Having learned from dealing with comet debris and the alien Zamsha, the GUYS Research Institute put the modification of the Silver Shark Cannon on the agenda.

The improved Silver Shark cannon is faster to deploy and features a computer-automated target identification and firing system, freeing it from the limitations of the operator's shooting skills.
