Fairy System In Fairy Tail

Flames and Darkness clashed with each fist making Mira to have the upper hand for a while. Their darkness and flames-charged fists and feet clash for a short amount of time until Freed is overpowered completely and he crashed into a cave.

In the cave, Mira attacks him with the flame spark which caused Freed to be overwhelmed by Mira's power but vows that he cannot lose.

He uses Darkness Breath, as a tornado of dark energy appeared and collided, against Mira. She almost brushes it off quite easily and then they are later both out in the sky again.

Freed follows up with Darkness Flare Bomb that sends Mira flying upon contact as it exploded into the river.

Much to Freed's surprise, Mira gathered the water of the river around herself and with the flames it quickly reached the boiling point. Freed wondered in shock how much Magic Power Mira actually has.

She waved her hands and threw the whole river at Freed and at the same time Mirae quickly followed up with more punches and kicks.

With the combination of the two, he was blown away sending him down to the dry ground. His Darkness Spell has worn off and Freed has returned back to his original form as he panting and struggled to get up...

Mira, unmerciful, punches him and pins him to the ground. Freed thinks that he can't possibly defeat Mira with her powers like that and he's going to be killed.

However, just as Mira is about to deliver the final blow, she stops her fist from connecting with Freed's face and reverts to her original form.

Mira : Do you know this battle is so meaningless.

Freed : Are you pitying the defeated?? Stop that and Finish it!!!

Mira : No... We are all allies, fellow members of the same guild that smile together and laugh together.

Freed : I only have one ally and that is Laxus Dreyar.

Mira : That's not true and you must have realized it. I think that it's not a bad thing to a single person but there's a number of people all around him connected to one another.

Momentarily, Freed remembers moments in the past when the Fairy Tail Mages were really friendly with him.

Mira : When you reach out, there's always someone right here. It's when people realize how lonely it is on their own that they start to become kind.

Mira : We should all enjoy the Harvest Festival next year.

In the Kardia Cathedral, Laxus is notified of Freed's defeat from Mira and Freed's removal from contention. That leaves the eight, Mira, Levy, Ur, Lisanna, Gajeel Redfox, Natsu Dragneel, Mystogan and Erza Scarlet, against the last remaining enemy Laxus.

The Thunder God Tribe, along with most of the Fairy Tail participants, has been wiped out except for the eight and Laxus. There is still the Thunder Palace left and time is running out.

Somewhere in Town, Levy McGarden wonders if Laxus is really serious about the Thunder Palace, as only 30 minutes are left until it is activated.

She optimistically tells herself that things would work out since they still have all of them...

In the Kardia Cathedral, the rules state that there are only 26 minutes left until the Thunder Palace activates.

However, Laxus was busy as he was looking at the man who had arrived earlier in heavy clothing...

Both of them had long entered battle stances and now they were ready to clash as Mystogan felt that Laxus will truly activate his Thunder Palace... They passed almost 40 minutes trying to exploit the other with words but they had reached the point of no return...

Even so, Mystogan didn't give up so easily trying to throw some senses in Laxus...

Mystogan : Are you truly not going to deactivate it??

Laxus : Don't make me say it again Mystogan... There is the only path forward and that is me finishing the job...

Mystogan : Too bad as we might have even still been able to pass things off as mere additions to the festivities.

Both of them vanished from their positions and clash in the center of the Kardia Cathedral with sparks flying all over the place...
