Chapter 113 Silly Draco, Zicomo's Fan Club
Draco noticed that Zicomo was looking at him with a strange expression after he finished speaking.
"What's wrong?" Draco asked.
"Have you tried putting it back into the summoning space?"
Zicomo realized that the kid was pretty silly, sleeping with a dragon egg every day, no wonder he hadn't caused Harry any trouble lately.
The correct way to incubate dragon eggs is actually to put them into the summoning space.
Unexpectedly, this idiot has never been taken back since he was summoned that day.
"Uh...no."
Draco realized he seemed to have done something stupid and scratched his head somewhat embarrassedly.
Fortunately, his dragon came to his rescue.
The cracked dragon egg was pushed open, and a small, emerald-green head emerged, topped with two horns.
The little dragon opened its mouth, revealing sharp teeth.
Just when Zicomo thought it was about to roar to the sky, a soft "whimper" came from the dragon's mouth.
Zicomo: ? ? ?
That's an incredibly beautiful roar?
Is the aesthetic sense of the wizarding world all this bizarre?
No matter how much Zicomo complains, the dragon's voice is unchangeable.
The little dragon sensed the connection between itself and Draco, broke free of its eggshell, and pounced into Draco's arms, nuzzling its head against Draco's neck.
Draco smiled and pulled the little dragon into his arms, grinning foolishly, unable to even speak.
It took him a while to realize that Zicomo was still there.
He held the baby dragon up to Zicomo and said, “Zicomo, look! This is my baby dragon. It looks like a female. I plan to name it Hydra.”
However, the little dragon seemed to sense the aura emanating from Zicomo and dared not approach him at all, instead shrinking into a ball in Draco's arms.
Zicomo was shocked by the name Draco had chosen.
Hydra is also known as the nine-headed dragon or the nine-headed serpent. Did Draco have a bit too high an expectation for this dragon by giving it this name?
"Are you sure you want to name this dragon?" Zicomo asked.
“Of course, I hope it’s as resilient as the legendary Hydra, and that it won’t die unless its head is cut off,” Draco said with a smile.
Okay, so Draco had this idea in mind.
Considering Draco's "Wild Growth" rune, this little guy doesn't seem so easy to kill.
Wait a minute! Zicomo noticed something: Harry's owl was supposed to be named Hedwig.
Is this true love?
Even the names they give their pets are so similar.
Zicomo said he's shipping this couple, and if he has time, he'll improve Hermione's gender-changing potion, as a way of helping Draco out.
Draco, who was playing with the Hydra, suddenly sneezed and rubbed his nose.
"It's strange, it's already June, why does it still feel a bit cold?"
As expected, the wizard's intuition was quite accurate. Zicomo changed the subject: "Who knows? By the way, have you prepared food for it?"
As if understanding Zikomo's words, Hydra's stomach suddenly growled.
It jumped from Draco's arms onto the bedside table and swallowed its eggshell with a clatter.
After swallowing it all, it even let out a burp, its mouth sparking.
Hmm, it seems Draco will have to change his furniture more often from now on.
“Of course, I’ve already asked my father to buy a lot of dried mutton, and of course, a good amount of fresh mutton as well,” Draco said, patting Hydra’s head.
"So where do you plan to keep it? You can't keep it in the summoning space all the time, can you?" Zicomo asked.
The summoning space is actually not very large, and the summoned creatures are in a dormant state when they are in it.
After all, you can't expect a rune to be as good as Zicomo's "Zen Garden," which can accommodate a dragon flying freely, right?
Draco looked distressed when the question was raised. He had considered the problem but didn't know what to do.
Zicomo, however, remembered the effect of this rune in the game.
In the game, the dragon will circle around the game character, and it is smaller than the game character.
Zicomo suggested to Draco, "Why don't you try communicating with the Hydra and see if it can shrink?"
Upon hearing this, Draco tried to communicate with Hydra with some skepticism, but to his surprise, Hydra gave him an affirmative answer.
Hydra shrank to the size of a fist, flapped its wings, and landed on Draco's shoulder like a giant butterfly.
