After expanding the guild for a whooping of 150 maximum rooms of the floors 1 - 3, Ryouji finally managed to take a bit of breather...

Irene : The mages said that it might be possible to lower the height of each floor from 3,5 meters to 2,9... gaining 0,60cm from each floor a total of almost 3 meters and use that space to create an additional floor with 850 rooms...

Ryouji : Xmm if we do that then the structure of the guild will remain the same without hurting the seals.... Get them to work on it.....

As Irene left, Ryouji pondered over his stats... During these 100 years, he went out for 5 or so days wandering about beating bandits and practising his magic....
