John sits with a blanket around him. He eats some chicken.

"Dang." A woman solider stares at him.

"What?" He glares at her.

"NOTHING!" She shakes her head. "It's just that how'd you survive down there?"

He shrugs. "The person that tortured me kept feeding me. So I will stay alive so she could continue to torture me."

She nods.

"So who are you anyways? Like all of this?" He asks as he puts a piece of chicken in his face.

"Oh! I'm Group Captain Vanessa Huber! Sir!" She salutes to him.

He laughs.

"Whats funny?" She asks.

He shakes his head. "I use to be like you. So happy to be important. Until I found out that I was living a lie." He takes sip of his coke.


She stares at him. "Where did you say you worked in?"

He looks at her.

Suddenly, The Lieutenant walks in.

"SIR!" Vanessa stands.

"Down soldier." He sits next to her. "Have you got anything out of him yet?"

She shakes her head. "No sir. He is a tough cookie!"

"Right." he puts out his hand. "I'm Lieutenant Edgar Holloway."

John takes a minute before shaking his hand. "John. John Dawson."

"Wait!" Edgar starts to get excited. "I know you!" He laughs. "Wow!"

John looks worried.

Vanessa looks at Edgar. "Who is he sir?"

"Oh he is someone that is going to help us get back our base." Edgar waves for two men to grab John.

John stares at him. "You don't have to do this."

Edgar stands. Smiling. "I don't care. I'm going to take my base either way. But turning you in will get me a wayy better reward!"

"Sir! If I may ask. Who is this man?" Vanessa stands.

"This is a man that is wanted. He is wanted for many deaths of soldiers." Edgar gets close to Johns face. "He if wanted he could take out all of us if he wanted. He could snap your neck just like that!" He snaps his fingers.

Vanessa jumps when he does. She looks at John.

Edgar grabs the chicken away from John. "You don't need this." he hands it to another man. "Throw it out. He won't be needing it where he is going."

John swallows hard.

*Back at the group*

"What the hell do you mean?!" Carrie looks at Jackie angry.

Jackie sighs. "I'm sorry. I have to keep my family safe. And by doing that I can't keep looking after others. Hate me! I don't give a damn!"

Miley stands next to her. Holding Dylan and Clovers hands.

Carrie groans. "I understand.."

Everyone stood in silence.

"I'm sorry.." Jackie says as she opens the front door.

Her, Miley and their kids walk out.

"GREAT! JUST GREAT!" Mike shouts.

"Mike.." Carrie looks at him.

"NO! It's bullshit that she can just leave like that! She isn't the one that lost someone!" Mike looks at Ellis, Derek, Ella and Bailey. "They should be the ones that should hate the world! But they don't!"

"I do.." Ellis says.

Mike sighs. "I'm out.." He goes to the door.

"Mike!" Carrie runs to him. "Don't go.." Tears forming in her eyes.

Mike looks away from her. Tears running down his face. "I can't be around any of you anymore.." He opens the door and walks out.

Carrie stands there. "Mike..not you too.."

Finn rushes to her.

She cries in his chest.

"It's okay.." He holds her tight.

Carley holds the baby. She looks at everyone.

Ella looks at Ellis.

Ellis stares at the ground. "I'm with Mike!" He grabs his bag before going to the door.

"Ellis!" Derek goes to his brother.

Ellis swallows hard. He bends down. "You'll be fine." He rubs his brother cheek.

Ella looks at him. "Ellis, you already lost most of your family. Don't leave the last one you have left."

He stands. "I love you.." He opens the door.

"Hey.." Carrie wipes her eyes and goes to him. "It's okay.." She holds him.

Suddenly, growls are heard outside.

Finn looks out the curtains. "Guys we need to be quiet."

"NO!" Ella shouts again. "I WILL NOT SHUT-"

Carrie walks to her. Slapping her hard.

"Be quiet!" She whispers.

The growls fade.

"Its safe again." Finn says as he walks away from the window.

Ella stands with the help of Bailey.

"Ella just shut it. You don't know the whole story" Bailey tells her.

Ella looks at the ground. "I'm sorry.."

Carrie nods. "It's okay." She looks at everyone.

The only one's left were her, Finn, Ella, Bailey, Derek, Conner, Carley, Kizzy and the baby.

"We need to stay together..." Carrie looks at them. "We may not like it but we are family now!"

Kizzy walks to her. "I may still not know any of you still but I do feel the need to protect you guys." She smiles at Carrie.

"Agreed." Finn nods at her.

*At the main military base*

John is thrown to the ground. His face hits the mud.

"Do we have a deal?" Edgar asks Elxa.

She smiles at John. "We have agreement."

"Good" He smiles.

John sits on his knees. "You're a moran if you honestly think she will agree."

Edgar kicks him. "Shut it!"

Elxa smiles. "That's enough." She turns. "Give him what he wants." She walks away.

Edgar laughs. "Ha! She'll keep her word!"

"MEN!" Vanessa shouts. "NOW!"

Suddenly, she shots Edgar in his head. Some of the soldiers start to kill some of their other soldiers.

Elxa looks back. "What?"

Vanessa picks up John. "COME ON!" She pulls him up and toward the tank.

Gun shots are everywhere.

"What the hell?" John yells.

She throws him in the tank before shutting the door behind her. She gets in the driver seat. "At first I didn't know you until Edgar told me who you were." She looks back at him smiling. "That's when I realized I knew you." She puts the tank in reverse.

John stares at her confused.

She runs over some men. "Welp part of the cause!" She laughs as she drives away.

Elxa rushes back inside. "Shit!" She shouts.

"What happened?!" John rushes to her.

She growls. "I'm going to kill that little bitch!" She looks at Rosie. "You!" She walks to her. "I want you to kill this bitch!" She points to the TVs that have pictures of Vanessa.

Rosie nods. "Yes mam!" She runs off outside.
