily dumbfounded.

"What is this guy who is known for his gentleman like attitude doing such an act for. Does he perhaps know we're going to meet Reen?" She thought suspiciously while staring at him as though she would drill holes on his body.

You can't really blame her for jumping to this conclusion immediately as the only connection she could think of between the 3 of them is this.

She was quite in a hurry; she even forced Sae to go with them to clear up the misunderstandings or at least clarify everything. She didn't have any spare time to waste to talk to this man. She decided dealing with him would be the fastest way to meet Reen.

"What do you want?" She said while on her guard

Realizing his uncharacteristic reaction he coughed in embarrassment, he then slid his hands in his pocket in a casual manner.

"Are you going to visit Reen now?"

"Yeah… and…?"

"I want to go to." He said earnestly

"Why? Do you even actually know her?" She questioned while testing the waters [4]

"J-just..." He answered hesitantly a bit
