Hell's Kitchen.

Peter wasn't really familiar with this place, since he'd never been here before.

Fortunately, he has Karen, his smart assistant.

Not only is she beautiful and has a sweet voice, but she also has navigation abilities, which can help him quickly find his target and plan a suitable route.

They even know exactly which car nearby offers a ride.

With Karen's help, he quickly moved between buildings until he reached the top of a building.

Here, he saw two people.

A figure wearing a somewhat rough polymer fiber suit was chained to a chimney.

A man standing next to him was wearing a bulletproof vest and carrying a number of weapons.

Peter paused for a moment, then quickly lay down.

"Karen, is that Daredevil who's tied up?" Peter asked doubtfully.

"Yes, Daredevil, also known as the devil of Hell's Kitchen."

A picture popped up, showing photos of Daredevil taken by the media.

"And who is the other person?" Peter felt that the other person also looked somewhat familiar.

Another image popped up: "After comparison, there is a 90% probability that this is another violent Punisher active in Hell's Kitchen."

"The Punisher?"

Peter was somewhat surprised.

He met the two infamous vigilantes from Hell's Kitchen so soon.

However, the way they met was somewhat unexpected.

Chapter 43 Don't I, Spider-Man, have any dignity?

“Karen, why do you say the Punisher is a violent person? Isn’t he also a vigilante? A superhero?” Peter noticed the different words Karen used when describing Daredevil and the Punisher.

"The Punisher, whose real name is Frank Castle, is a former Marine who became an FBI training instructor after retiring. Several years ago, his family was murdered by gangsters. Although Frank was shot in the head and presumed dead, he miraculously survived."

"After that, Frank transformed into the Punisher and went to Hell's Kitchen to try to find the murderers of his family."

"Not long ago, he and the masked hero known as Daredevil destroyed the three major gangs that ruled Hell's Kitchen."

"His philosophy is: if you are guilty, you should die. He applied to join the Avengers, but was rejected by Mr. Stark."

Karen recounted the Punisher's information in great detail.

Peter didn't react much after hearing this.

The Punisher's appearance reminded him of an old friend.

Spider-Man Noir.

Spider-Man Noir shows no mercy to villains.

Even after merging with him, this didn't change much. In just one night, he directly or indirectly killed Vulture, Craven the Hunter, and Green Goblin.

Of course, there are still some differences between the two.

Spider-Man Noir only kills those he deems worthy of death.

The Punisher, on the other hand, has an attitude of thoroughly eliminating all evil.

However, the fact that Iron Man had such detailed information about him suggests that the Punisher's actions seemed to have received some kind of tacit approval.

Perhaps it's a way for them to check and balance the forces in New York's underworld?

As for the joke about guilt for killing his loved ones, do politicians even have that kind of thing?

While Peter was observing Daredevil and the Punisher, the two opposite him started arguing.

Previously, Daredevil learned that the Punisher was tracking District Attorney Samantha Reyes because, after destroying several gangs in Hell's Kitchen, the Punisher seemed to have some evidence that Samantha was directly connected to the incident that killed his family!

Daredevil's own methods of dealing with villains are somewhat radical, but he believes that the Punisher's indiscriminate killing is too extreme.

So he wanted to catch up and stop him.

Even if you want revenge, shouldn't you ask about everything first?

Just as the two started fighting over a disagreement, Samantha ordered the officers to shoot them.

The two fell from the glass roof, and Daredevil hit his head and fell unconscious.

Then, he was brought here by the Punisher.

After Daredevil woke up, he continued to persuade the Punisher, roughly saying that kindness exists in everyone and no one is beyond redemption.

The Punisher, however, scoffed at Daredevil's ideas, believing his method was the best way to end crime, while Daredevil's approach was more like a "half-measure."

Is justice achieved only halfway?

The Punisher then pulled out a brown-haired man and said to Daredevil, "Now, you have three choices."

"First, you kill him!"

"Second, kill me before I kill him!"

"Thirdly, do nothing, I'll kill him!"

If you look closely, Daredevil is completely strapped to his body, but he has a gun "thoughtfully" strapped to his hand, with one finger on the trigger.

Clearly, this was pre-planned by the Punisher.

However, Daredevil did not hesitate and chose the fourth option.

Bang!

Daredevil's gun struck the chains binding him.

With a loud crash, the chains slammed to the ground.

At that moment, another gunshot rang out, and a bullet pierced the man's body, spraying blood out.

The Punisher casually tossed the gangster to the ground and looked at Daredevil with a mocking expression.

The gangster on the ground coughed up blood and mumbled as he questioned Daredevil, "Why didn't you save me?"

Daredevil silently lowered his pistol; he was ultimately a step too late.

Of course, I don't feel guilty.

This guy's name is Grote, and he is a core member of the Irish Kitchen, one of the many gangs in Hell's Kitchen.

He happened to be absent when the Punisher was carrying out their purge, which allowed him to escape unscathed.

Undeterred, he contacted Samantha Reyes, the official head of Hell's Kitchen, attempting to leverage official power to gain influence and become the second person in charge of Hell's Kitchen after Kingpin.

To Daredevil's regret, he could have extracted more information from this guy and then used his legal means to send him to prison and give him a long sentence.

But now, he has been killed directly by the Punisher.

It was a truly one-and-done solution, but some things were also buried forever as a result.

Daredevil shook his head slightly, genuinely annoyed by the Punisher's behavior.

Peter was completely confused.

Is saving lives something to be done so carelessly?

The only difference between this and the Russian special forces rescuing people is whether or not they conserve ammunition, right?

At this moment, the Punisher had already walked to the side and pulled out a weapon that looked somewhat like a shoulder-mounted RPG from a backpack not far away.

But as he pulled the trigger, he began to build up energy.

The "RPG" began to emit a faint glow. This was no rocket launcher; it was clearly a shoulder-mounted energy cannon!

Peter suddenly stood up.

Energy weapons!

Moreover, it's an energy weapon with the appearance of a conventional kinetic energy weapon!

Isn't this exactly what I've been searching for?

"Hey, wait, Mr. Punisher!" Peter stopped observing and shot out a web and flew over.

"Who are you?" The Punisher whirled around, the energy cannon he was gathering power at Peter.

hum-

Peter's spider-like senses suddenly jolted.

His eyelids twitched wildly. His spider-sense told him that this guy in front of him could blast an energy cannon at him at any moment!

"This madman," Peter cursed inwardly, but could only force a smile onto his face—unfortunately, the mask couldn't hide it.

Peter was afraid of provoking the Punisher, so he didn't dare to make any unnecessary movements. He said cautiously, "I'm Spider-Man, from Queens. Like you, I'm also a, uh, vigilante, that's what they call me."
