   Reason for decision

   First of all, let me say sorry, it has been suspended for two months, and let me tell you the reason.

  In January, I found that I always had insomnia. I lay down and tossed for several hours before falling asleep. I only slept for a few hours every day. I was in a daze all day long, feeling like I was going to die.

  Suddenly broke out in a cold sweat, obviously I was very warm, my blood sugar was not low, and sometimes I would vomit continuously.

  I checked the gastroscope and colonoscopy, and all kinds of examinations were fine. Finally, the doctor sent me to the psychiatry department.

   Diagnosed anxiety disorder.

So I took some antidepressants, such as trazodone, plus the sleeping pill eszopiclone, the whole person was groggy, and there was no state, anxiety and depression were not the same, I was super afraid of death, every day Worry about what's wrong with you.

After taking the medicine for a month, I found that my condition did not improve much, so I had a deep chat with the doctor about my living habits. He said that it might be because of my writing problem. I thought too much. He asked me to rest for a while, and I agreed. I feel like I'm going to die anytime.

  Especially later I asked several writer friends and found that they all suffered from insomnia to varying degrees. One of them refused sleeping pills because of insomnia for three months and gave himself heart failure. It was too scary.

  So I simply disconnected myself from the Internet, went out to have fun, and played games.
