[The next planet the little prince visited was inhabited by an alcoholic.

The visit to this planet was very short, but it made the little prince very sad.

A drunkard sat there silently, with a pile of wine bottles in front of him, some filled with wine, some empty. The little prince couldn't help but ask: "What are you doing?"

"I drink."

he replied gloomily.

The little prince asked again: "Why do you drink?"

The drunkard replied: "In order to forget, in order to forget my shame..."

The little prince felt sorry for the drunkard. He wanted to save the drunkard in front of him who looked very depressed, so he stepped forward and asked with concern: "What are you ashamed of?"

"I'm ashamed that I drink."

After the drunkard finished speaking, he never spoke again.
