Doll Dungeon

Since I bored I searched the dungeon menu, surprisingly, there was functions that I haven’t used yet.

And within that, was the evolution function.

Evolution, like the word states, after passing a certain lvl, a function that will allow monsters to evolve, although the lvl returns to 1, part of the stats from before they evolve will be carried over, while being able to become a higher species.

While I’m at it, I might as well evolve the puppets that are not a hindrance.

It even comes with an auto-evolve function, I set so that automata, automan and machina will evolve when they reach lvl50. I will have to tell Eins, Zwei and Drei about this latter.

While I’m at it let’s set the other guys as well.

Let’s go with the golems at 100 and the kill dolls at 50.

See that there are dolls that don’t have to fight, 20 should be fine.

Lastly, the boss, guardian golem should be set at 300.

Things about evolution, should be ok like this.

「Eins, Zwei, Drei.」

「「「By your side.」」」(TN: I’m kinda thinking, would “by your side” be ok or “at your command”. Haa choices…)

「You and your subordinates, are set to evolve when you reach lvl50. That’s all. Devote your self to it.」

「「As you Wish.」」

「By your will.」(TN: I know, but one of them says it differently so yeah)

The three lowered their heads and disappeared. Drei, left without reporting the situation.

In the afternoon three days’ later, Drei along with three other machinas holding a map, appeared in the library. It seems like they finished.

「You finished?」

「Hai, as stated we have finished.」

Drei, came presenting the map, receiving it, I viewed the contents.

It seems like the entrance of the dungeon is in the [Forest of Beginnings]. The [Forest of Beginnings] is a forest near the Empire, it seems like there are also villages near it as well.

「Tell me your thoughts on this forest.」

「Ha! The [Forest of Beginnings] has slightly weaker monsters and is full of nature. The people in the nearby villages wanting the medicine plant, will bring their children with them when entering.」

So it’s safe to that degree, of bringing ones close to themselves.

「However, as written on the map, the forest is considerably large.」

Indeed, it can easily swallow three times the size of the Empire.

「As we continued to move towards the centre, monster got more powerful, my subordinates were not able to fight against them. In addition to this, halfway one of my arms were taken, leading to us retreating.」

To take an arm at against this lvl, scary. But to be able to regenerate the stolen arm, Drei is also scary.

「Good work for this time. Drei, I’ll grant you a reward.」

I granted Drei, [Thief] and [Dual swordsmanship].

「Your words are wasted upon me!」

「You can return for today.」

「Ha!」

The next moment Drei and the others disappeared.

But even so, Drei has become really strong. Then wouldn’t Eins be stronger than before…

「Eins.」

「By your side.」

As expect that was fast.

Nn?

Did her skin get closer to humans?

Did she evolve?

「Stand over there for a moment.」

Using status confirm, I confirmed Eins’ stats.

That’s too strong for a lvl3.

DEF being over 200… but special grade… She really did evolve.

「You evolved didn’t you.」

「Hai. I evolved today.」

Evolved today, huh.

「Who else evolved?」

「None at moment but, it seems like Zwei might evolve soon today.」

If those guys all evolved, then that would really be something.

「It seems like it would still take time.」

「Is that so.」

Even so, it seems like the ones near me are the ones who evolved.

The hair that wasn’t there before evolving has grown, even the skin colour of the face and hands have changed.

Looks similar to machinas but, the eyes and joints are different.

Then again, machina seems more like humans.

「Sorry for taking up your time, you can go now.」

「Hai, I will be excusing my self.」

Well then what about those who are distracted by the thing I left and iron? Let’s go and see.
