Erza although knew that Jellal is known to be a very powerful Mage, in the state he is right now it was impossible for him to beat him and is easily beaten down by the terrifying Midnight.

Midnight : Are you alive??

Jellal struggled to get up as Midnight questioned if he's still alive. He looks at him and states that he'd like to see him a little more terrified before Midnight could move at the grovelling Jellal a flash headed where he was prompting him to back away from Jellal...

Erza : I wouldn't be so happy if i were you... Jellal only lost due to his condition of not being able to utilise magic properly...

Erza : And you freaking know that if he was in his best your roles would have been reversed right about now.

Midnight : And you think you will defeat me??

Erza : You will find out shortly!!!

Initiating the battle with a quick swing of her sword, Erza's slash travelled in high speed towards his chest only to mysteriously miss Midnight.

Midnight :Has the time to serve the main dish arrived.??

Erza : Why you want to finish this so soon??

Jellal : Erza, please get away from Midnight.

Erza : Requip!!!

Ignoring Jellal she brought out a much bigger sword and slashes at Midnight once more, however, the result is the same as before, causing her to be pushed back.

As she was thinking about what was up with her power she felt something amiss with her armour and as she looked down, to her surprise, her own Heart Kreuz Armor suddenly started twisted around her body, trapping her.

Erza : This??

Midnight : Like it??

Erza : Nope, Requip Magic - Heaven's Wheel Armor!!!

Erza : I see your Magic allows you to deflect incoming attacks and even create illusions by bending light.

Midnight : Oh?? End?? How will that help you??

Erza : How about this!!!

Erza requips a great number of swords and sends them flying towards Midnight, though he deflects them regardless while having an amused face...

Midnight : Did you thought that sheer numbers would make a difference against me???

Erza : Nope just distracts you enough so I can close the distance!!!

True to her words. Erza rushed forward while grabbing the deflected swords that he then made them go back to Erza, utilizing a sword she grabbed in each of her hand through the air, she managed not only to successfully defend herself but also reach point Zero...

However, before she could strike him as she was inches away from him, her armour twisted once more around her body, leaving her trapped.

Midnight : Aaaahh... I want to see more agony on your face.

Erza : Agony?? You only managed to trap me twice...

Even though she's trapped, Erza spiked her magic and a few swords next to Midnight were thrown towards him but managed to dodge it before commenting that she's impressive.

Midnight : Though i said that you didn't manage to wound me yet...

Erza : Neither you did...

Midnight : True... So how about we finish the warm up...

Erza : True, we don't have time and i've pretty much realised all your abilities...

Midnight : Even so with your swords you will never be able to hit me...

Erza : I do have a question though that i'm unable to find an answer...

Midnight : Hmm??

Erza : In the end, why you are targeting Cait Shelter first??

Midnight : You people don't know??

Jellal : Guu... Know what??

Midnight : The Mages belonging to Cait Shelter are the descendants of the Nirvit, the creators of Nirvana, and are, as such, the only people capable of sealing it away.

Jellal : You are nuts!!!

Midnight : Hmff... You shouldn't act like such a righteous man because you yourself is a foul, depraved, evil man with blood on your hands.

Jellal : I know, even though i don't know if i was possessed or truly turned evil those things will never go away...

Midnight : Indeed, as you killed your friends, attempted to kill Erza, and cast many people into abject misery, those will never go away...

Midnight : Therefore by stretching out my hand, will you join me???