“I can’t believe it actually works! Hydra told me it can shrink to this size, so I can carry it with me,” Draco said happily.
Zicomo nodded, but in his heart he was thinking that Draco would probably have to spend a lot of time explaining why his pet lizard had grown wings and could breathe fire next semester.
Seeing that it was already late at night, Zicomo got up to say goodbye and prepared to go back to sleep.
Unexpectedly, Draco called out to him, asking somewhat awkwardly, "Zicomo, can I have your address? I'd like to visit you during the summer vacation."
Zicomo didn't think much of it, left Draco an address, and went back to sleep.
…………
The next day, Zicomo boarded the train home, but the journey was not as peaceful as he had imagined.
At first, only he, Hermione, and Lani were sitting in this carriage. Later, Luna came over, and strictly speaking, the carriage was now full.
Unexpectedly, Penelope arrived not long after. Fortunately, they were both young wizards, and they could squeeze into the carriage.
So the carriage ended up like this: Luna was to Zicomo's left, Lani was to his right, and Hermione and Penelope were sitting opposite him.
The carriage door was opened twice during the journey, once by Harry and Ron, and the other time by Draco.
However, both times the people who opened the door saw the scene inside the carriage and tacitly said "Excuse me" before closing the door and leaving.
Zicomo shook his head. What was so bothersome about it? In fact, he couldn't get a word in edgewise.
Luna's main purpose was to find Lani. This girl's thinking was unpredictable, and Zicomo sometimes couldn't even keep up with her train of thought, so he chose to just listen to her quietly, just like Lani.
Penelope came to see Zicomo, but seeing Luna talking to him, she didn't want to interrupt, so she ended up chatting with Hermione instead.
Suddenly, Luna remembered something and looked at Zicomo, asking, "Are you aware that you have a fan club at school?"
Zicomo: ? ? ?
"When did this happen? How come I didn't hear anything about it?"
"It's like this: you took a long leave of absence, then suddenly appeared in dueling class, and became even more beautiful. The witches at Hogwarts then formed such a group in secret."
When Luna described him as beautiful, Zicomo asked, somewhat amused and exasperated:
"No, what are they after? They formed this group without letting me know."
"In their own words, it was, 'Protect the world's most handsome Zicomo'?" Luna recalled the girls' exact words.
Zicomo was completely speechless. When did Hogwarts start having a fan culture?
"So who organized this?"
Zicomo was curious about who had started it, but Luna turned to look at Penelope.
Penelope became restless from the moment Luna brought it up, and when Luna looked at her, she stammered an explanation to Zicomo.
"You...you listen to my explanation, it's not what you think. I...I just didn't want those little witches to do anything irrational, and I wanted to restrain them, so I formed this group."
Upon hearing this, Zicomo recalled that many little witches had spied on him, but none of them had come up to him to chat or confess their feelings.
He thought his handsomeness had decreased after he suppressed his divine aura, but it turned out to be Penelope's doing.
However, Penelope's shifty eyes and flushed face made it clear to anyone that she was trying to hide her feelings for Zicomo.
Zicomo hadn't expected that even Penelope's looks would capture him. He remembered that at this point in the original story, Penelope had already started talking to Ron's older brother, Percy.
It now appears that this did not happen.
However, what Zicomo didn't know was that Penelope had already been watching him since he was a freshman when Professor McGonagall invited him to the Transfiguration Club.
Penelope has been one of the best students in Ravenclaw for the past few years, otherwise she wouldn't have become a Ravenclaw prefect.
But Zicomo's arrival shattered her complacency.
Zicomo was invited by Professor McGonagall to join the Transfiguration Club when she was in first grade, but what about her?
Aside from having excellent academic performance, I don't have anything else to show for myself during my school years.
Penelope made up her mind to start working hard, while also keeping an eye on Zicomo.
Unexpectedly, this semester she stumbled upon Zicomo waking up the Ravenclaw statue, and Zicomo even agreed to lend her the Ravenclaw tiara, thus bringing the two together.
Over time, Penelope developed a strong liking for the excellent Zicomo.
