Seo kinda froze and then in an Instant he used... "Speed Flow" and the hands of Goliath turned 3 times slower enabling Seo to cut not only his fingers but his whole hands by swiping with one of his hand towards the other one his spear making a horizontal circle of thunder appear...

On the outside, before they enter the floor they were sitting they watching someone moving at extremely fast speed especially when he cut off his fingers and arms...
