If the Ancient One could defeat Kaecilius, why was she killed by him?
This is illogical.
The Ancient One said, "For countless eons, I have absorbed too much power from the Dark Dimension, and have become an anchor point for the Dark Dimension in the Real Dimension. Even without Kaecilius actively contacting the Dark Dimension, Dormammu could still use my body to invade the Real Dimension."
Peter suddenly realized: "So, you're using this opportunity to return the power of the Dark Dimension that you 'borrowed' before? In order to sever the connection between the Real Dimension and the Dark Dimension?"
Although he didn't understand magic, the underlying logic was still the same and easy to understand.
“That’s one way to understand it,” said the Ancient One.
“But what will happen to the real dimension if you die? Even without you, the dark dimension will still invade!” Peter said.
He wasn't talking about moral blackmail; he was just stating the facts.
In the afternoon, Strange and Mordo told him a few things about these sorcerers, which gave him a better understanding of them. He had truly felt the oppressive feeling of the Dark Sky through his spider-sense, and he was deeply moved by the sacrifices made by the Ancient One.
To put it more bluntly, the Ancient One's death was somewhat reckless.
Ancient One shook her head slightly: "In the past, I never dared to let go, but now, with Stephen, he will become the best among us."
"Us?" Peter asked, puzzled.
"Among all the wizards throughout history, the one who possesses more powerful mystical or magical skills than others, or who controls more powerful environmental magical energy from other dimensions, is the Sorcerer Supreme." The Ancient One seemed very patient with Peter and even explained it to him. "Stephen will become the most outstanding of us Sorcerer Supremes."
"Wow!" Peter exclaimed in amazement, never expecting that Strange, whom he had been carrying under his arm, would have such potential.
“You know what? When I first saw you, I actually wanted to kill you,” the Ancient One suddenly said.
"Huh?" Peter was taken aback. He immediately recalled the expression on the Ancient One's face when she first saw him. She was indeed looking him over very seriously.
At that moment, he did indeed experience a very strong spider-sense warning.
But it only lasted for a moment before disappearing.
But why would someone have murderous intent towards him for no apparent reason?
“I could vaguely see your future before, but now I see variables in you. You’ve even made the future of this world more uncertain. And there are traces of what appears to be ‘Dreamwalking’ on you,” the Ancient One said.
"Variables? Dream travel?" Peter asked, puzzled.
If there's any variable, it might be his ability to travel to other universes.
Could it be that when he travels through time, he brings back something from other universes that affects this universe?
Or perhaps, his original trajectory in this universe wasn't supposed to be the way it is now, and that inexplicable ability caused all of this to change?
What is dream walking?
Wait, Dream Walk.
Peter recalled his experiences of possessing Peter Parkers in parallel worlds.
Is this what they call dream walking?
Think about it carefully, when his soul left, his body was indeed sleeping, which is just like acting in a dream, isn't it?
“However, you don’t know magic,” the Ancient One said this time without explaining, “and if you can change this world a little more, it’s not entirely a bad thing.”
As she was talking, the corner of her mouth suddenly twitched, as if she were smiling?
The Ancient One looked at Peter and said, "Actually, I also discovered exceptional magical talent in you. If you become a sorcerer, your achievements may not be inferior to Stephen's."
"Really? I can become a mage too?" Peter was pleasantly surprised; he was very envious of those magical spells.
The Ancient One shook her head: "To become a sorcerer, you must first abandon your current worldview and understanding. Can you do that?"
Peter frowned and shook his head: "I can't."
“Spells aren’t as wondrous as you think. To put it bluntly, they’re just a way of exploring the truths of the universe,” the Ancient One said, her voice becoming somewhat hurried. “My time is running out, Peter. May I call you that?”
“Yes,” Peter nodded.
The Ancient One said, "Your future. I only hope you remember that what makes us human is that we have our own set of rules and regulations, and the name of these rules is morality."
"If a person abandons morality and a sense of right and wrong and completely chooses profit and pleasure, he has become their slave, and this will become a shackle he can never break free from."
