Lila repeats words he said to her before she got on the train that day, but still finds herself puzzled. Before she truly rejects Haruka, she should meet with Kiryu face to face and ask him. What did you mean by those words?

Exhaustion was finally catching up on her, since she feels her eyelids drop.

The next time she wakes up, Haruka is no longer beside her. "Haruka...?"Lila murmurs. Sure enough, there was no trace of maroon colour hair in the bedroom. Did he leave already?

She should be accustomed to it already. Haruka leaving. Like the rumors say, he has many girls but has never treated any of the specially before. However, he's been showering her with such kindness that she forgot all about those rumors. He's never treated the others specially, and he gets up and leaves with her too. Yet, there are equally as many occasions where he stays beside her.

Hearing the sound of clattering, she turned towards the other side of the room and found Haruka wearing a bathrob sat on the couch, busy typing away on his laptop. Even from afar, she could see it. His hair is wet... He should dry it. Perhaps she was staring far too much. But Haruka's gaze suddenly meets hers and he nodded, acknowledging her presence.

Lila pauses before saying, "Work..?"

"There's an interview in this hotel at 11. So, you can relax before then."

Lila slowly nods.

So, that means they have some free time to spend with each other? Since, they are always running around because of work. She doesn't get a chance to ask much about him, even though they are always together. She really wants to learn more about him. She picks up her materials and gets up.

Lila spies the space beside him on the couch and makes her way over.

"Ari-chan, tell me something."

"Yes?"

"If you're going to work, there's a proper table over there."

"I know."

But, she just wants to be close to him for a bit. Recently, when he's working, he's been frowning a lot more. So, she wants to cheer him up. She doesn't know exactly how to do that. However, he likes it doesn't he? Being close with her. 'I want you.' If she wasn't Kiryu's. Could she have sex with Haruka? No, even then. She probably wouldn't be able to agree.

Feeling his hands run through her hair, she laughs softly.

"You really are strange."Haruka murmurs.

"I'm weird?"Lila repeated, confusion filled her eyes. If even Haruka is calling her weird, then maybe she really is weird.

"Most girls would have run away by now. Why do you still remain with me?"

That's what he meant.

"The song you wrote for Mikami, did you already start it a long time ago?"

"Ah-huh, when we first met. I thought, I want to write a song for this person."

"And yet?"

"If I completed it then, it would have been boring."

"Because, you couldn't get a read on his feelings, or is it because you wanted to wait until he was backed into a corner?"

Lila laughs, "Senpai, your starting to understand me better. "

"It's strange for me to be the one to say this but, I don't want him to get hurt anymore."

"It's not strange since your friends. Really, I just wanted to see it. How he would deal with such problems. After all, every couple has to go through several walls before achieving happiness."

"I agree, the hurdle. The wall I'm facing with you is really high."

She lightly hits him and murmurs, dummy. "Since, when did we become a couple?"

"Not yet, in the future."

"Tell me...something, Haruka do you really like me?"

"I do."

But, he never says it. Or maybe, it's difficult for him? Lila turned around and gently caress his cheek. Only to have him grab hold of her hands, and move them down to his clothing.

"Undo, the buttons."

"O--okay."

Her heart is pounding loudly again, but, can you really call this love? Was it not, the same with senpai too? When senpai first kissed her, when she first called him by his first name. Her thoughts break of as he suddenly pulls her back down on the bed, his head resting on her chest.

"Se--senpai."

"I'm still so tired. Let's sleep for a bit longer."

"Um, if you're tired."Lila protested.

"Just touching a little.."

"Se--senpai, um really."

He laughs and she hits him lightly. She really wants to, protect this person.
