"Not even the principal?" Zicomo suddenly became very curious about this question.

"Of course, you know. He... mmm mmm"

The Sorting Hat was about to say something bad about Dumbledore when he sealed his mouth with a spell.

I don't know why the mouth is also the organ that makes a sound on a hat.

"Forgive me, children. Old people always have many things on their minds, and these things shouldn't be a source of worry for you," Dumbledore said with a smile.

Zicomo nodded in understanding. The older a person gets, the more things they have to worry about, and having too many worries can make them seem indecisive.

Through his conversation with the Sorting Hat, he also roughly guessed what the Gryffindor tradition was.

It's that Gryffindor sword made by the fairy.

It can absorb substances that can enhance it, such as venom.

It can also resist certain spells, such as the 'Flame Spell'. Furthermore, it automatically repels dust and remains clean.

Only those with true Gryffindor qualities can draw this sword; it is usually hidden inside the Sorting Hat.

It is a magical sword.

At this point, Zicomo suddenly thought of a problem: what if a young wizard gets recognition when school starts, and the sword suddenly falls out of the hat?

Wouldn't that just mean inserting the 590 directly into someone's head?

“May I try?” Zicomo looked at Dumbledore and pointed to the Sorting Hat.

"What?" Dumbledore didn't quite understand what Zicomo meant.

“The legacy of Gryffindor,” Zicomo added.

Dumbledore nodded knowingly.

"Of course!"

Although he didn't know how Zicomo knew that Gryffindor's sword was hidden in the Sorting Hat, he didn't mind.

Rather, he really hoped that Zicomo would pull out the sword.

This would mean that Zikomo is a standard Gryffindor, so he wouldn't have to worry about Zikomo going astray.

Zicomo knew that his compatibility with Gryffindor was actually only average.

He's a rather self-centered person and only cares about the people around him.

He has no shortage of courage to protect his family and loved ones, but asking him to do something to save the world is only an option if it's something very easy for him.

Furthermore, this matter does not require too much sacrifice, and it certainly cannot involve sacrificing what he cares about.

Otherwise, he would definitely hide as far away as possible.

He made that request simply out of curiosity and a desire to try it out.

Zicomo took the Sorting Hat and put his hand inside.

As expected, there was no reaction.

Somewhat unwilling, he extended his mental energy to probe into the Sorting Hat.

As his spiritual energy surged in, he discovered a peculiar space inside the hat.

Gryffindor's sword lies here quietly.

What intrigued him even more was that there was a rolled-up parchment scroll deep within this space.

Although Zicomo's mental energy can be projected outwards, it has not yet reached the point where he can move objects.

Therefore, it was impossible to retrieve the Gryffindor sword.

But now he's more interested in the parchment scroll.

Zicomo used his mental energy to probe it, trying to scan what was written on it.

As a result, the scroll inexplicably absorbed a portion of his spiritual energy.

Then Zicomo felt that he had made a connection with something.

"Clap."

The scroll suddenly fell out of the Sorting Hat.

Zicomo opened the scroll to Dumbledore's astonishment.

What comes into view are several large characters written in Old English.

Zicomo happened to have studied it; the meaning on it was "The Book of Hogwarts Deeds".

However, the three Chinese characters "齐可墨" (Qi Kemo) were displayed abruptly in the lower right corner of the scroll.

Upon seeing the scroll, Zicomo roughly understood what had connected him with earlier: the entire Hogwarts Castle.

He hadn't expected the scroll to be so powerful, capable of forming a contract with him directly at the soul level.

Qi Kemo was his name in his previous life. He used it for over twenty years in his previous life, and his subconscious mind would subconsciously think that he still had this name.

That's why his Chinese name is displayed on the parchment scroll.

He has now signed a contract with the scroll and can change it to other languages, as long as the meaning of the language is his name.

Thinking of this, he had a sudden inspiration and changed it to his current English name.

Dumbledore had obviously studied Old English as well, so he was very surprised.

In his decades as headmaster, this was the first time he had ever heard of Hogwarts having land deeds.

But why is the name of the person who owns the land title deed Chinese?

Just as he was wondering, the name slowly changed into Zicomo's English name.

Having also studied Chinese, he quickly realized that the name he had just heard was Zicomo's Chinese name.

"Zicomo, how did you do that?" Dumbledore asked with great curiosity.

"I don't know. You saw it yourself. I just put my hand in."

Zicomo, of course, could not reveal what he had just done.

Dumbledore couldn't understand it, but he soon came to terms with it.

This has no impact on him.

“Well, perhaps this is fate. But I hope you don’t make a fuss about it; it won’t be good for you,” Dumbledore cautioned.

He didn't say much to Harry and Lani, since neither of them understood Old English.

Lani could read Chinese, and she knew that it was her king's Chinese name, which Zicomo had told her.

But she didn't ask any more questions, knowing that Zicomo would tell her when she got back.

"Don't worry, I know."

Zicomo nodded to indicate that he understood Dumbledore's meaning.

Dumbledore was referring to the Hogwarts board of trustees. If they knew that Hogwarts had land deeds, they would definitely try every means to obtain them.

"By the way, now that it belongs to you, shouldn't you contribute some money to sponsor it?"

Dumbledore had heard that Lani had ruined Ravenclaw's plans, and that Zicomo had spent a fortune, even replacing the equipment for Ravenclaw's Quidditch team.

Zicomo rolled his eyes, then thought about it and realized that Dumbledore had a point.

So he said, “I’ll take out some money in a while; it’s for renovations. Don’t put it into your Order of the Phoenix.”

Dumbledore smiled and nodded.

Dumbledore wasn't surprised that Zicomo knew about the Order of the Phoenix.

Zicomo made no attempt to conceal his actions, and in Dumbledore's eyes, Zicomo seemed to know a great deal.

This made him wonder if Zicomo also had a talent for prophecy.

The two men's conversation was like a riddle, leaving Harry, who was standing to the side, completely bewildered.

He could only roughly deduce from their conversation that Zicomo seemed to have inherited the Gryffindor tradition.

Harry was confused. Weren't we here to discuss the Basilisk?

Why is it that no one here is talking about this at all?

So he could only stand there bored, trying to play with the birds.

You have to admit, this bird is quite beautiful. Although it looks very old, its red feathers are still so bright.

Just as Harry was thinking this, flames suddenly erupted from the bird's body, and it quickly turned to ashes.

The commotion on Harry's side attracted the attention of everyone present.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to. I just touched it lightly," Harry said quietly.

He realized he'd been having a really bad day lately, getting blamed for several things.

Upon hearing this, both Zicomo and Dumbledore laughed.

Dumbledore explained to Harry, “It’s alright, Harry. Fawkes is a phoenix. Whenever he gets too old, he rises from the ashes.”

As if in response to Dumbledore's words, a somewhat bald bird's head emerged from the ashes.
