Although there are various official hints that Pokémon can be eaten, I really can't accept eating Pokémon.

Therefore, in this book there will be some common ingredients like common eggs or common meat.

It can be considered that there are ordinary animals in this world, but they are only kept in captivity by factories and merchants, so these ingredients can be bought in places such as supermarkets.

There is no need to go into this point, because it really has nothing to do with the plot.
