Crimson's Revenge

After a series of questioning from Seth's attorney and the occasional questions from Hue's attorney it was found out that the nurse and security personnel did not witness who had personally started the fight.

When the nurse saw them the fight already started, let alone the guards who arrived just after Rete called them.

"Your honor, all the plaintiff's accusations on my clients is baseless and is mere unjustified claims as they do not even have any evidence to back such claims."

"I object your honor, regardless of the witlessness testimonies it is evident that my clients sustained more injuries that the other party making them at fault in such a situation."

"Objection sustained."

"But your honor, the defendant is clearly…" before he could even finish his words the judge shouted.

"Objection sustained! Did you not here me?! I would like to point out to you that the unreliable testimonies from the witness as you may have said are the witnesses you yourself brought in this court" He reprimanded angrily

"But… but your honor…" He started saying not wanting to admit defeat just yet.

"That is enough Mr. Prosecutor! I have heard both your opinions and as there is no evidence to proof the said charge I declare that the defendants are not guilty." The judge shouted as he slammed his gravel down on his desk finally getting fed up by the constant injection of the attorney.

"You honor!" he shouted in distress showcasing his lack of conduct on court gaining a distain looked from Hue's attorney.

"You!" Pointing at the guard nearest to him

"Please escort the prosecutor out of the court room!" Finally at his last thread of patient judged Robert instructed the guard.

Seth's attorney was escorted out the door looking a bit pale as his blatant mistake. Seth and Lilith looking like they ate something nasty while Hue and Wisteria remained calm throughout this ordeal.

After a few more minutes of finalizing the verdict and case, the hearing was finally dismissed.

When Seth and Lilith was about to leave the court with heads bowed down in shame and anger they noticed Hue and Wisteria approaching the judge as the judge looked smilingly at them as though they knew each other very well.

Seething in anger yet again, they glared at them and hurriedly left the court in obvious defeat.

When it was only the judged, Hue, Wisteria and their attorney left in the room. The judged in obvious disgust said,

"I don't even know why you asked me to accept this rubbish trial. Having no solid proof yet they dared to press charges against you. You even brought the best attorney in the country for such a trivial case."

The attorney he mentioned nodded his head in consent while staring amusedly at the couple; he was actually Hue's colleague, Smith.
