Cultivators bravely approached the ruins of Splendor Ground just like Li Qiye.

Rumor has it that Unrivalled Monarch had fallen in battle and other members of Splendor were forced to flee. Thus, the treasury was up for grabs and drove everyone crazy.

Experts wearing strange, colorful robes walked out of the fog. They had a wild, untamed aura to them.

“Who wouldn’t be tempted, there are treasures from time immemorial in there, even immortal items in the legends. The great dynasties are coming too.” Someone commented before moving onward, not wanting to miss out on potential gains.

Li Qiye was the only one who wasn’t in a hurry, only smiling at the anxious crowd.

He took his time gazing at the area - a magnificent landscape in the distance making up Splendor Terra.

“Young Noble, you are here too.” Someone appeared next to him.

He turned and saw a fat woman with numerous freckles and snacks in her hands - Minisun Grand Emperor.

She saw the ten loops on his arms and bowed deeply.

“As I said, I merely found it. Its relation to your dynasty has nothing to do with me.” He shrugged.

“But... since you’re the bearer, I can tell you the truth. They only appear under specific circumstances.” She said.

“Go on.” He said.

“They appear each time after our dynasty’s destruction and with it, we shall be rebuilt.” She said softly.

Enigma had been destroyed numerous times before but it kept on popping up again as a leading dynasty of Sin.

“As long as they are around, our dynasty will never be extinguished.” She added.

“No dynasties last forever.” He shook his head.

“I wholeheartedly believe that they are the reason for our tenacity, Young Noble.” She insisted.

“Then they contain the secrets of your dynasty.” He said.

She took a deep breath and asked the question on her mind: “Young Noble, are you Hidden Ancestor?”

“I am not your Hidden Ancestor.” He shook his head.

“Then how did you come across these loops, Young Noble?” She bowed respectfully.

“I picked it up on the street.” He smiled.

“That can’t be possible, at least in theory.” She had an awkward smile.

“Then I killed your Hidden Ancestor?” He asked without changing his expression.

She stared at him for a bit before responding: “I wouldn’t know, I have never seen Hidden Ancestor before, the oldest and most mysterious of our dynasty.”