"Watch out, get rid of them!"

"What makes us human is that we have our own set of rules and regulations."
"When a person abandons morality and a sense of right and wrong, and completely chooses profit and pleasure, does that mean he has become their slave?"
"Get rid of them?"
"What do you mean?"
Peter remained where he was, repeatedly chewing on the last words the Ancient One had given him before his death.
But no matter how he tried to decipher it, he could only glean that the Ancient One might have seen something from the future and was giving him a warning.
But what is it?
Peter stared blankly at the myriad lights in the distance.
New York City is known as the city that never sleeps, with a 24-hour subway system and a constant flow of people. So even at midnight, its sky is still illuminated as if it were daytime.
However, due to the Ancient One's time-stopping spell, the entire world was frozen in time, with only faint fluctuations of strange energy visible in the sky.
Perhaps that is a mysterious power from another dimension, and also the source of magic power for mages?
“I’ll take you back,” Strange said, squeezing out from behind the wall.
After the Ancient One finished speaking with Peter, she asked Peter to call Strange over, as if she had something to tell Strange.
“Okay, thank you, Strange,” Peter nodded slightly. “She…”
Strange said, "Just call me Stephen. She's gone for good."
Peter felt a pang of sadness, which was strange, since he didn't really know the Ancient One. Yet, this feeling of sadness still crept in involuntarily.
“She’s a good person, a very, very good person,” Peter said earnestly.
Not everyone has the courage to face death, especially when that person possesses the ability to live a long life.
If she hadn't given up voluntarily, with the Ancient One's abilities, she could have continued to draw power from the Dark Dimension and live on indefinitely.
The reason she voluntarily gave up all of this was to protect the world from the threat of the dark dimension.
Even his previous deliberate acquisition of dark power may have been to protect the world from threats posed by other mysterious forces.
Such a person, who is silently fulfilling the responsibility of "guardian of the world" through his own actions, deserves all respect.
This also greatly shocked Peter.
Strange didn't say anything.
Peter followed Strange back to his room.
Just before leaving, as Peter's soul was about to return to his body, Strange suddenly turned around and extended a hand to him: "My name is Stephen Strange, you can call me Stephen from now on. I live at 117A Black Street. Come find me if you need anything."
“Okay, Stephen, my name is Peter Parker, I live here, you know, you can come to me if you need anything, and I’ll do my best to help,” Peter extended his hand and shook his.
There's nothing to hide about my identity.
Strange was able to find his way to his house; there was no way to hide it from him.
Strange nodded and disappeared into the portal.

Several weeks have passed since the death of the Ancient One.
For the past few weeks, Peter's life has remained largely the same as before.
In the morning, during class, I thought about what to research.
At noon, I ate lunch while listening to Ned talk about which female classmate had a sexy and hot figure.
In the afternoon, we continued with classes.
After school, he would either go to the lab, play with Ned, or put on his suit and practice as the "good neighbor Spider-Man" on the street.
In the evenings, I would have dinner with Aunt Mei, watch TV, or go out for some daily exercise.
Midnight is naturally for sleeping!
Of course, things haven't remained completely unchanged.
The biggest change is that Peter's new suit is finally finished!
This Spider-Man suit, named "Nano Spider-2" by Peter Parker in imitation of Iron Man's suit, uses nanofluid particle technology. When not in use, it can be completely hidden in Peter's watch; when needed, it can be released by simply pressing a button on the watch, completing the costume change.
Unfortunately, the Nano Spider 2 does not possess the same artificial intelligence as "Karen" on the Spider-Man suit that Iron Man gave him.
Artificial intelligence is not Peter's forte either.
No matter what, he's just a high school student!
However, that evening, Peter changed his leisurely attitude from the previous days. After returning home and having dinner, he locked himself in his room and told Aunt May that he was very tired and wanted to go to bed early.
Aunt May, unsuspecting, went back to her own room after seeing Peter enter.
