It seems that I have gastritis. I have been in pain from 8 am to 1 am. I vomited three times and went to the toilet four times. I feel like I am going to be dehydrated.

I took medicine and drank hot water, drank porridge and took painkillers, and used hot packs to warm my stomach. Now I have finally recovered and am ready to start writing.

I guess it is my own fault. I have never eaten breakfast in the past two years, and I have been staying up until 3 am every day these days.
